I was excited to try a burger from this place, but when I approached the truck to order the person working had a bit of an attitude, did not confirm my order and as a result I ended up with something I did not want. I wanted to try the frito pie burger which seemed different and ended up with just the frito pie. It consisted of melted vegan cheese and bean chili and frito chips. I was not a fan of the dish maybe it would have tasted better if the chili was seasoned better. I also ordered tater tots, and they were definitely over fried. I don't recommend this spot.

It was the first vegan food truck that I have ever tried. I really like it. In terms of food it is 5/5, the problem was to wait for it. First the queue was too big, and then, once I have ordered everything I needed to wait a lot. I think that if you chose a food truck you will wait a faster service.

We decided to eat here because it looked pretty good. Ordered our food which was 25 for two people, not knowing it was vegan. No where on the menu did it say vegan. I was ok with gluten-free bread. We took 2 bites and threw it away, it wasn’t our cup of tea. They need to be more specific on what there food actually is.

Seriously best vegan burger I've ever had.🍔 😋 Some things have gluten, like the bacon. They have gluten-free buns made from almond flour if you are into that. Good sized too!

The food here was soooo good. We added grilled onions and jalapeños to our double bac'n cheezeburger and the flavor was amazing. The sweet potato fries are probably some of the best I've ever had and were even better dipping them in the chipotle sauce. Unfortunately the cashier wasn't friendly at all, even after giving a 20% tip she was still very unpleasant to deal with. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for her.

Arlo's gives vegan burgers respect they deserve. Most places offer one off veggie or vegan burger on their menu. These are dry and boring. Not at Arlo's. Whether you're a meat eater or not their burgers will wow you! I'd go as far as saying these are the best burgers I've had meat or not. Eat at this place.

So disappointed! Two nights in a row (one was a Saturday night) we walked up to get our Arlo’s fix and they decided to close. People in the yard eating and window open with someone working inside, but ‘nope, we’re closed’ We checked google for closing time before heading over there and we arrived well before the listed close time both nights. Saturday night we rolled up at 1:40AM and online said open til 2AM. Sunday night we were there at 10:45 and online said they’d be open til 1AM. The girl working Saturday night said they stop taking orders at 1:30 and close at 2. So what are you doing for half hour when you’re ‘open’. What gives?!?!

I was generally disappointed with the quality of the food at this place. Got the bacon burger and chickn sandwich. Both came out lukewarm. The tempeh bacon was the best part but generally, which I’m sure is evident by the photos it was unexceptional. Chickn was not as crispy as one would hope.

Really tasty spicy chick'n sandwich. The perfect thing to keep me dancing. Much tastier than my brisket sandwich at Stubb's. Plus service was quick and extremely friendly. Will definitely return.

I enjoy their Mac and cheese as long as you add jalapeños (it’s nice that there is the option for fresh or grilled (IMO the grilled compliments the noodles better)). I do wish the noodles were a little less mushy and had some ridges or texture so they held the cheese better. The staff is very kind every time I’ve been. I also haven’t had any problems with unreasonable wait times even when they were very busy.

Update: Arlo's CEO was prompt to respond and refund. I greatly appreciate it and looking forward to continuing to support Vegan food and great customer service. Thank you! I placed a delivery through Toast and after an hour called to inquire about its whereabouts and found out that they couldn’t do anything about it because of a third party responsible for the delivery. So, I placed another delivery order through their website. Guess what happened? Another hour passed and called again to inquire about its whereabouts and they responded that they do not do deliveries… well then why is that an option online? I spent $25 for order #1 and $37 for order #2. I gave the non-existent drivers $8 each for tip. At this point it was 10:30pm, so I asked them to donate the food. This is unacceptable on every level.

Food here is always great. This location doesn't have the pulled pork sandwich, which is my favorite. This time, I had the chicken sandwich. Could've used a little more sauce but was still delicious. The mac and cheese was on point, though. 💛🔥

The place is vegan fast food truck! The service was not the best, the guy doesn’t answered explicit about our questions! For me who am not a local was really confusing menu and i not knew that was vegan food until the moment that i tried it! I like plant based food and i eat some times in vegan restaurants but this burger were really dry

I came here twice last week while staying at the Sheraton down the road. One time for dinner and one time for a late night snack after the vegan burger for dinner was so delicious. The first time it was the vegan burger and I had the Mac n Cheese. M n C was good but a striking spice flavor. Second visit got the vegan chicken sandwich which hit the spot. Did take some of the jalapeños slices out but just saw how much food you get. Would definitely recommend this spot!

Best vegan burger I've tried. Their bacon burger was delicious and the hoss had a nice smoky flavor to it.

Great spot for vegan burgers. I tried the Hoss recently however and wasn’t a fan. It was a bit too messy and not greasy but too greasy? Idk how to explain it but I think I’ll stick to the more regular burgers from them. Also I’ve had a few issues with them the past few times I’ve ordered with getting the wrong potatoes (ie. Fries v. sweet potato fries v. tots) when I notice they’re very good about correcting it but I have had to be more mindful about checking when I pick up an order to go now.
