Gourdough's was definitely a must try when in Austin. Very chill atmosphere with reclaimed wood vibes. It is a donut galore. With many different iterations of donut themes. The Donut burger is rich hearty and fun. The fried deviled eggs were a good way to start your meal. Desert was very good, could have done without the peanuts. Definitely a place to treat your donut itch.

I've been here twice and both times have been excellent! They're menu has something for everyone and definitely save room for dessert! The Ron burgundy burger is delish and the black Betty is just the right amount of sweet and tart

Meh. This is a bar with “good” food. Loud music. I feel like the food was made to look good for an Instagram photo, not for taste. It’s a lot of stuff piled onto each other with “savory donuts” that just tasted like plain donut dough. Go to try a donut burger, but don’t go for a life changing food experience.

Amazing. Granted you're paying about $16 for your burger, but worth it. I had the Ron Burgundy and the Phat Club. Both were great. Even the sweet tea was great.

Wow I was VERY pleasantly surprised. I knew they had the donut theme but I’m not a fan of too sweet things so I was a bit skeptical. But the donuts are just light and flaky not necessarily sweet on the main menu items. I had the dirty south, such a large portion and omg the cranberry habanero jam 🤤 everything paired together so yummy. My partner had the Ron Burgundy, it was also very large. I had a bite and couldn’t even get all the ingredients but it was amazing. We’ll definitely be back to try more and check out brunch! Apparently they have $4 mimosas or $13 carafes. And the patio areas look so cute. Also the music had an appreciated good mix of styles.

Nice atmosphere. All the food we ordered tasted good. The grilled cheese was overpriced. Service was OK, they seemed understaffed. Didn't get dessert, so next time I'm in Austin I'll stop in to try some of their gourmet doughnuts.

Got Ron burgundy with Brussels, and dirty bird with mashed sweet potato. Both were delicious, and the side upgrades were totally worth it! Service was fast too.

Fun fact, you won’t find a single glazed donut here. What you will find is donut hamburgers, donut sandwiches and even donuts with salad. Fun atmosphere, unique dining experience and great food. I had a “Double D” burger (made single patty) which was very tasty but a little messy with the Buffalo sauce leaving a soggy donut bottom. I prefer a traditional bun for my burgers but was definitely enjoyable, but very feeling. My friend ordered a wedge salad served with chicken fried bacon and tasty chunks of blue cheese. This place is excellent for a fun outing with the fam!

Very trendy, mediocre food. Fun menu, but everything just kind of missed the mark. Service was okay drinks were okay. Pricy, you're paying for the novelty. Nothing to write home mom about but something you could post to the insta. Donuts are on every item in the menu even the salads.

We went on a Sunday at lunch time for our first ever visit. I've always wanted to try this spot. The hostess was nice and the waiter was very attentive. It appeared they are a bit short staffed since there were lots of clean tables open but they were on a 30 minute wait. No worries, everyone is dealing with the same issues. The food was great. My kids loved the idea. My only gripe is that I ordered the pork belly dish which was like $15 and only got three tiny pieces of pork belly (see pic). What I got was delicious. Maybe my expectations were too high but I was expecting more pork.

The burgers are HUGE and delicious. Love the outdoor seating with games to play. The appetizer was incredible! You won’t wanna eat for days after lol so much food!

It's over the top. It's amazing. It's a blast and outrageous and a down south guilt pleasure. Get these big fat donuts! At least try them once. There's a reason why there is so much hype around this place. I love the variety of sweet and savory options. Portion sizes are huge but you're also paying for presentation. The country clucker was by far my favorite- it's served with creamed corn and candied jalapeños! If you can only pick one- then I'd go with sweet because that's what they are famous for and you can at least remember your last few moments in Austin with a sweet sugar coma.

At this place it was a more memorable experience than expected. We had some good menu items that were a burst of flavors that satisfied the taste buds. I give the whole experience a very good rating and I will be back sooner rather than later. Our only complaints were that it was very hot inside of the resturant. Not sure if it was just in the part we sat in, but it was bearable enough to eat and then get our dessert to go. Also, if you try the Rise & Shine, just know that the pico is very spicy. It was kind of a surprise. The waiter was very courteous and we tipped because of it. So the overall experience was top notch!!!!!

Absolutely delicious! Such a fun environment and fun foods to choose from on the menu. Their dessert donuts are amazing.. I was in Austin just a week and HAD to go back for dessert a second time! *Donuts are light and soft on the inside with a subtle crisp outside. They’re unglazed making a perfect sandwich.. not sticky or messy!
