This Applebee's is really a hit or miss depending on the day you visit. Timing is probably the biggest complaint I have with them. I frequent this location simply out of convenience and each time, I've had a completely different experience. If it's not an issue with the food, it's an issue with the wait time. The staff and manager are pretty good, when they aren't too busy. There was one time that we waited so long to be seen, I went and told the manager and asked to order to-go instead, but they had ran out of my mom's favorite meal. Last night, I ordered for pickup and was told my food would be ready by 7:33pm. I got there a minute before and one of the staff members came out and said it would be ready in a few minutes. TWENTY FOUR minutes later, my food finally came out. The steak had been cooked entirely too long, there was no gravy on my mashed potatoes as requested, and the wonton stir-fry was very bland (mind you, this is my favorite selection so I know how it tastes on a good day). I won't say I'm not eating here again, but it'll definitely be a while before I order here again.

Worst experience. They brought the completely wrong dish and the right one is burnt. I would rather go south so at least Zelnisha wont just throw the food at us and hide in the kitchen. The manager is too busy bc he has to cook. Smh these people have huge problems. I wouldnt recommend coming here during 3-6pm or probably anytime with their 💩💩 service!! We had lunch today, and it was REALLY GOOD. I finally had a NEW menu item, or one I had never seen before. Yum!!! My niece & I both had it, Mom had her usual ribs & chicken. Our waitress was AWESOME. We got all of our food & three dranks, lol, for $57.29. Not bad at all. Thanks 'Bee's!!! 4.23.19

I really enjoyed the waitress Tierra, but when the food came it was nothing like what the picture showed. Both my husbands and I had cold food, the shrimp is supposed to be grilled but looks like it was soaked in grease. The chicken was cold and sorry looking. In the end, this was our first time and last time at this location. Happy hour drinks majorly watered down. *update- Tierra came and made it right so I bump it up to 3 stars solely because of her.

Food was okay, but overall would not prefer to eat here due to: - Noisy employees - Appetizer was never made, so we asked them to take it off our bill - Steak was ordered “medium-well” but was given a steak that was more bloody than medium-well should be - Low on staff (1 cook & 1 trainee in the kitchen)

It was very nice experience the stuff is very nice the waters was nice welcoming and have the knowledge about the plates and drinks... the food is delicious we eat everything I will back there for sure

We did the 3 course meal: a salad, an appetizer, and an entree. For the food you get, this is a great deal. The breadstick was too dry, but the rest of the food was great. Lee L was a very nice server that adjusted to our needs. Will be coming back & I recommend.

This was supposed to be a review, but I waited over 15 minutes to be seated. Not a single employee came by and acknowledged us or the people in front of us. Horrible service. Ended up leaving. Will never eat here again.

Will be back!! Loved the food and the service was excellent. Then two weeks later...it sucked. Ribs were burnt. Maybe they need more help. But ..for right now. Its a 50/50 chance of good food. But the other tweo pics of great food was the two weeks before. Only one girl was working hard .bussing serving and helping the bartender make drinks .the bartender knows who im talking about !! And the rest of the servers were lazy !!
