I was at this location for a UT Austin graduation 👩🏾‍🎓lunch. The wait was not long and the food 🍝 🥗 🍷 was good the hostess was especially nice and charged my phone for me although they have a charging station. The restaurant is very big. The wait service was pretty prompt and it was clean. It’s located in the University city area.

We decided to enjoy Maggianos on our way to the Apple store. We were used to the loud ambiance of other Maggiano locations. What a pleasant surprise this location was! Our server, Sofia, made sure we were attended to in just the right amount. I had the gnocchi with shrimp; my wife had their creamy potato and chicken soup. Both were delicious. From the warm bread to the big band tunes, it was a pleasant evening. It’s now on our top 10 list.

I give the food a 5. The lasagna is amazing! Highly recommend it. Service was very lackluster (I know, we are in a time where people are not polite to servers) there was food or something smashed on the window from the pervious guests and never cleaned. Not something I like to see at such a high caliber establishment. I asked the server what the soup was and the response was "I don't know, but it's salty" and third didn't even get a happy birthday from the server or any mention of my birthday. The hostess was nice enough to say happy birthday to me. Note: if there are special occasions, please relay messages to staff. I will definitely try this place again as I am a die-hard Italian food lover.

Wife and I went for our anniversary. Got in right away but had a reservation using Open Table. Our server was Erin. She was great! Very helpful with wine list and she allowed us to taste before buying a bottle. We had Rigatoni D and the Lasagna. Both were very good and portions are plenty! We will definitely be back. (If we can have Erin as our server, lol )

Excellent food and Service! Our server Jasmine went above and beyond to make our meal 🤩 amazing. Jasmine is very knowledgeable, prompt and kind. The Chicken piccata and baked Ziti were delicious and prepared to perfection. Thank you for a Authentic Delicious Italian Dinner.

Hannah was great!! Very friendly and helpful in making a decision. Had the chicken spinach manicotti and it was delicious. Also the shrimp scampi. The shrimp was on point and delicious. Yummy. Atmosphere is wonderful. Dimmed lighting but you can still see what you're eating. Bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar is presented to you. Great all around experience

Charming Italian restaurant. You'll fit in wearing casual clothes and bring in the whole family, or dressing up and going out on a date. Excellent wine selection, reasonable food prices. Plan ahead to take half your food home, so you have room to try some of the delicious desserts.

Atmosphere is a 10/10. The waiter that served me was very accommodating and provides amazing service. The food was phenomenal and the portions were definitely what you paid for. I ordered the 16oz ribeye cooked to medium rare and it was amazing. The spinach cheese dip was good as well. Overall 10/10 for service, atmosphere, price, and quality of food.

Extremely pleasant staff - great service and plenty of food. From the selection of entrees to the deserts and even drinks - something for everyone. Great flavors and don't forget the 5 addon to-go! Highly recommended.

We ordered a Thanksgiving meal to pick up at 11:30 am on Thanksgiving Day 2023. They were running behind, but a manager came out and was very apologetic, provided frequent updates, and even offered a free drink from the bar. Once we got our order closer to noon, we found they forgot our sweet potatoes. I went back in and they quickly grabbed some for me and I was on my way. While it would have been nice if it was more on time, they handled it perfectly and everyone was very friendly. As for the food, it was OUTSTANDING! Highly recommend it and it was a great price for all we got, and we didn't have to cook. Overall, very happy with the experience and plan to return to dine in soon.

Always enjoy the food and service here. Rigatoni D is one of my go to. This time we tried the salmon which my wife enjoyed and I did canelloni which was rich but very good. Service is always good and attentive. My daughter went with a group of friends for a birthday lunch and they all loved it, partially because they felt all grown up I'm sure.

Great first-time experience. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms, chicken parmesan, mom’s lasagna, warm apple dessert and got complimentary bruschetta and bread. Amazing staff and service.

Such good food. Service is great and a fabulous restaurant for groups. They have an outdoor patio option, indoor in main dining room and a private room. We like the Chicken Francese, I order and is and my husband replaces the crispy potatoes for mashed potatoes. Our favorite dessert is the Crème Brûlée and Cheesecake with Strawberry sauce.

This was our first time here we celebrated my wife's birthday. My mother-in-law was in town, the service was fantastic. The food was delicious. There was 5 in our party, so we did the family style which was an incredible amount of food. For the money that we paid it was an absolute great value. We will definitely be coming back again and again and again!

It was our very first time that me and my teenage daughter went there. When we walked in the atmosphere was beautiful. It felt like we were in Italy. The food was great . I love the way they had the tables set up also an love the way they bring you your food as well. We especially love the server at the time. He had a very beautiful accent he made us feel like we were actually in Italy. He a Great customer service and took care of us. The Dinner was kinda pricey, but we'll worth it. We would definitely go back

My husband and I walked in and got seated quickly so we thought we were off to a good start. We waited about 15 minutes before being greeted (after multiple waiters passed by and smiled) the waitress that finally helped and found our waitress made everything right. She started our drinks and appetizer. The food came out quick and was delicious! A table was sat in front of us and they waited 25 minutes (yes, I timed it) before being greeted. Seems like the communication was off between the hostess and waiters...We'll always be back, just an off day today.

We had a really great time here!! Don’t remember our servers name but she was so poised. There was what seemed to be a manager walking around helping pass out food and take away dishes, he had a great attitude. Very friendly staff including host and food was yummy! Recommend the mozzarella appetizer, 4 cheese ravioli, and I got some kind of spicy rigatoni. The cheesecake was the creamiest one I’ve ever had. I’d definitely go back.

I recommend coming here to try the Red Snapper. It is amazing! The pickling on top of the dish adds a nice balance to the fish. I could eat the house salad and the red snapper all day every day. The tiramisu is a great classic dessert to try. I love how it tastes and the presentation. The service is top notch, and the environment is nice. It's welcoming and a little fancy at the same time.

Aside from an unexpected bug on our first visit (which was quickly resolved by staff) and dirty napkins on our second visit (which was also resolved quickly by our waitress), eating here was a nice experience. The decor was lovely and the old-timey music playing was a great touch, the overall atmosphere was very relaxed and comfortable. Service was pretty fast and the food tasted delicious.

The ambiance was everything with our visit to Maggiano's! We just attended a birthday party that was hosted and catered with full courses, an open bar and arcade game options. This was honestly one of the funnest birthdays I've attended in my adult life and think that ANYONE could put together a great time here!

Understaff but amazing. You can tell they are doing their best. A bit of a wait but Pasta came out hot and tasty. The lasagna is cheesy and full of sauce.
