I ordered the tortilla soup and although was good I don't like when they just throw in chunks of chicken. The chicken should be soft and shredded. Also there wasn't enough broth so asked waitress for a little more which she kindly brought. Getting my ticket they charged me 2.99 for the broth. Would of been nice to be told bf hand. Other restaurants like Texican and Serrano's don't charge when needed. The pic shows one piece of chicken in bowl, the other is on my plate that I had to shred. A mom likes to go out and eat knowing she doesn't have to help out w the meal preparation 😋.

Waited 30 minutes for a table just to end up with a waitress who was racist towards us. We wanted to believe she just wasn't having the best day, but after seeing how she interacted with other tables, we knew that wasn't the case. We weren't going to let her ruin our breakfast, so we ordered anyways and then waited and waited and waited. Large groups that ordered after us received their food and were getting their checks, and we still hadn't received our few tacos. When she would walk by, she wouldn't even look at us, much less stop and see if we needed anything or check on our food. My husband finally got up and found a manager who checked on the food, and of course, it was ready. I guess it had just been sitting there because the plates were hot, but the actual food was cold. The tortillas were burnt and the edges were dried out to the point they were breaking off. How is that possible when they are making fresh tortillas right there? The food was a huge disappointment, service was beyond terrible, and the overall environment of the restaurant has changed and gone downhill. When we spoke to the manager about our experience, she didn't seem to care- and when we told her the waitress was being racist (since we were the only biracial couple & also the only people being treated unfairly) her exact words were "she has a right to her opinion".

Clean, $$, customer service is not great. Everytime we have gone to this place, they skip us in line or something happens that we end up waiting a very long time. This time the hostess wiped our name off the wait list. They even gave us a buzzer(don't trust it). Due to the rude and unorganized hostess we will most likely not be back. Expect a long wait. The food is good, menudo has hominy and pig feet. Hochata and Mexican lemonade are worth the cost. Food was good, HOWEVER... Not sure if we recommend!!! Nothing to rave about.

This is the first Mexican restaurant I've ever been to, as this is my first time in America, and it was fantastic. Incredibly friendly and efficient staff, fresh tortilla chips and salsa arrived as we did. Sweet tea was lovely. Food arrived very quickly, but I would've gladly waited over an hour for the magnificence that I got the pleasure of enjoying. The green sauce was divine, I want more! A must try!!!

Excellent Beef Fajitas and Margaritas! I was pleasantly surprised by Casa Garcia’s. After seeing the sign for many months and passing by, I am disappointed I did not try this place sooner. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They have three dining areas so there are plenty of tables and a very clean environment. The location also adds to there being plenty of parking. I had the beef fajita plate, the meat was tender and the grilled onions were textbook examples of tastiness. Bonus points for providing ample fajita fixin’s and super fresh tortillas. Judging by the will-call table this place also does a bangin’ to-go business. I will definitely return when i get a hankerin’ for Tex-Mex.

Solid breakfast. The place looks huge so I imagine it can get crowded for dinner, but was pretty empty for breakfast. Not great veggie options unfortunately, but you could make due as needed. My favorite part was the made in-house tortillas 🔥

We got the flight of margaritas because we couldn’t decide. The Chamoy was our favorite, and the raspberry and peach were really good as well. Next time I think I could get an appetizer JUST of the tamales they were so good.

The food was authentic and so delicious. I loved the atmosphere and the waiter was ok,because he didn't tell my family member the food prices before they ordered it. Especially since it cost $30 plus dollars. Also,He added stuff like it came with the food. It was an extra cost.

I’m sad to have to leave this review because I love this restaurant so much. This was my first and last time to have food delivered. I ordered a salad which came with greens that were more than 1/2 rotten. It was also missing cheese and carrots that were supposed to be included. We also ordered vegetable fajitas. We received about 1 cup or less of sauteed vegetables and 2 tortillas, no rice or beans. I won’t be ordering again and I’m not sure I will go to the restaurant again anytime soon. Very disappointing, sorry. We paid a delivery fee and a 20% tip.

We came here for breakfast. They already had a lot of staff on duty. Coffee offered but not served right away. Food was delicious and servings were large. Prices about right. I will come back when in town again.

Today I came to casa garcias. The food is great. I don't have a problem with the food. However, today I purchase 2 large beans, 2 large rice, and 2 large menudos and my total purchase was 71.16..that is a ridiculous amount of money for this type of food.i feel way over charged.the last time I ate the same was only 40..00.i feel over charged.i know I'm nobody but I'm not eat here again ever..even the cashier herself says that she does not eat there food is way over priced

Very authentic and delicious food made with time to not overcook the rice and beans. Chips and salsa are addicting so be aware! Great reasonable price and AMAZING service. Will be returning.

I always enjoy visits to Casa G's. The Mexican martini was tasty, the queso and shrimp cocktail were on-point. The stuffed avocados were okay but they benefitted from a drizzle of queso. I'd opt to switch out the refried black beans with charro beans, but that's me. We caught them before there was a wait but they usually get busy around prime times.

This was my second time in and definitely won't be my last visit. I have enjoyed the margaritas each time. Two different dishes and each time delicious. Yami was the server today and was great.

Everything was great! Staff and server were friendly and attentive. Food was delicious & fresh. Good drinks and happy hour specials. We had the Queso Flameado appetizer which was fantastic. I had the Pollo con Hongos and my partner had the Chile Relleno; both were delicious! Casa Garcia's will definitely be a regular haunt for us!!

I had only ever been to the pflugerville location until moving down south so I had a high standard cause that location is fun! I Called, No Wait, pulled up less than 10 later and it turned into a 25min wait, we were sat in 10ms. Our Waiter was a clean cut nice gentleman who took care of us very professionally. Chips & Red salsa are okay, my fave is the green salsa. The Menudo, eggs & chorizo and the tortillas were all very good. I’d have them o&o again. Unfortunately The pork & potatoes were really dry. Would not recommend. The restrooms in the restaurant stayed with a line. The restroom in the dining area had the floor covered in water. The worst part of our breakfast was the beef between the waitstaff. They sat us in the back corner near the kitchen and that’s where the staff huddled to complain. Throwin Eff 💣 w/ raised voices which had the 3 closest tables looking to see what the drama was. Made for an unpleasant bfast because they kept going back to huddle and complain. Not sure yet if I wanna try this location again.
