    Everything was going well, then 3/4's of the way through the meal, one of the employee (i found out later it was the manager) start blaring offensive rap music using F-bomb. With at least 5-6 kids within hearing distance, I spoke to the manager and said the restaurant has background music already why the two and the rap music is dropping the F BOMB, he stated THAT WAS HIS MUSIC AND IF I DIDN'T LIKE IT LEAVE!!!!!! Torrey is the worst wannabe manager I've ever seen, he was offended that I said anything. I can guarantee me and my family with never be back to that DENNY'S AGAIN. But on the other hand Melissa was awesome she was very apologetic of her mangers actions.

    Huge shout out to our waiter at 10pm on a MONDAY NIGHT. Holding it down with a great attitude, cracking jokes and generously serving us. My pancakes were amazing, the omelette looked great and we loved the crepes and pancake puppies. The orange juice was REAL with pulp! It took a while to get our food but ya know what? Because it was served with a smile we can’t complain. Haven’t been to a good ol Denny’s in a while and we will definitely be back 🥞☀️

    Hello! My name is Tammy Bear. Denny's is going through some changes as we speak. I am the new general manager of this particular store. We have new staff we are training and some old ones that have departed us. There is a lot for some of our vintage employees to go through as we make our new and better changes to this store. I am asking that u come in and enjoy and see us as we transform into a new and improved family dining restaurant. There may be times you will have to wait, but please be patient with us as we improve to make your dine In experience better. Thank you, Tammy Bear General Manager

    Newly remodeled. Gabby was our waitress and she was awesome! Great customer service, fast and polite. The past couple times we came here we had good experiences & fast good food .

    Not all locations are the same… We love to eat at Dennys Just not this one… How do you mess up veggies? And med Rare shouldn’t be red but light pink with some edge to it and these sides were not even cooked.. we ask have it med rare and waitress went to the kitchen put it in the grill on the sides and gave it back… Yeah no thanks…

    One of the few chain restaurants where the actual food is even BETTER than the photos on the menu. Classic diner vibe with some of the friendliest waitresses around. Could be a little cleaner, a little dusty in the details, but that's OK. Coffee not included with your meal, but you'll get endless refills. Also skimpy with avocado. Overall fantastic diner experience. THANK YOU.

    Super busy Labor day,yet the service was good staff was friendly and in control,Our server Merlin was very attentive and efficient, breakfast was delicious and plentiful all around A pleasant dining experience considering how busy they were . I give them A 10

    There were only 2 waiters serving the whole diner. Felt really bad for them that we had to take utensils & ask for things a few times. The management needs to do something about this (whilst they can) before they start losing customers and closing down.

    Valerie was amazing. Very attentive great attitude warm smile. She went above and beyond making sure all my food was fresh and done correctly. She is an amazing waitress! 10/10 experience for sure. Will mist definitely come back!

    Food was great. I love how the variety of items have improved. The service was good and we came at a great hour (around 9 or 10am) so it's like we had the place to ourselves 🙂 our waitress Melanie P was great! Thanks for a good breakfast y'all!

    Haven’t been to Dennys in a decade. Like Dennys food okay, just had always been a bit disappointing experience. But tried this location twice due to location next to hotel Walked in and you could tell your business was bothering them. The hostess could barely expend the energy to move let alone hide her contempt for interrupting her rest. First night the food was fairly good but the service was slow ( with a capital SUCKED). Finally had to get up and beg for the bill so I could end the 60 minute experience. Next night same thing. Back late. Hungry. Nothing else close. I’m a forgiving guy This time the couple ahead of me woke the receptionist from her standing rest break and I got out at a table pretty quickly. Where I then sat for 15 minutes with every server intentionally avoiding eye contact. 15 minutes of other tables being served I finally got up to leave but made the mistake of asking if someone might want to serve my table. And was told someone would be there immediately (aka 5 minutes). Obviously knew what I wanted having memorized the menu twice. Grand slam baby. It’s dennys. What else would you order? And they certainly can pull that together quick. Well thirty minutes later and many unhappy other customers later my meal came. Never saw so many people stand around doing nothing while the poor cooks (2 I could see ) hurried to get food prepped. The slam was crazy-okay but not great. No refills on beverage. Begged the server for my check and made another quick get away only 90 minutes lost of my night. Place is dirty, the contempt for the customer palpable, lazy employees (I know, I own a company too. It’s the new pandemic) who felt they weren’t being paid enough to actually work. I honestly swear the employees nodded off or went catatonic while checking me out All this at about 40% capacity 10pm weekend nights. I know it’s not fine dining but this makes Waffle House look four star. If you’re stuck and this is it I did get edible food and wasn’t mugged outside. Would not recommend going to this location intentionally. This is not representative of Dennys. Just the employees at this location. I hate to leave negative reviews because the world is too negative but anything less would be misleading and not fair to people googling places to eat

    I sat down at the bar, since I was not meeting anyone. Took awhile to get waited on, seeing that there was only 1 waitress running everywhere. I received my coffee and food at the same time. Food and coffee was good. Two more waitress show up. Service is a little better. None of this is my waitress fault, I blame management for not stepping in to help out! Trying to check out was awful! Good thing for honest people. Three people standing at the register to pay. Been standing here for 20 minutes so far! WHERE IS MANAGER?? So, one of the other waitresses starts checking her customers out 1st. This is when I said, YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! Then, she checked me out on the other register. Do not recommend this Dennys!

    I just want to do more of a shout-out than a review proper. I showed up at 9:45pm, with a medical fasting starting at 10pm. I knew I couldn't order/wait for/eat food, so I asked my server, Valerie, to just get me some milk and a slice of cheesecake. She got it to me in less than 2 minutes. Absolute heroic efforts on her part, and it is so appreciated!

    Dennys is becoming ihop :( . Last time I visited their no longer selling waffles. Today I come in and handed this 1 page menu . I ask the waitress for the regular menu and I was told they no longer offer that menu only this ONE PAGE sheet 😑 needless to say guess ihop it shall be

    I spent an hour before any server approached me. One of the female members, Annette, fussed and walked away from me when I pointed out the time. The manager on duty, Brian, initially declined my request to eat from the children's menu. I explained why I needed to then he reluctantly obliged. The head manager emailed, said he would take care of it and is sending me 2 VIP tickets.

    The food is freaking amazing guys! Best burger I've had from a nonspecialty burger joint in like forever. The server was awesome not all in your face but quietly making sure she covered everything in your order and made it exactly the way I wanted it. It wasn't overly busy and noisy. It was a pleasant date night outing!

    The Denny's on Riverside is improved quite a bit. The morning crowd just happened to be super busy that morning, with formula 1 in town but the staff managed to keep up pretty nicely busy busy busy with formula one wrapping up. The staff kept up nicely, with exceptions of getting seated in the first place which took far too long. But things moved pretty seamlessly once sat.

    The reason this place is getting a 5 star is because of outstanding customer service of our server Brian brown . It is the second time he is serving us and the moment I walked in, he knew what I wanted for drinks. He single handedly took care of atleast 12 table during the rush hour. Dennys food is dennys food as y’all know. But what makes this location different and better from others is the people like him working here!

    It was just a very poor service, it was like the waitress didn't wanna be there, ppl food sat up there for at least a good 20 minutes while we waited to get our order taken. All though the food was very good. All together we waited to be seated for 15 minutes before anyone came up front.

    Went in roughly around 2:30am. There was only one waitress (Wendy) & she did amazing at how she handling the rush that came in a little after we walked through the doors. She was so kind. Brought everything we ordered just right. Food was delicious. We left full and happy. If I could thank her again, I would!

    Enjoyed the salmon and green smoothie. Best part was the chill house lounge music and free wifi. Wish the salmon i got was closer to the one in the menu. It was ok and affordable.

    Stopped by for a late dinner 4/24, they only had 1 waiter who’s name I believe is Brian B (per receipt), and man he left me speechless, I have never seen someone so hard working, he was amazing at attending every single table and kept everything running smooth. I did not have to wait long and he was really kind to all guests. That man and the cooks need a raise asap, have never seen an understaffed restaurant run like that, this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant.
