I always love finding hidden gems like this. You go up a flight of stairs into a door inside a parking ramp and you're transported to a swanky bar. The drinks were good, bartenders were knowledgeable. I'll be recommending this place.

Such a cool, out of the way, casual drinking spot. It actually took me and my friend a minute to find this place - probably walked by 4 or 5 times. It's next to an alley and another business place and doesn't really have a very noticeable sign out front so don't miss it! I included a photo of the view from the street. Anyway, loved the drinks and the service here. Our bartender really took their time with our drinks and they make them really well, boozy (but tasty) and with quality ingredients, ended up going a couple of times during my trip!

Small Victory has been on my list for a bit and I’m glad I finally got to experience this secret bar in Austin. Great drinks and atmosphere. Anytime there are mezcal drinks, I have to get them. The Don Lockwood No 2 was great. Also ordered Quaker and Penicillin. The charcuterie board was excellent as well. If you haven’t been, go online and book your reservation. It’s just to the side of the Paramount Theater so head there after your show. I’ll be back!

Such a fun place! Our cocktails were customized and delicious. The charcuterie was a perfect snack to go with it.

I’d consider myself to be a connoisseur of cocktails having traveled the world to top cocktail bars. Small Victory without a doubt is one of the best cocktail spots I’ve been to and has resulted in me being a repeat patron. Small Victory is easily the best in Austin, having tried all cocktail spots in the area. The bartenders are all extremely knowledgeable and always provide the highest level of service and drinks. They have an ice program that affords them opportunity to get their drinks very cold. I’d definitely recommend their Martini among other things on the menu.

We had an amazing experience at Small Victory! Our mixologist Jake was truly skilled and crafted some of the best cocktails I’ve ever had in my life. We told Jake what sort of drinks we liked and he took it from there. Will definitely be back next time we’re in Austin.

This Speakeasy is Reservation only, and very intimate. Great bourbons and martinis. Olives and nuts are a must. The bartenders are knowledgeable and friendly. Be careful to not miss this gem!

This is a one-of-a-kind experience. Laid-back and lively at the same time, this bar is pretty well reservation only. Be prepared to fork up some money for some incredible cocktails and a unique environment. If you are in Austin for a visit, come to Small Victory! The dry martini was incredibly balanced (I got 1:2 with an olive) and my wife got the Singapore sling (a classic slayer).

Awesome small speakeasy like bar tucked away in a parking garage. Found this spot by just searching for cool bars in downtown Austin. We made an online reservation and there was availability the day of on a Thursday. Had a few drinks and an awesome charcuterie board. Will definitely be back.

Made a reservation over a month ago for a group that was coming in from out of town. Small Victory canceled on me with absolutely no notice, only received a notification from RESY less than 12 hours before our scheduled time. Very disappointed.

True to it's name, getting a reservations and getting through the locked door felt like a ... Small victory. Good but slightly overpriced drinks. Large but boring charcuterie board.

Best cocktails in town. Bartenders are so knowledgeable, it’s one of the few places I not only feel comfortable but confident ordering a bartender’s choice. And don’t even get me started on the ice!!! They will make your cocktail as cold and perfectly diluted as science allows. Get the meat and cheese board. Just go.

Such a cool little hidden bar. Truly a modern day speakeasy as we knew where it was and still had a little trouble finding it. The bartenders are truly craftsman of the trades as they were very knowledgeable of the different cocktails they were making, even some off the menu, and spent the time going through any questions we had. Definitely worth checking out!

Good drinks, bad service. Got “snuck” into a smaller table prior to our reservation time but never got a more comfortable table for our group of 3. Bar was only half full. Bartender served us one round of drinks but never came back to ask for a second round after an hour and a half. Meanwhile serving other tables next to us. Sad because we were excited for other items on the menu. Good luck being young and/or brown in this bar.

Was excited for the speakeasy experience of Small Victory, the entry was hidden and had a great effect. Unfortunately, once in the establishment was disappointed by the customer service, we waited 15mins for a server to take our orders and once the drinks arrived they were marginal at best. Concept great but execution disappointing.

Ignored my GPS and walked past the entrance (the red door). Good service 😃 and good drinks. It started getting busy when I left the bar around 7pm.

This place is a true Austin gem. Every cocktail is so thoughtfully crafted and the meat and cheese boards are fabulous. Bartender’s choice is my personal favorite way to go because I can never decide from a menu that looks that good. We love coming here.

Cool concept, good drinks, very chill and exclusive vibe. The seating is….weird. Understandable because of covid and the fact that it’s a small space, but it does feel extremely cramped. Staff was really lovely!
