    Great service good food.. very clean. Establishment and very fast service. Not very busy during dinner on a Saturday..I ordered what get when I am back home and the entree tastes exactly the same , so kudos for being consistent. The waiter was friendly and attentive and dud his best to make the the overall experience a good one.

    I usually don't complain (check my other reviews), however, in this case, I'll make an exception. First. we each ordered a drink. The first one came okay, but the second one never came. The waiter seemed to have disappeared, so I went to the bar and ordered it myself. Next, the food came, but there were no utensils on the table. I asked for those and got them, but there were no napkins. I had to make another trip to the bar to ask for those. The food was ok. Nothing special compared with the food I've had at other Chili's restaurants. Overall, it was the lack of attentiveness by the entire waitstaff that stood out the most. I can tolerate mediocre food if if waitstaff are friendly and attentive. Perhaps this is the best Chili's around, and I just got unlucky, but I don't think that's the case. The staff needs to be trained on customer service.

    This Chili's just keeps being a bad experience over and over again. In the last 6 months I've been here 3 times. Once with my family we walked in and they told us it would be "over an hour wait". Not even politely, it was more of an attitude of "it's gonna be over an hour go somewhere else". Second time with my girlfriend we ordered dinner for two and waited so long that we just canceled our order and left. Now I tried to get a pickup order, called over and over again.. came to the restaurant only to be told once again it's going to be over 30 minutes to get some caso and sliders. Nobody is even here! And the people that are here have food already What is going on? Pay your people better and get some help or just close you guys are embarrassing Edit, food came out in 5 minutes. It's like the wait staff doesn't want you to order here. Bizzare

    This is one of the only locations I go to because they have always treated me so well and are extremely attentive! Abby is an excellent waitress/bar tender. She has waited on me the last few times I’ve been to this location, in the bar area and always greets me with a smile! She goes out of her way to grab any extra sauces or to go items that I need and makes my experience a 10/10 every single time. ***Abby if you see this come throw axes with me (Brittany) at Celtic Axe inside The Brewtorium (about 5 minutes aways from this chilis) and I will hook you up 🪓 🎯!!! ☺️***

    Good place for vegetarians as all the burgers 🍔 have a black bean option. Liked it very much. Surf and turf steak is a good choice if u want to get started. The price is a little high but comparable to other restaurants. And the service is very slow need to get down from the table and ask for anything. Overall good experience.

    This 2 stars is for the fajita trio plate alone. This was a to go order. This felt like a microwave meal. The tortillas are terrible. Like rubber or plastic. Not warm and soft like tortillas should be. The rice was hard and flavor was bad. The beans taste like canned beans. The steak fajita and shrimp was just ok. Not ordering this again.

    Cutter was our waiter and he was the chillest dude! He had a sweet ringtone that was a metal song and the breakdown was sick!!! He also sings loud enough that the whole restaurant can hear and adds such a great vibe to the restaurant. We used to go to the Chili’s on Lamar but we’re going to chill with Cutter now!!!

    The baby back ribs were very flavorful, seasoned just right but the mac & cheese was too salty! The service was great, the young lady who answered the phone was very kind and patient. My order was ready rather quickly.

    For the to-go order on a Saturday night it was pretty fast. I did not wait for too long and they brought your food to you in the parking lot. I have always enjoyed the chips and the Big Mouth burger. The chips were perfectly crispy and served with a delicious salsa, and the Big Mouth burger was juicy and flavorful. Maybe next time I am gonna dine in and try something more.

    All chilis got rid of the tender chicken crispers now they have kfc chicken tenders .hard as hell ! for the price I should of gone to kfc I paid 110. for five orders i could of gone to another chicken place for that price. my spinach queso was just hard cheese not even saucy my roasted street corn was soggy the quality has gone way down since the pandemic .cutting corners everywhere chilli has no flavor and also no frozen margaritas. Iam sorry to say but i will never eat at chili's again !!!!!!

    So I actually ended up ordering online. The problem is I needed to adjust the majority of my order and you couldn't do it on the website. And I couldn't get anybody to answer the phone so I ordered it online and then just went over to the store and I was like hey I put this order in nobody answers phone can you change it. Thank goodness it's a popular order and they just made me fresh batch and sent the original on its way to somebody else. But overall I really do like this store it's close by my house and it's usually my go-to Chili's. Also the bartender they know their drinks.

    This is the worst Chilis I've been to. I've gone two times being walking distance from the hotel. The food is OK. Its Chili's if you like Chili's you're good. The service is the issue here. First time I went was late afternoon 4ish. The bartender seemed to be serving the whole restaurant (super friendly, super busy) other employees standing around doing nada. The entire bar area was full of empty tables that hadn't been bussed. Appetizer came out at the same time as the entree runner was irked when I pointed this out offering in a sarcastic manor if I would like to send it back(I did had to ask to have it removed from tab). Had to ask for check after 20 mins as the table POS didn't have my tab, rather it had someone else's order. Second visit was 7pm ish. Fairly busy, plenty of staff, looked fairly busy. Drinks took 15 minutes to come out after we asked where they were(they hit the table about a minute before the appetizer. Salad came out after the entree. Again irked runner when I laughed about the appetizer salad coming out after the entree. We got our refill on Drinks once after the entree. I didn't see a manager either time I went. As a generalization most of the time not always I see a manager stopping by tables checking on guests. Not so at this location. Normally staff at Chili's is friendly the two crews I saw seemed sullen and irritated(with the exception of the bar tender she was very friendly). Chili's hasn't lost my business but I won't return to this location.

    RYAN WAS THE BEST SERVER EVER!!!! My finance and I came in an hour before close and felt bad but she insisted on us taking our time and enjoying our late night dinner!     Waitress was great and attentive. That was the best thing about the visit. Wish I could remember her name. Food... not great. Wife had a ceaser and the lettuce was old and wilted, way too much dressing and was watery. I had the tenders which were not crispy and the fries were just a smidge above cold. Could just be a bad night but we wont go back.

    I am very understanding of businesses being short staffed, which is why I was okay with waiting about 45 minutes for a table.( clearly wasn’t packed, just short on staff) However, once we were seated, the waiter skipped us twice. TWICE. The first time , ok whatever, just a mistake, but a 2nd time. Really? He looked straight at me, yet he went straight to the other table. There’s no excuse for bad service.

    Not real busy, but bad weather & road construction could explain some of that. Service was sorts ok..had to keep asking server to fix things and remind to bring us things we requested @ the beginning. Once we got the right order it was very tasty.

    I enjoy a good hamburger and they make it the way I like. Never had bad service here. If it's busy then I do expect things to go a little slower but not a big deal.

    BEWARE! Don’t do curbside delivery!!! Don’t call them since no one will answer!!! In general, don’t expect good services. To the condescending, perfidious, dumpy four-eye girl at the curbside register. Please curved your attitude, be courteous to all your paying customers, and in general, know that it's your job. You have the control to remove yourself from working there if you need to, but as I can see your lack of effort to work you won’t do it. To management, I understand that hiring people at this time is hard to find suitable personnel to work, but that young girl needs a refresher course in customer services. Her body language automatically indicates she doesn't want to be there, especially when she closes the blinds and has a condescending tone in her voice. If she is not able to handle the situation, she needs to be able to read the "room" and know when to get someone higher than her position. When it comes to answering the phones, someone should at least pick up the phone and state that ‘we do apologize for the wait, please note that we are busy at the moment and we will be with you.’ Instead, you leave the customer calling 3 times, and each time getting shorter to the last message indicating that there is no one to answer your phone call. It was faster for me to get my food somewhere else, than it was here, especially since I placed the order at 4:32 pm and did not have it given to me by 6:50 pm. Thanks, but no thank you!

    I only use this Chili's for take out, so that is the basis of my review. My specification requests are taken care of most of the time (extra ranch, salsa on the side, etc.) All items for the meals typically are there (I've been shorted tortilla chips more than once). I'm always pleased with how well packaged the food is. As for taste, the food has always been standard Chili's fare, completely acceptable but not particularly notable.

    Ordered from delivery service, gravy for my country fried steak was missing as well as a side order. Drove to pick up the gravy and received what was pictured. I didn't check the food because you should trust employees are doing the right thing and want to make a bad experience better. Clearly I was wrong.
