This has to be one the worst service I've had at any restaurants in years. I would not recommend going to this location. Service: Domingo was my waiter at the time of service. Training, training, training is what he needs and the rest of the staff. Seem like no one is willing to help each other nor willing to really work. They were a bunch of mass confusion on what tables need to be help and they were not willing to provide any assistance. My waiter did not take notice of refills of drinks, side salad came out with the rest of my entree and he spilled a cup into another cup filled with water and still served to the guest next to me. Did not offer any suggestions on specials or ask if I would dessert or not. Did not ask if I would like anything else. As I was leaving, I did get greeted to come back while the staff was just sitting around talking to each other and not helping guest. Food: The cook was fine because my food came out correct and it was hot. My salad was not the greatest but still eatable. Just hope I didn't eat dirt or dust since my table was next to the dumping trash can. Overall: I would not recommend this Logan's until some serious training is implemented. From the greeting to the service, there is some well needed improvements suggested for this location. You would be going to this restaurant at your own risk because there was nothing impressive about today's service.

Mediocre place. Corn tasted strange. Meat was a little tough, baked sweet potato was over cooked. The restaurant was under staffed. Our waiter was nice. We waited a long time to get our food, it arrived luke warm. Ive been to other Logan's that were better. Dont think ill go back to this one. Update- Where as the response from the owner is appreciated, it's awfully difficult to give you a call when I have to deal with the corporate number you sent. At this point, the response seems to be luke warm as well. Update: management requested i contact them. After a bunch of automated headaches, i was in touch with them. They wanted us to give them another try and promised a voucher for our next meal. Not surprised that 2 months later there's still no voucher. I see a pattern at this place. We wont return

I have to hand it to them for being hospitable and for making their wrongs right. Sort of. Yesterday was my first visit here. I am on a carb restricted diet and they have a sirloin topped Cobb salad. Not big on sirloin or even steak on a salad, I substituted the sirloin for grilled or smoked chicken. Cobb salad includes shredded cheese, romaine lettuce, avocado, turkey or chicken, bacon and blue cheese dressing. That is a Cobb salad. They served mine topped with croutons, but those are easy to remove. There was maybe 1 tbsp of tiny bacon pieces, it also had red onion but no avocado. I pointed out the lack of bacon and no avocado. The manager was aware that my salad was served wrong. She admitted they were out of avocado but she had sent someone to get some. She Did offer to add extra bacon. I was not rude to her but this $13 salad was a joke. Bacon, avocado and chicken are the stars of the show when it comes to Cobb salad. Also had the wings appetizer and it was mediocre. Won't be back but did get half off my salad and they were very apologetic about it.

Good steak quality for a chain restaurant. The location is diner like, with boat tables! I hope Logan's treats and pays the employees well. I have been to Logan's many but this was the worst visit by far. Aside from waiting almost 20 minutes to be acknowledged by our server (I was 30 seconds from walking out), the atmosphere was s bit off. Another server was cleaning tables in her area but that wasn't my issue. She was sweeping whole tables around her had guests attempting to enjoy their food. I'm sure dust an debris was seasoning to that I'm sure they didn't want. We were finally greeted and placed our order. My husband ordered the Shrimp Trio with a Caesar salad and I ordered the Tex-Mex Tilapia. My husband's salad came a few minutes after his shrimp arrived. Our server said that the salad person was gone and he didn't know that he had to make the salad himself. I've never worked as a server but shouldn't there be some type of check or something if you know that part of the meal comes out first? Anyway, I can honestly say that the food wasn't bad. Service, on the other hand, was horrible. Did I mention I never got offered a refill? I had to search for the server just to ask for a refill. To top off the night, I learned why our server was missing in action. He an other servers were sitting near the back of the bar chatting it up. Logan's, I really need you to get it together.

Overall it was a good experience. I had one of the burgers for lunch. It tasted good but it was a little dry which was probably my fault for ordering it medium well. The roles were as good as ever and the waitress was very helpful.

Great place for lunch. Fast service and friendly service. Loved the peanuts and warm rolls. Grilled meatloaf was cooked perfectly.

Nothing to special abojt this spot. Its just your average watering hole filled with ole timers. The food was just ok noting stood out about it. They give you free peanuts to throw the shells on the ground.

Disorder and chaos is a better name for this location, sink sits empty for 20 min and still no food. We ordered when he took our drink order, still waiting.
