One of my best experiences at any Red Lobster in America. I had great service from Tyler. I had endless shrimp (shrimp scampi, grilled, and coconut shrimp) and it was prepared perfectly. I added the crispy brussle sprouts (yum). Everything is fresh. Everyone was so attentive and efficient.

I had a great time me and my 3 friends. We were attended by Mr. Lenon the Waiter and he was son charming and welcoming. Recommend good dishes and provide us a great service. Be back! Our lobsters were so Good.

My dining experience this location was AMAZING!! I would recommend this particular location to anyone who wants to enjoy being welcomed warmly from entering the front door and being greeted by such customer friendly hostesses to my Server . The chef that prepared my meal ,not only got the temperatures correct to culinary perfection,the seasoning in my meal ,came with a skill that is well honed!! My server,was so attentive and efficient that this company should know that he represents them on an exemplary level!! The new manager only solidified my unparalleled satisfaction with his visual teamwork efforts!! If the ability to give more stars was available I would give them all!!

Probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had at Red Lobster! To start the dining area had a horrible smell. My guess would be that this is an old establishment and it's not getting deep cleaned as often as needed. I highly doubt it was raw seafood that I smelled. Perhaps carpet cleaning may help and deep cleaning the dining area as well. I observed a waiter drop a whole cup of ketchup on the floor and didn't have it cleaned up. My waiter was an older guy who was very polite, however his hands were extremely dirty looking (almost like a mechanics hands) which was a put off! Cleanliness is extremely important to me when serving and handling food. I ordered fish and chips, clam chowder and a kids Mac n cheese/broccoli. The fish and chips costs $15.99 (see images), which was highway robbery for the little amount of food that was served. One piece of fish and a handful of french fries...$15.99....no lemon wedges, no coleslaw. The fish was overcooked and fries were warm. The clam chowder looked like separated vegetable oil in a bowl of milk. It was HORRIBLE!! I waited around 30 minutes to receive my food and what was brought to my table was highly UNACCEPTABLE! I sent the clam chowder back because it didn't look edible. I told the waiter and he said "that's butter". (See clam chowder images) I've eaten clam chowder for years, it's NEVER looked like milk and vegetable oil. I wish I would've saved my money and ate at home. Red Lobster has lost its pizzazz they are struggling big time! This is sad! The cheddar biscuits were good though.

Javi was our waiter. He was prompt,courteous friendly and all that you would want your waiter/waitress to be. The cool part about it is that he said he's usually in the back cooking...but picked up extra shifts waiting tables. As good as his service was and how professional he came across you would think he's been doing it for a while. Very polite and with a genuine personality. We wish you the best Javier. Thank you for such great service.

It's not what it used to be. Menu has changed a lot. If you love lobster and different types of grilled shrimp, then the menu caters to that. The staff was almost to attentive (or at least our waitress). Seemed like every 3 minutes she was at our table. Restaurant was clean.

I'm 52 and never been to Red Lobster. It was very good. The garlic bread was moist. Wasn't a big fan of the lady walking through the restaurant holding her dog (it wasn't a service animal). Overall it was great, we will go back.

FAITH RESTORED! BRING ON THE SHRIMP! Given my previous experience at the Lamar location, I was skeptical in returning to Red Lobster. However the stuffed mushrooms & that Unlimited Shrimp deal just kept calling my name! At the door I felt at ease when the hostess was excited to see us walk in with a beautiful smile and no hesitation to get us seated. Then our waiter, Alecia (I'm sorry for misspelling), kindly made us feel very welcomed, was well informed, spoke with clarity, and went ABOVE & beyond to truly give my friend and I a grand experience. In addition, EVEN MORE exciting is that the Unlimited Shrimp Promotion added on additional goodies, Dragon Shrimp (Which was literally sold out already on a TUESDAY evening) + Crab Rangoon shrimp, Red Lobster Style and still delicious! This would be my 3rd time getting the Unlimited Shrimp, and each time there is a step up which is absolutely fantastic and adaptable to market, especially considering being in Austin with a highly competitive food industry. THANK YOU RED LOBSTER, not only for your compensation of my previous distressing experience, but also for the shrimp promo and changin it up! It's Awesome! :) <3 Cheers to MORE SHRIMP! Outstanding endless shrimp offering, delicious biscuits as always and really good lobster dip + seafood mushrooms.

The food came out hot, which is a plus. I had the fried catfish with a salad and fries. The salad was not fresh, the fish was too salty. I told the waitress about the fish she was very understanding, and gave me other options. I chose the fried flounder which was much better.

The waitress was very nice .we were super hungry after long day so thought will enjoy some quality seafood But the food was very bad. Rice / orzo were hard, chowder was watery, salt in tacos were to the point where I got my tongue wounded. And love lobsters tasted blunt ,hint of chlorine chemical taste. Never coming back ever

Our server, Leonard was GREAT! He was very detail oriented and saw to our every request. What a nice guy too! He right away brought us biscuits and extra napkins. He made sure my husbands coffee wa fresh and hot and kept it refilled. He brought extra lemon for my ice tea without asking. We had an excellent meal and felt very well taken care of. Great service, Leonard!

The bar tender was great! This location needs a makeover, the asthetic are old and needs to be updated. The food was good, everything tasted fresh and was cooked well.

Lunch was really good! Salmon w/Quinoa rice, scallops and shrimp w/Brussels sprouts. Emma kept us laughing. 😂

Mostly for our server tonight who wore a pin letting us know their preferred pronouns. They were awesome, made us feel welcome and brought out food quickly. They made sure drinks were topped off and after commenting on their pin, they thanked us for recognizing it. We do like this place, most of the the time it's a 3 star for us though. However tonight we had amazing service and actually enjoyed our meal

I took a lunch with my family on the Mother's day. Waiter is awesome. Restaurant is very clean. Service is fast. Meal is delicious. The reason that I give only 2 stars is missing a lobster tail. My sister ordered the Seafarer's Feast, but a lady gave us a plate without a lobster tail. We had not known a missing food until we arrived at home (my sister told us after we left). We trusted the restaurant, and it's unbelievable that we didn't get what we paid.

We sat down between work and church and the food, service and everything was great. My wife and I split the Salmon New Orleans. Just the right amount of food. It was delicious! The sauce had the right amount of spice and was called cajun butter sauce. We also got the broccoli and mashed potatoes. It also had a few shrimp. The biscuits were good for an appetizer and dessert. We will try this again. Gina, our waitress was fabulous. Go see them.
