Here for a special event, the staff was great. Classic cocktails were poured well. The game selection is pretty darn good, plus the space opens to a brighter room and even the outside with other games available.

Visited Kung Fu Saloon on a humid Saturday during labor day weekend. Our group was immediately greeted by the fun bartender, who made some great drink recommendations. While we did enjoy the large outdoor space and available games, which are the primary reasons I would recommend visiting, the indoor area got quickly crowded and loud. The next time I'm in Austin I would consider stopping by, but I wouldn't consider it a required visit.

Nice chill atmosphere. Good selection of classic games, including 2 pinball games, Meteor and Lightning. Gorgeous bartender. I had a good time. Check pinballmap for more info on their pins. Definitely would visit again.

Very quick bar service. Bar tenders are very fun with a bubble machine gun and will make it rain napkins. Super cute back room by the bathrooms

Great place to stop on 6rh street. Not too loud but gamss available. Do not set drinks down or they will pick them up even if they are fresh. Great place for drinks and arcade.

My non binary friend and I went decked out in full pink Barbie core on Friday and not only were we let in to the Speakeasy at 9pm by one employee, we had a 2nd employee (bartender) try and take our drink order, but we weren’t ready. Then a 3rd employee came up to us and asked my friend to leave because they saw them as male presenting , and said no men were allowed in from 9-10. We obviously were confused and assumed the noted 9-10 happy hour would have specials for women to buy in on only, not that men or non-binary people couldn’t come in. We were already sat with menus and it was so awkward and rude that they suggest I stay and that my friend wait outside for an hour! I asked if they just don't acknowledge non binary people and he straight up said no, then tried to back slide by highlighting that he didn’t make the rules his manager did. Wake up bro, this is Austin, and that was some outdated trash policy you enforced.

It's not made clear that the "ladies happy hour" in the Barbie pop up bar quite literally means men aren't allowed into the barbie room the entire hour. I'm a femme gay enby and I went with a solid pink outfit and full pink makeup with girlfriends of mine and was asked to leave. This should be clearly stated as the way it is phrased implies that the discount is only for women, not that the room itself is only for women. An archaic policy if you ask me and they've lost any future business from me and the women I went with.

The staff here is legit! Make sure you get a moment to look at the back room! It has a Barbie theme & light up dance floor. This is definitely the place to be on Friday & Saturday nights! Tell Mike & Geo the owners that Medina sent you 😉

This place can be very hit and miss depending on the day you go - great for their games (if they’re working) and food though. Go Sundays because their games are free all day, and get the Nashville hot wings. They are way overpriced, but 100% worth it.

Had a blast here. Great atmosphere, most of the old school games are free, music was good and the bar staff knows how to make solid cocktails.

Cute place with a theme but was not impressed. Average selection of beers with a decent cocktail selection. For a place whose image is created on video games, they only had 19 plus some skeevy ball. Online they said that there was free play, but when we showed up they said it is only on Sunday.

Big open space, lots of games, great bartenders, only downside is not many tables but the bar is huge so not really a problem.

Great place to hang out. There are also some pretty cool arcades!

Great central location on West 6th. Inside was clean and beer selection wasn't bad. The arcade games were awesome, I don't know if they are always free but some of them were when we went. We had a great time and will probably come back.

Came here with a bachlor party on Sunday of the July 4th weekend. This was hands down my favourite stop of the trip. Every arcade machine was free (I think that's a day-dependent deal) and the beers were flowing. Kung Fu offers both indoor and outdoor seating and has a very spacious interior to accommodate large groups or rowdy nights. Arcade games include: guitar hero, golden tees, buck hunter, skee ball, basketball, street fighter, pac man and many more.

Me and my wife were in town for MotoGP and stopped here on Saturday night. My buddies and our better halves had an awesome time. Bartender (i didn’t get his name) at the bar by the Let’s Get Weird neon sign was the best!!

Went on the last day of SXSW. Live bands were so good and the free crawfish was a great touch! Loved all the old school arcade games, Sundays games are free, which is so awesome! The bartender made a mean White/Green Tea, will be going back again forsure.

I only did not give it a 5 because its pricey, its the scan meno bullcrap and the crowd is 20 something... We 50 but a cool 50, lol. Our server, the door man and games were cool. They are accepting cash payments. Its close to lots of other bars.

Loved coming this bar! We came to bar hop, but this bar stole my attention, lol. Amazing drinks, bartenders and games. My favorite sake bomb drink was the Sanchez. Also peep the employees only door view, you’re welcome.
