I got a super simple order of 1 chicken fajitas taco with fajita peppers and a chips and Queso. The chicken fajita was not Ediable the meat fell apart and tasted horrible. I’m pretty sure it wasn’t even chicken. I just hit them to make a bean and cheese which was just fine. It’s been years since I’ve been here and won’t eat here again. Service was awful employees didn’t say a word when you walk in didn’t smell right at all.

Don't order from this place , the gm is a total prick and isn't helpful at all. They don't have the condiments you want and then the condiments you get are made wrong.

Earlier i bought the Queso Blanco Enchiladas entree order and the manager seemed overwhelmed, wasn't listening & wrung me up for the meal instead w/a drink (That I never ordered). I had told her this & she replied I'll give you five to replace what I charged you (8.99 + tax) which should've been half the cost of that cause I only wanted 2 no more than 3. Most of my food was burned, chewy, hard, & cold. I was not Impressed...but dealing w/Taco Cabana what did I EXPECT! SMH

I'm fortunate to live close enough to be able to drive through for a quick taco any time I want without much trouble. Their tacos are good but the salsa bar is a big part of the draw and without it there's nothing that special about TC although, it's still a nice alternative to burgers. The Cabana bowls are always a good choice and fill me up nicely. However, they messed up my most recent drive-thru order when they accidentally gave me 2 mislabeled breakfast tacos in a breakfast 6 pk. I got 4 potato and egg tacos and no chorizo and egg.

I used to work in this area and ate here regularly. Back then it was a reliable quick lunch. Stopped in today with my 7 year old daughter and stood at the counter for 5 minutes before 1 of the 5 employees I counted even acknowledged we were at the counter. I watched the next 2 guys get the same treatment. Lack of leadership and listless employees. Shame to see this place go down the tubes. My daughter said the tacos were good. Place is barren of customers. I’m betting the service tells the story.

Everything was excellent and fresh going in early like that make difference if was later I'm pretty sure it would have been crowded 🙃.

Ordered before closing, but the drive-thru was empty. Took a minute to check my order at the window, and the manager yelled at me to leave ASAP. When I said I needed to check my order, he just snapped "Shut up" and slammed the window shut. Don't give this restaurant a chance. Avoid it.

Used to be good... but each time I go it's worse than the time before. Some management that cares and employees getting trained properly is needed to turn this store around.

Tried the street tacos for the first time. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! They tasted like hamburger meat with no toppings that was suppose to come on it & the tortilla was hard. I would have been better off at a taco truck.

Stopped by for a late night dinner 9:30 but the dine in was closed. Had to do the drive thru. Got a steak cabana bowl and it was pretty bland. No refried beans on the bottom and no pirate sauce. Also had street tacos, just a tortilla and some meat. No cilantro or onions and forget any seasoning. Pretty disappointing.

Food was great and staff was outstanding place was clean and neat and new menu has many options

Food was alright. I got a breakfast bowl and it was mainly beans and potatoes. Would have been a lot better if there was more meat and eggs. But wasn't too bad.

I ordered the $5 shredded chicken & the bowl & get home & gave me ground beef instead of shredded chicken. I wasted my time & gas driving 15 mins to order & now I don't have time to drive back because they are about to close. I don't eat ground beef so I won't be eating tonight!!! Thank!!! I had money & & gas to waste. Also on the bowl y'all was out of beans??? Wth... This was completely a waste of everything! I do not recommend this location!!!!!!!! Clearly you can see on my receipt that I ordered shredded chicken NOT ground beef!!!!! Plus I called.back & goes straight to voicemail.. smh. I left a message... Let's see if I get a call back...

The man manger in the blue shirt was very disrespectful to my elderly mom she took a lil long getting her money together then when he got the food together he through it at my mom & said she took all day to give him the money I said can we have are refund he no leave or ima call the cops me & my mom waited but no cops came & we did not get a refund I would love for a General manger to give me a call

The portions were small. The food was bland. They were out of sauces. Now it is not a Mexcan restraunt at best Mexican American and I would bet a lot of non hispanic speaking eat there, but they only play music with hispanic vocals. I think they should Mex it up.

The steak fajita meat was cut in very thin strips almost like little thin French fries. Very rubbery and no flavor. We we shocked because we always get fajitas you can chew on that have a get taste. When my husband went ti inquire what went wrong he was told that was their regular meat and they were freshly cooked. My husband looked over at the grill at it had to go boxes piled on it. Nothing had been cooked on it in a while. This was obviously some little pieces of some kind of meat warmed in a microwave. The young man at the cash register could have cared less. Won't ever go back there and if we do go back to another Taco Cabana I will want to see the steak fajita meat before we order. We like this place very much but it was horrible and I'd rather pay more to get what we want even if it doesn't have that same flavor we love. I hope they wake up and see what going on to their business before it's too late.

Food was made wrong. Order quesadillas with pico. They only gave me cheese and meet. On both of our orders. Fountain drink was dirty. While i was there they also made a ladys food wrong. Street tacos had cold tortillas. The goot thing was it was almost empty.

Idk why this place had bad reviews. It's clearly a fast food joint but the food is good. The prices are good and the staff is really friendly and motivated. I also love that they have vegetarian options.

Ordered about $20 worth of food, and there were a few minor issues with our order. I go to the counter and ask about it, and they immediately took care of me. I got my fixed items in less than a minute! Felt very cared for. Shoutout to Angel for just taking charge of it and helping me. Mistakes happen, but how you are treated and things are handled is key. Also. Food was yummy!

The drive thru lady was rude, rung up the wrong order and then after finally getting the correct order rung up, she gave me the wrong food. Did I say give? I meant threw me my food. Obviously high on something and rude. Always something with this location

Just like every other Taco Cabana in existence, this one can't seem to get an order right the 1st time. Spent over $30 on lunch, only to get home and find about $20 worth of food. Part of the order was missing, another part (flautas) was charred to oblivion and is it just me or did the quesadillas shrink? Top it all off with bad spoiled nasty sour cream. Hungry?? The only reason for 2 stars is because the manager did refund the entire amount back to my card.

Drive thru taking our order sounded like he hated life and sounded like he was high af...gave us our food and had us waiting for about 10 min like idiots at the window waiting for our drinks. He proceeded to make our drinks and tried to hand me a half filled cup. Then, the tacos we ordered tasted like the tortillas were made about 2 years ago and just heated up in a microwave. I have no idea how someone can screw up a bean and cheese taco, but they get the award for succeeding in that task bc it must have taken some real work to mess it up.

Was having my car worked on next door. Walked over to get a cup of coffee. Lady told me it’s catering and drive thru only. The door says carry out. I asked if I could just buy a cup of coffee and she said no. I have to go through the drive thru. Maybe they need to not have carry out on the door or lock the door if the inside isn’t open.

Giving them 5 stars (expectations based on fast food) for the service and freshness of my lunch order today. I ordered a large cheese quesadilla with pico on the side and chips and salsa. If I’d rated them for my past experiences I’d give them 3 stars because it’s been inconsistent and one of the places I’ve made a mental reminder to check my order before leaving the window. I hope they’ve made changes that can keep up the great service I received today.

Had a ask for forks and knives. Tables were dirty, sticky and they're were no condiments. The floors were dirty. The food was ok. Almost cool not warm.

Worst Taco Cabana I've ever had. Don't waste your money here.

We walked in and was okay The Man that assisted us was somewhat nicety. We asked for what we wanted and my husband asked for a drink tea sweet, and I said the same, he said is that all and that was it took the money and went to prepare. I got my taco and he had put naked on them. I didn't ask for naked tacos neither did I get my drink. So when I went up to get my drink he said we won't be arguing back and forth. I told him I wasn't arguing and he said not you, but I was the only one there. I thought that was rude. My husband kept me from arguing.
