Amazing view, atmosphere and food. Love the place from threshold, beautiful display of bottle corks on the wall. Staff are very friendly and our server Sergio C was very helpful. We ordered Ahi Tuna and Salmon salad , everything was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend this place and for sure will be back soon!!!!

Roe, our fabulous and wonderful waitress made our family dinner so enjoyable while dining out at Grove Wine Bar & Kitchen in Lakeway. She was extremely attentive, and detail-oriented, and could tell she enjoys helping her customers. Since we loved the food and service at another Grove location, we were excited to find one with spectacular views from the patio and inside the dining area. Definitely 5 stars for all categories and will be back soon!

Our third time here and it never disappoints! The bruschetta is a must- you can’t go wrong with any options but this time we tried the typical tomato/balsamic, whipped feta with pistachios and the apples with fig. Sharing those + the Cobb salad was a quick and light dinner. The charceuterie board is also amazing. Great service and beautiful views!

Really beautiful place to have brunch! The breakfast flatbread was incredible, as were the migas and the grove hash. Had a bachelorette party brunch and it was perfect. Pretty views and good food. Removed a star because the service was alright. Staff was very nice but they kept forgetting things we asked for. Wouldn’t recommend the bourbon, maple, mint cocktail either.

I love the Grove Lakeway, I love seating out on the patio and having some wine and enjoying the beautiful view of the hill country. A lot of options on the menu for everyone even gluten-free pizza. They have an excellent happy hour menu. The upside-down cake it’s a must.

A lovely spot for a nice view and wine flights. We really enjoyed our first visit, if you’re a a Sauvignon Blanc fan, I recommend flight #2. Special thanks to our server Adan, who was friendly and personable!

This is a great restaurant with a great view. The reason I gave 4 stars is because the food is close to side dishes. It is the best place for who want to enjoy wine on special occasions.

Went here because it’s across, from the hospital, sat at the bar, ordered my to go order and ordered wine and the Brussels sprouts to have at the bar. It was delicious, but I couldn’t get more wine, no one would wait on me, I didn’t look my best from staying with a loved one in the hospital for 5 days. A few days later ordered a curb side to go meal, their $44 steak entree, and the Brussels sprouts appetizer. Everything was cold (remember , it’s literally across the street), it wasn’t even warm. And honestly nothing seemed fresh. And the serving of Brussels sprouts was half of what I got at the bar. This was a $70 meal!!!! Hoping to save anyone else that is staying at the hospital this expensive mistake.

Service was great. We sat by the window on a chilly afternoon. Mimosas were inexpensive and delicious and generous. Mushroom soup was a must try. Lots of gluten free options. We would come back.

We were disappointed with our recent visit to [Restaurant Name]. We've enjoyed dining here in the past, but this time, the food and service fell short of our expectations. The "wild mushroom" soup was a major disappointment. It was watery and the wild rice was undercooked and crunchy, rendering it inedible. I returned the soup and declined a replacement. The waiter brought back the same soup, "without the rice," claiming it was "taken care of." This was misleading and frustrating. The children's pasta portions were abysmal. My 7-year-old daughter received a meager 3-spoonful serving that left her hungry. We requested more pasta, but were served another equally small portion. This was especially disappointing considering the price of $6 per serving. Charging double for such a paltry amount of pasta for a child is simply unacceptable. My fish tacos were subpar. The Spanish rice was dry and unappetizing, and the Caesar salads lacked dressing. To add insult to injury, the terrible soup I returned was still charged on our bill. We were also charged twice for the children's pasta. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction was appalling. While the atmosphere boasts a lovely view, the food was a major let-down. We left feeling disappointed and ripped off. We will not be returning.

Ordered big glory bay salmon. The taste was good. But the quantity for a 33$ dish was less. Good place for wine lovers. Lots of options.

We stopped by The Grove - Lakeway with friends on a recent Saturday evening. The evening started off a bit rocky, as the hostess and several waiters could not figure out how to sit us down. We were a party of five, which I concede is an odd number, but it took almost 15 minutes for them to figure out where to put us. With that ordeal out of the way, we settled in and ordered drinks and appetizers. The fried oysters were very good, could have been served hotter (temperature). Many pieces of our order of fried okra (fried whole okra, not the chopped-up pieces you're used to) were inedible. We asked our waitress about that, and her reply was "Okra is really not in season right now, so it can be tough." Our thought was ... then why have it on the menu. The okra also was not served very hot. We shared a wedge salad that was very good, right amount of dressing, plenty of blue cheese crumbles, served quite chilled. For entrees we ordered the redfish entree and redfish tacos. Both were very good, could have been served a little bit hotter. The black beans served with the fish tacos were a bit salty. Seems like an issue at this location may be not enough staff to get the food out when it's ready, so food orders sit a bit in the kitchen. Kudos to the restaurant for bringing out a couple of complimentary desserts, one member of our party was celebrating an anniversary! The chocolate brownie with ice cream and the upside down pineapple cake, also served with ice cream, were both delicious. So, all in all, a good experience, but it could have been much better ...

Beautiful views and delicious food! The wine flight is an amazing value, I couldn't even finish them all. We had the bruschetta, it was so, so good and fresh. . The meat lovers pizza was fantastic as well. Service was friendly and attentive. I don't live near Lakeway but I would definitely come back to this location!

Went here with some girlfriends for a little get together. My friend had accidentally booked reservations at another location but luckily they were able to sit the 4 of us without a wait. We did go later in the evening and ended up staying until they closed so that could be why the server wasn't too attentive. We got our drinks and food and the view was great. Definitely worth trying it out in the future, maybe with more time before they close.

Lovely place to eat. Great views and very tasty food. We had spaghetti and meatballs, hamburger and chips, and a Ceasar salad. Also, the white wine flight was just my kind of wine.

This weekend I had my best friend baby sprinkle (baby shower) at The Grove Lakeway and it was an AMAZING experience! I live in Houston. so I had to handle everything over the phone until I was able to get there. Once I made the reservation over the phone for our party of 15 I was sent a text confirmation immediately. I loved having that level of professionalism and documentation to assure I had my reservation set. The hostesses were so nice and professional from my first phone call until the day I arrived! The manager Thomas ( I hope that’s the correct name) was sooo kind and accommodating!!! I couldn’t thank him enough for helping make her special day so beautiful! He allowed us to change our seating (more than once 🫣🤭) for the best possible spacing and help with lighting for the photographer. ☺️ Last but certainly not least, our sweet waitress Sarah! Sarah was stellar, superb, and attentive to all our guests needs! She even helped me while setting up with her beautiful handwriting. 😉 Sarah kept our mimosas flowing, food orders organized and arrived quickly, bills were split perfectly, and helped with anything we all needed no matter how minor it was. My friend was so pleased with the overall experience that I had to write a review. The atmosphere, food, and customer service were all a perfect 10 and I highly recommend this location! Thank you again for helping me celebrate my friend on her new journey into motherhood and exceeding her expectations!

The tuna salad and the hummus appetizer were absolutely amazing. The service was pretty good overall but the waitress could have been a little more attentive. We do recommend that you check it out - the views are amazing!! Recommend 💯- disfruta!

Normally The Grove is one of my favorite places to pop in for a quick lunch or later in the day a glass of wine. Today I ordered the bacon lettuce tomato and avocado sandwich, which when is was served looked wonderful. However; when I went to salt and pepper the sandwich it contained only one half of a tomato on either slice of bread. Lots of bacon but I really would like more tomato. The photo is a picture of only 1/2 the sandwich. Very disappointed.

Great service and food! The tuna poke appetizer was huge and delicious. We had the fettuccine and bolognese. Super yummy! The bruschetta is good but the bread was a little too hard. Our server was delightful! Would definitely return!

I found the other location of the restaurant last night by chance during my visit in Austin and I was really satisfied with everything, including food quality, customer service, cleanliness and decoration. So, I selected the restaurant again but in this location for today. View is just great here, but the food quality is not the same. I can say this because one of our order’s was the same.

👍👍 This place hands down serves the best burgers in town. I had both "The Chef's Favorite" burger and the "Quinoa Avocado Salad" and they were absolutely exquisite.
