Had a bad experience here. The host told us it would be about 10-15 minutes and 35 minutes later we were seated. After being seated we had to ask our waiter for our water to be refilled and waited about 10 minutes until we got any water. We also had to remind our waiter of our alcoholic drinks. We finally got our alcoholic drinks after we were done eating our appetizer and entre (we ordered our drinks as soon as we sat down). The entire restaurant was filled with tables not being cleaned which made it unpleasant. Definitely enjoyed San Antonio and Fort Worth locations over this location. I understand a lot of places are short staffed but every time we looked for anyone they were grouped together talking.

They were short staffed today when I went, I just wanted to include that before I go on. I really liked my server, he was super sweet. It took a while for us to get our drinks. It also took a bit for the appetizers and food to come out. Like I said, they were short staffed so I don’t really have an issue with that. The food was pretty good too. I enjoyed coming here.

Delicious menu items Appetizers Pan fried pork dumplings Dynamite shrimp Entrees Chang’s spicy chicken (not really spicy) Mongolian beef Dan Dan noodles (off menu item) Lo mein noodles Dessert Great Wall of chocolate Banan cheesecake spring rolls Typically P.F. Chang’s is my go to for Chinese. Everything here was pretty good but in comparison to other experiences at P.F. Chang’s I thought the food was a little dry. Everything we ordered,we requested additional sauce on the side because the food needed it. The Chang’s spicy chicken was maybe lukewarm. The extra sauce on the side was very hot which we drizzled over the chicken The service took a minute at first but once they got to our table the service was good.

I took my mother out to eat here the other day, and we had such a great time here! Our server Dominique was so lovely! She was kind, respectful, and definitely the atmosphere for the whole meal. We received wonderful recommendations and all of our questions were answered. Toward the middle of our dine-in, the manager Brandon came over to have a friendly conversation with us about our experience. It was so causal that it felt genuine and not at all like a forced interaction. We mentioned to him that we were hoping for a "sampler" type if experience so we could try out all the different things, so he suggested we reach out and mention it here. So here I am, humbly requesting for a sampler meal for a whole party to enjoy! I absolutely recommend this location, and I will definitely be returning with my family and friends!

This restaurant is usually for us a celebration place, and thus time we’re celebrating love, life and health The menu is tasty delicious and matches the original atmosphere and decor. Portions are very large, so guests can sample every ones choices if possible. Staff is friendly and prompt. The music is maintained at a nice comfortable level so you can have a conversation. We will definitely get back to keep celebrating.

Food was great service was great. Below is the banana spring rolls desert fried in a spring roll wrap and served with an ice cream you can only get at pf changs, no other places in the world. That famous ice cream is the TOASTED COCONUT PINEAPPLE. It's AMAZING with the caramel sauce and coconut 🥥 🍍 sauce for the banana rolls IS ONE OF A KIND DISH!!!!!. Don't sleep on it. And that lovely entree is the Kung Pao chicken but shrimp substituted instead with lo mein noodles instead of rice. And honestly it's probably my favorite dish I have had there. TRY IT and feel the euphoria with every bite. 🤤💥. It is the 💣!

We loved it. We don't reside in the US Amy more and we're happy to find out that after so many years this chain is still great. Food was delicious. Orange chicken, beef broccoli, dumplings, rice, all was excellent. The cheese cake was also amazing And our French waitress was super nice!

In my opinion, every hotel has its uniqueness, some are so beautiful that they leave a lasting impression, i.e. the Marriott in New York. I stayed in an older hotel recently, Embassy Suites in North Charleston, the one drawback is they didn't have charging plugs in the common rooms downstairs. In this day and age, that is a must to be able to charge your devices, but what they lacked in certain modern conveniences, they more than make up for in their Continental breakfast BEST EVA!!!!!!! out of all the hotels I've stayed in in the past 7 years....BEST HANDS DOWN, the fancy 5-star hotels CANNOT measure up to their breakfast...in my opinion

Came for my daughters birthday and the server magnolia was rude for no reason. She brought out orange chicken that had no sauce and was pretty dry which was also supposed to have rice and when I gave her the feedback along with letting her know I never received the rice she just said ok? As if she did not care and just stared at me until I asked if I could get the rice, no apology and just walked away. I would think the service at a restaurant downtown would be A1. Not sure the reason for the attitude but other than that the food was good.

I tried curbside pickups here for the first time and it worked out great. They gave me a time, and at the assigned time I outlet up to the curb and they brought it out. We tried the dinner for two, which I think is a great deal. The food tasted fresh and plentiful. We got the Mongolian beef, egg drop soup and chicken fried rice. All was excellent.

When it comes to P.F. Chang’s as a whole I think this establishment meets up to the standards and name well. The food was a bit light in flavor but in a good way. There may be some flaws here and there but I think what made the experience good was the service from our server named Kai. He was constantly checking on us and filling out drinks. Soft spoken and gentle as well, the customer service was really good.

Food was great, experience and staff were awesome, but it was quite expensive so come prepared to spend a pretty penny.

In town for Afrotech and needed a place to get lunch. Went to 4 places and had horrible service then we pulled up to PF and experienced the Incomparable Aaron. Guy please go check them out and ask for Aaron cause he will give mind blowing service!

Needed a quick lunch between conference meetings and let our server know we were limited on time. Aaron was simultaneously efficient and charming, had us served quickly, hot fresh food from the kitchen

I ordered the Korean Bulgogi steak and asked for it to be prepared well done, upon arrival the steak was pink. The waitress apologized after bringing it to her attention and she returned with the right order. Keep in mind we had waited an hour before our meal was served because the waitress forgot to ring in our order. Again she apologized and offered us a complimentary dessert. The overall presentation of the meal was completely terrible and was not what I anticipated a Korean bulgogi steak to look like. The side of steam rice was very hard to chew because it was overly steamed, i could actually break a glass if the rice was thrown at it. Not being satisfied with services and my meal I asked for the manager. Now this is where things got very interesting, TJ the “OP” shows up with a very nasty attitude, while I was letting him know I wasn’t satisfied with the meal and pointing out reasons for being dissatisfied, he had a reason for everything and spoke very rudely. Of course the typical solution to every customer complaints is to shot them up by saying “the charges will be taken off the bill”. While that might seem like a quick fix to TJ, it was the lack of concern and interest on how the situation was handled that really got me upset. TJ has no business being a manager and an OP for that matter if he goes around talking to customers the way he did to me. The service at this location was bad. There were two elderly couple seating next to us that had a terrible experience and asked for the manager as well, however TJ refused to come talk to them and they couldn’t wait any longer so they decided to leave. They also barely ate their meal and I felt really bad for them, not only did they have a bad experience but also had to pay for the food they didn’t eat. Stay away from this location.

Like many people I, do not have power in my house. So I need to figure out a place to eat and I am so happy I chose to dine in here. Katy the bartender was absolutely the best. I would recommend this spot just for her. She worked so hard and was juggling so many things and made sure I was up-to-date on everything. She is what makes a dining experience. And even though I was dining alone, she did not make me feel less than she attended to me like she did groups. The food was great. Wonderful but she could make a bad experience. Amazing. 10/10 would recommend and will be going back. It was my first time at a PF Changs and it won’t be the last because of Katy

We absolutely enjoyed ourselves today at this restaurant. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good place to eat. Our server Citlalic did a great job as well. Only thing I would suggest is finding a parking before driving to the location.

Don’t know how the food was because we left 30 minutes after getting there. Hostess was nice and very accommodating. Waitress took forever to come to our table, or even acknowledge us as she walked past with stuff for other tables. Finally gave her our drink orders, and then had to ask where they were 15 minutes in. Oops she forgot them. We went to Gus Fried Chicken and had the best food and service, and it was packed .

The food was tasty but the service was poor. Even though we went after the lunch time still the service was poor. Not at all welcoming.

Amazing authentic food, great atmosphere and the staff was fantastic. Not to mention the food was outstanding and the manger on duty and our bartender Farrah was incredible. All and all was a wonderful time.

We always love PF Chang’s! They are very consistent. Service is usually good, and they’re portions are huge. I tried the butter lobster dumplings, they were almost perfect, except for a little fishy aftertaste… which made them kinda bad. I’ll just skip those next time. Everything else was wonderful 😀
