Honestly...the photos DON'T do it justice!! The Front Page isn't just an ultra cool hang out spot with super amazing food and huge selection of adult beverages...(btw they have daily drink themes WITH quite a few original recipes) this is an experience you can't help but want to be a part of!!

Great service and delicious and fresh margaritas!! We live down the street and are sad it took us too long to check them out. We'll definitely be back for their house made breads and sandwiches! Stay tuned...

Highly recommend this place, especially if you’re alcohol-free! The bartender was great about zero-proof cocktail suggestions. The food is also delicious. I ordered a BLT and it did not disappoint. I’ll definitely be back.

If you're in Austin, Texas, and looking for a great spot to grab a bite and a drink, you can't go wrong with The Front Page. Tucked away, this cozy bar is a hidden gem that you shouldn't miss. The sandwiches are simply delicious and a perfect complement to the extensive selection of beers and cocktails. But what really sets this place apart is the amazing staff. The bartenders are some of the best in town with a wealth of knowledge and expertise when it comes to crafting the perfect drink. And even better, they're always happy to chat and make you feel right at home. Drew is exceptionally easy on the eyes as well! Overall, The Front Page is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a low-key and welcoming spot to unwind with friends. Don't miss out on this Austin gem!

It's odd to leave a review for a salad from a bar but their Cobb Salad is one of my favorite lunches. Their sandwiches are also really good plus love that. it's locally owned!

The smoked turkey sandwich has that unique taste that lets it melt in your mouth. The wide variety for those that can't eat meat, the accessibility in parking. Would revisit

Just more of the same. Meh decor. Meh outdoor patio. Prices were too expensive. Is this all that Austin has to offer now? Homogenized, new Constuction, uninspired architecture shelters uninspiring spaces that have the collateral effect of driving up rent prices and property values. Meh. Where is the COOL part of East Austin these days?

One of the best sandwich places in Austin. The manager is one of the most kind-hearted people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting

Great food! Very likely the best salad I've ever eaten. The hot Southern Italian sandwich was amazing, too! There aren't pictures because we ate it all too quickly. 🤷‍♀️

This is the perfect neighborhood bar. They have a huge patio space, excellent selection of beer on tap, and friendly staff. They have a smaller food selection but for a quick lunch or a light dinner I've been very satisfied! This is the kind of place where most people are walking or riding their bikes to, truly focused on their local community. So if you're reading this review are are less than a 20 minute walk away, this is your invitation to come on down and make yourself at home! Obviously there's plenty of parking, just trying to describe the vibe. The staff has been very accommodating to put on certain sporting events too! Great place to have in the neighborhood!

Got the smoked turkey on a hoagie and I think it would have been a good sandwich but the mustard they used was so strong and horseradish spicy, it’s all I could taste. I could only get through half of the sandwich, unfortunately… I think it would be fine if you asked for it without mustard.

I ordered the smoked turkey sandwich. It was ok. Loved the sourdough bread but It was heavy on the mustard. It literally made me tear up from how spicy the mustard was. Price wasn’t bad but I wish they had been less generous with the mustard and have added more chutney. I couldn’t taste the chutney. I was really looking forward to the chutney. 😔

Spacious outdoor area. Cocktails are simple but taste good. Multiple beers were skunky and under carbonated. Odd setup where you can’t buy a regular pint—only a 10oz pour or a 20oz imperial pint.

Stopped by The Front Page (TFP) for lunch after picking up out-of-town guests at the airport. What a cool place ...! You order at the bar, and they bring your food out when its ready. Salads and sandwiches mostly, so we tried one of each. The Greek Salad was very good, nice dressing served on the side. Ample salad for two to share. After a bit of conversation with the bartender we choose the traditional Italian sandwich. A nice-sized sammy, perfect to split for two. The bread was very fresh, and there was a good-sized portion of Italian meats and cheese. We liked TFP and would go back to try other things on the menu. Recommend TFP for a good salad, sandwich or combo!

The Front Page is located in a multi-business complex with lots of indoor/outdoor sittings and free parking. I enjoy studying here and getting great sandwhiches from them.

Literally the best bar in EATX. These guys make you feel like you’re home. Whether you stop in for a quick pint or stumble upon one of the many events they host on a regular basis. Great sandwiches (rumor is…they make their own bread, just ask Chuck) and better drinks and beer selection. Old school bar with a new school and warm atmosphere. Schafer and Porter do everything in their power to make this place the most wonderful place. Come in and become apart of the community. It’s all love here, always.

Was visiting family for the holidays and decided to stop by for some food and drinks. Hidden gem!!! This place has a neighborhood bar vibe to it and wish we lived closer so we could be regulars. Cocktails were delicious. Their bread is made in house. Had the southern Italian and loved it! Thanks Chuck! Service was fabulous!

Wonderful wonderful character given how it's integrated with the property development and other venues. Great spot for a meetup or event. Fantastic place to work, outside, in order to grab a beer.
