I
ordered
food
through
door
dash.
My
order
was
completely
wrong.
I
called
to
have
it
corrected
and
the
person
who
answered
the
phone
blamed
everything
on
the
door
dash
driver.
I
looked
at
the
ticket
and
it
had
my
FULL
name
on
it.
So
the
door
dash
driver
grabbed
the
correct
order.
Although
door
dash
did
forget
my
drink.
That's
on
them!
But
the
fact
that
I
had
to
argue
with
the
person
on
the
phone
about
getting
my
order
corrected
is
ridiculous!
As
customers
we
shouldn't
have
to
go
through
this
anguish
to
get
what
we
pay
for!
No
more
no
less.
I
spent
$70
in
food
for
me
and
my
wife.
We
will
never
order
food
from
any
of
the
Chi'Lantro's
again
so
as
to
not
have
to
go
through
this
again!
This
was
not
dispute
over
5
dollars.
The
entire
order
was
not
correct
and
it
was
cold
when
it
showed
up,
like
it
sat
there
for
45
minutes
before
it
was
picked
up.
Again
that
could
go
back
on
door
dash.
But
in
the
end
its
Chi'Lantro
communicating
with
the
dash
driver,
and
who
pay's
the
price?
Us
the
consumer!
I
reached
out
to
Chi'Lantro
on
several
occasions
to
fix
this
issue
and
no
response
back.
They
could
honestly
care
less
about
you
and
what
you
order.
As
long
as
they
get
their
money
their
happy.
Horrible
service,
food,
attention
to
detail,
and
everything
else
related
to
this
organization.
