There’s nothing better than a New York slice in my opinion and who knew Austin would have its own take here. They absolutely smashed it. The slice was huge, saucy, and crisp to perfection. It was so good I had to get another pepperoni slice. Love the vibe at this place. Staff is friendly and the service is quick. They have a dine in location along with a take out if you need to be somewhere in a hurry. Can’t wait to go back.

Superb pizza. Even after living in New York City I can safely say home slice is as good if not better than most joints in NYC. Very crispy crust after they reheat it, fantastic flavours. I hate floppy crust and this place never fails to deliver an ultra crispy slice with excellent toppings. It gets pretty busy so expect a packed location.

Home Slice Pizza is a busy little shop off the road. It has exactly what you’d expect. Indoor/outdoor seating, great service, fast and friendly staff, and wonderful food. I thought I’d just be eating a standard pizza for dinner, but this was really good. Definitely enjoyed it. They have a good drink selection too

BEST AUSTIN PIZZA!!!! When I come down this way I always have to go to Austin for Home Slice. This is my second time down here and even though there’s much to try this is a place I will go every time. The garlic knots are amazing. The New York style pizza is VERY AMAZING!!! We had a large cheese with extra cheese and also large pepperoni. Its definitely a comfortable place to be dining in as well. Our server was very friendly and on top of his game. Always bringing refills and making sure we had what we needed. The staff we talked to were all nice and welcoming. They also have a little side building for takeout with little canopies as well for shade and to eat outside. Always recommend here if you are near this area!! Enjoy!!!

Had got here about 9pm had a 45 minute wait to get a table inside or outside. We opted inside the wait was good had a patio for people to wait and could order drinks an appetizers. Had to get the classic pepperoni and I tried the special slice of the day. Everything came out nice and hot. It was delicious. The pizzas are of a NY style. I'd surely eat here again.

I finally found some true New York style pizza in Austin! Perfect foldable thin crust pizza with a chewy and perfectly cooked crust. Sauce and cheese were on point as well. This will be my go to whenever I'm in the mood for pizza!

We came by to pick up some slices to go. They had a special for those who voted today: free slice for each sticker. Thank you. I got the Margarita, my friend, the pepperoni. They were good. Probably better when you eat these on the spot. But thank you...

Solid pizza by the slice with equal parts quality pizza and classic pizzeria vibe inside & out. Can order at walk up window or inside and eat inside or out. Catbird spot is the bar seating “chef’s table” free smells and sites watching the team toss the dough and bang out pies.

Great service, good pizza, great value and long waits. I went alone and it was a good experience. I’ve had a lot of amazing pizza in my time. If I went with the family it would be a 5 star as the value/ service would bring the star rating to 5.

We visited this place 6 years ago and I remembered it being so good. We were finally able to make our way back out to Austin to have it again and it was just as good as we remembered! Great service and delicious pizza. Also, there’s a cool Willie mural on the corner.

This is one of the most popular pizza spots in Austin for good reason… the pizza is absolutely delicious and it’s not trying to be anything that it isn’t. The thin crust carries the cheese perfectly and the crust is not filling to the point where you don’t want another slice. The slices of pizza are $4.50 which is super reasonable for such a popular spot and the pepperoni is my absolute favorite. Even better is when you add crushed red pepper and Parmesan cheese on top. If you haven’t visited this spot before, it’s a must do while visiting in Austin. If you’re a local and haven’t been here yet… you’ve been missing out.

This restaurant was a recommendation from a local friend and after walking a mile from our parking spot, we were let down by the relatively average quality of the pizza. Two of our party added pepperoni and both stated the salt level of their slices was cloying and they would not order it again. I had plain slices and while the oregano flavor was a bit much, I thought it was decent but not something I'd make a special trip for again. The part of our visit I enjoyed most was sitting outside and listening to someone on the corner play trombone while we talked and waited for our food. The staff were friendly and the restroom was clean.

We got the garlic knots, spicy Italian sausage slice, the margarita slice, and the pepperoni Sicilian slice. My favorite was the spicy Italian sausage. The crust is a good balance between crispy and chewy. Maybe I've been spoiled by living in NY, but the other slices were just average. The Sicilian is more like a focaccia bread, it was dry and lacked tomato sauce. Great service though, they give kids doughs to play with while you wait which is cute.

If you’re in Austin, TX and craving mouth watering pizza, make your way over to Home Slice Pizza & make sure you look for waitress Justine (tall beautiful blonde). You’ll know you’re close to the location when you begin to smell the glorious pizza & the smell of the restaurant as you walk-in is life changing. Justine was the sweetest waitress my family has ever had, making us feel like home. Everything is homemade, EVEN THEIR DESSERT! Truly, this was an experience like no other, I will be back to Home Slice Pizza for their food & for Justine!

Great ingredients but definitely order a fresh pizza not the single generic slices. Ours was good but a bit overcooked. Cheese was hardened. Garlic knots are the bomb!

Great vibe and great food! The service is super great and friendly. The salad was yummy as well as the super delicious garlic knots that come with it. We did a medium pizza which they let you customize to your liking which is great if you’re with a group with different taste. We did half margarita and the other side we did two slices mushroom and sausage and another two slices mushroom and pepperoni. All slices were super yummy and flavorful. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

I have been coming here for years and every time the pizza has been amazing. The large #5 is my favorite (add bell pepper) and it is always hot and delicious. Go for the anchovies if you're feeling adventurous. Their Caesar salad and glaric knots are great too, they're good appetizers. Their Tiramesu is also really good for dessert. Usually there is a small wait, but the waiting patio out back is nice.

Fantastic, pizza was cooked perfectly and we were greeted by Josh who is friendly and very knowledgeable. We are tourists and answered everything we asked, he even knew the area of Canada we lived in. The pizza was delicious and crunchy the meatball sub was outstanding tasty fresh light. We also enjoyed a bottled Dr.pepper and tasty rice crispy square with chocolate chip cookie with salt amazing. Thanks again Josh

The staff was excellent and the pizza was worth the wait. It was a busy night! Our family enjoyed every minute. Definitely a favorite added to our list. Can't wait for the next visit so we can stop by;)

My boyfriend and I went in thinking it was going to be just an average pizza place, but to our surprise, it was so wonderful!!! Our server was incredibly attentive and even hooked us up with a couple extra garlic knots out of the kindness of her heart. The pizza itself was delicious!!! It had a perfect blend of cheese, and the sauce was not too heavy. I'd say it was more of a thin crust pizza. I also had a Caesar salad that was large enough for 2 persons to enjoy! Overall, it was a great experience. We are going back again really soon!!!

Food is always amazing and never disappoints! We have had issues with ordering pizzas with special customizations for people who can't have cheese, but at Home Slice they were so welcoming and helpful with our needs with no problems whatsoever. The vibe of the place is always on point and the staff is as friendly as always. One of my favorite spots in Austin, I always bring my friends here to share the love I have of this place!

It was Saturday night at 7:30. Got on the list. Only had to wait 20mins. Great server. All the staff are very friendly. We got an appetizer Antipasto. It was excellent. And ordered 2 pizzas. A large with five toppings and a medium margarita pizza with broccoli. Both very good. I love the crust. Atmosphere is very nice. I would have given it five stars but it's super noisy. Will be heading back very soon. They will also give the kids a piece of dough to play with as you see in my picture.

Great place to hang and grab a good pizza. Price and service is ok. Pizza menu is a+, but the ret of the menu is def a 4. 4 stars because pizza places here are really good and competition is a little tight. i would def recommend this place. You can seat outside or inside. There was no waiting time on a Saturday night. I will be back on my next trip
