really
wanted
to
like
this
place.
In
fact,
I've
tried
many
times;
more
times
than
I
should
have
because
I
love
the
atmosphere
and
the
concept;
I
can't,
in
good
conscience,
try
again.
Every
single
time
I've
been
here,
there
has
been
problems.
Either
menu
items
are
out
of
stock
or
everything
takes
an
extremely
long
time
to
be
prepared,
regardless
of
how
busy
the
place
is.
I've
run
restaurants
most
of
my
life
and
I
understand
the
business
very
well.
Because
of
my
experience
I
know
that
these
problems,
happening
with
the
frequency
I've
seen,
are
unacceptable.
It
takes
a
lot
to
get
me
to
write
something
like
this,
but
I
feel
compelled
after
so
many
negative
experiences.
I
am
typically
treated
quite
rudely
and,
at
times,
blatantly
lied
to,
once
by
a
manager.
Chains
like
these
have
required
standards
and
I
can't
believe
for
a
second
that
this
locations
meets
those
expectations.
It's
sad,
but
with
how
many
chances
I've
given
this
place,
it
now
feels
insulting.
I
will
not
be
dining
here
again.
It's
not
too
much
to
ask
for
a
restaurant
to
exhibit
the
basic
degree
of
competency
and
hospitality
they
claim
to.
This
location
must
improve.
