Every time I visit Austin, this is the FIRST place I go. They have such delicious vegan and vegetarian food! They also have beer, wine, and mimosas as well. The staff is incredibly friendly too. There's a ton of options on the menu and all of the food I've tried has been fresh and flavorful. I can't wait to come back!

Good food for sure! And the lavender mocha is superb! The Tarzen’s salad is great - the portobello mushrooms and broccoli topped with nutritional yeast is amazing! However, a little expensive - $25 total for everything. I’d pay perhaps $18-20 max.

Vegan/Vegetarian paradise. This place has the vintage rustic charm with a rock twist. Everything inside the cafe was so quirky. The food was great, loved their egg taco (super light); the wait is long to get a table so be prepared. But overall a fun place to have breakfast/brunch when in Austin.

Highly recommended to vegetarians and vegans 🌱 It is the first time visiting this awesome vegetarian/vegan restaurant! The vibe of this restaurant is definitely postmodern and I enjoyed my visiting and dining here! The staff was very friendly and helped me to get the delicious food, Fajita Ricas, which had deliciously sautéed portabello mushroom, black beans, tomatoes with onions and corns, avocado, tortillas and chipotle spicy sauce! Twas really good 😊 I would love to see growing and expanding such an awesome restaurant like this to many more places! Keep up the great work and love to be back again! :) Cheers 🥂

Bouldin Creek Cafe was soooo good! Went for a late lunch on a Saturday and the place was full. The food was just spectacular. I had the Veggie Royal (their burger) and had potato salad paired with it. We had the vegan queso as well for an appetizer and the peanut butter cup to top it off! All this was just so delicious. Super happy and pleased to have gone here and can’t wait to come back again! Fantastic food and great price :)

Great veggie place, delighted to see that the staff were adhering to mask and safety protocols, and there was good distancing between tables as well as an outside seating area for that added separation. A good amount of tortilla chips for the starter and the patty melt was a filling sandwich. Great laid back vibe here, enough parking spots too.

You cannot beat the mouth watering flavor of Bouldin Creek. This vegetarian/vegan restaurant is an Austin institution. Their Veggie Royal Burger with their house made patty and black pepper kettle chips are to die for. If you're looking to get your greens in, you will not have a problem finding a wonderful, filling salad. This place is a must visit if you are in Austin!

Amazing dishes! Great vegan and vegetarian options. Loved the set-up and the service. Really enjoyed our meals. They’re filling and well prepared. Comes with sides of either rice or beans. Service is included on the pill.

The food here really does not disappoint! I have been here multiple times and it is an Austin tried and true for a reason. The menu is vegetarian & vegan so it has options like farm fresh eggs or tofu scrambles. You must get the spicy pesto app and you will finish it before the rest of your food arrives. The Benedict’s and the tofu scrambles have all been really good. I’ve gone here on Saturday mornings before noon and the wait is around 15 min. I sit on the patio with my dog too and everyone is very friendly and loving.

Vibe- This is a vegan cute cafe in Austin, TX. There’s a covered patio area and a good amount of seating outside. There’s also a few spaces to sit outside just to hang out. I sat at the bar on my visit and it was a good experience. Customer service- Great, everyone I encountered on my visit was kind. Food/drinks- I had the rosamaria pasta and my boyfriend got the south Austin stir fry. Both meals were delicious!!! Parking- Parking is kind of tight, there’s about 10-15 spots in the lot the restaurant sits in.

The atmosphere is very Austin. It is funky and super colorful. Our waitress, Olivia, was very amiable and gave great suggestions for our meal. I'm not a vegetarian, I'll eat whatever tastes good and the food here did not disappoint! The vegan queso was amazing. I scraped the bottle of the bowl for it. The guacamole was also good and had a twist. I ordered the fajitas with pesto and they did not disappoint. Everything we tried was great and I'd recommend it here whether you're a vegetarian or not.

We got the Renedict, Potato Leek Omelette, Grilled Blueberry Cornbread, Veggie Burger, Pasta Rosa Maria, Chipotle Pecan Pesto, and Massaman Jackfruit Curry. Of that, we liked the Renedict, Omelette, Pasta, and Curry. We thought that the famed veggie burger was dry and bland. Overall we liked this restaurant with their nice spacious outdoor area and reasonable prices. Expect to wait around an hour for weekend brunch.

Stopped in yesterday for lunch, sat at the bar and had the best experience! My friend and I split the Wanna BLTa with potato salad on the side - perfect combo. We also ordered the “queso” with salsa that comes with a huge plate of chips - they have yellow bird hot sauce (among others) if you want to add some spice to either. We finished our meal off with a slice of the blueberry cornbread - I’m not normally a big sweets fan but the cornbread was probably my favorite item 😋 it has the perfect texture and flavor and I will definitely be ordering it again. We got free refills on our iced coffees and were able to take a cup with us to go. Everything was beyond my expectations - I can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu!

Saturday brunch: It’s usually very busy at 9:00 on a Saturday, but we were seated within 10 minutes. Plenty of seating while you are waiting on a table. Outdoor seating is nice and quaint. Parking can be tight. There are always more people than cars because folks living in the surrounding neighborhood walk to the cafe. The Bouldin omelet is my go to. I add the chipotle pecan pesto sometimes to change things up. The rosemary in the potato hash cake is awesome! My wife ordered the Smokin Joe omelet which is also tasty! The lavender latte is one of the best I’ve had. The mocha latte is earthy and dank. So good! My wife has Celiac, so we are thankful there are Gluten free options available. Vegan options available also. This is a Fair wage establishment, so a 20% tip is included in the ticket. Service is always great! Dog friendly!

I ate here two different mornings on a weekend trip to Austin. They had plenty of staff for both Friday and Sunday mornings, and everyone was very friendly. Super cute place and the fact that you can find a substantial, creative menu full of vegan food is a rare find. I loved everything I ate. I tried two "omelets" over my dining experiences - the potato and leek and the Bouldin, which has spinach, onions, mushrooms, and I added pecan pesto. I got tofu so it was more of a scramble in texture. Omelets come with two sides, and I got spring greens and red/black beans both times. The lavender mocha was lovely to boot. I'd go back again and again!

So glad I found this place! Wish I discovered it earlier so I could’ve visited more than once! Came in the evening around 5 pm and we were sat immediately. Very eclectic vibe. Tried the tofu ren taco and the broccoli tofu salad with tahini dressing. Both were unreal! Love all the vegan options and then the ability to have dairy for those as well is great. Friendly staff and food came out quickly. Also very affordable prices.

This was some of the best vegan/vegetarian food I've had in a while. I couldn't even tell the queso was made of cauliflower, and don't get me started on the curry dish. My waitress recommended I add tofu and it took it up a notch. Everything I had was so flavorful. I will definitely be coming back

The food is amazing, nice music and the place is lively. I am a hard core meat person but during my meal here it never crossed my mind. In my personal opinion it's hard to get veg dishes taste real good and bouldin does a good job in that front. 1. Spicy pesto plate - This is a must try for the pesto sauce the dish will speak for it 2. Ren taco with tofu - surprising the tofu in the dish wasn't plain and boring it was flavorful. The tortillas as well comes in wheat, corn and flour. Size of the taco is significant. 3. Veg Royale - it's a decent veg burger, the patty was made of tempeh I believe. Special mention to Olivia she took care of us really well. Service is really good. I liked her integrity when she explicitly mentioned about gratuity being added to the bill and no need to add extra tip if you don't want to. Overall a wonderful experience and will definitely visit this place again.

BEST VEGAN BREAKFAST EVER!!! Normally, tofu scramble is something I'm resigned to getting when a non-vegan friend takes me to a normal restaurant, but the tofu scramble here was absolute delicious. Add in the best cornbread of my life, and this place was the easiest 5 star I've ever given! All of their food was flat out fantastic!

Okay, here's the scoop, folks: Visited Boulder Creek Cafe on one of those Austin days where the cold tried to bite through your coat. And let me tell you, inside? It's a cozy cocoon, like wrapping up in your favorite blanket. The place? It's Austin in a nutshell - quirky as a mismatched sock drawer. Feels genuine, not like those dime-a-dozen brunch places. And the food? I would probably call it a "remarkable" brunch experience, and my brunch date? She was nodding in approval at the flavors. It's that good. So, if you're into real Austin vibes and top-notch grub, Boulder Creek Cafe is where it's at. Bundle up and dive in!

My morning ritual begins and ends at Bouldin Creek Cafe. Their lavender mocha with soy makes any other coffee house run for their money. The staff is always friendly and their many vegan options are a breath of relief. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

There was parking in the small lot which is always a score! The atmosphere was so hip, funky things to look at in every inch of space. They sell a few handmade items by some of the staff. I did feel like some people got better service than I did, nothing remarkable about my service. I got the vegan lavender mocha, it was fantastic, the last sip rich with chocolate. I also tried the potato leek omelette, it reminded me of a sour cream and onion chip, it was quite good. The sides (orange and sourdough toast) were pretty basic and the toast was so dry, it made me wish I had picked different sides. I would definitely return to try other things on the menu and prices were reasonable.

I recently checked out this vegetarian spot in Austin, and man, it was awesome! The place has this cool, hip vibe that’s just so Austin – perfect for grabbing a coffee and getting some work done or just chilling with a good meal. Every bite was a flavor bomb, and it’s great for both veggie lovers and meat-eaters. I ended up going there two days in a row because it was that good. The prices are super reasonable, especially for the quality and portion sizes you get. Plus, the staff are super friendly and helpful, which just makes the whole experience even better. Definitely a must-try spot in Austin for some delicious veggie eats in a laid-back, cool setting.

Great food, great atmosphere. We loved everything at Building Creek Cafe! We had the oven cake breakfast, the herbed potato cake, the renedict, a lavender mocha latte, and an oatmeal cream pie. Everything was loaded with flavor. Great options for vegans and vegetarians! Would highly recommend.

This is my favorite spot for vegan eats so far in Austin! Always delicious, and the service is on point! I highly recommend the Jackfruit Curry with Tofu... it's drool worthy! Came back for brunch, and let me tell you!!! The Vegan Bene was to die for!! I honestly didn't think I would find another favorite dish to obsess over!!!

This is a vegan place for people who like vegan food. The food was actually good and tasty. Plenty of seatings inside and outside. The service was good as well but it took a long time to prepare our feed. Overall, i recommend this place.

Awesome little “hole-in-the-wall” vegan/veg spot. The pasta rosamaria and brownie were super tasty. The pasta wasn’t at all heavy, which was nice considering I’d stopped by for lunch before a long drive. The brownie was fortunately very moist and decadent. If I’d been staying in the area longer, I definitely would have gone back in the evening and the next day to try more of the menu. I was treated great and service was fast. I’m anxious to return to try more and am definitely adding this spot to the foodie bookmarks in the Google Maps app! 10/10, will return and do recommend! Hi

Favorite vegan spot so far. Extraordinarily friendly staff and generous portion of tacos. Very tasty and healthy meal at reasonable price. Great spot after yoga.

I did not get the name of our server, but whoever you are with the sunny personality and the gorgeous shawl, you made our whole day! Also, the food at Bouldin Creek has never disappointed! Haven’t been since before pandemic times, and the way they are running things is smart & safe while still feeling like you can relax. Today I had the Garden Breakfast w/tofu. 😋😋 Eat here!
