Placed a curbside order and when I arrived I called 5 times and no one answered. Eventually I just went inside. And had to wait 15 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. The wait doesn’t bother me but the wait on top of the time spent trying to get someone’s attention is ridiculous. The food tasted horrible, it smelt like skunk and was cold! I don’t understand the 15 min wait for cold food. I only live 5 minutes away!!

I haven't been to PF Chang's in forever and was really looking forward to it. Sadly, I was a bit disappointed with my experience. It was my father's birthday and he is recovering from a fall and hip surgery so I ordered lunch to be picked up. I had my heart set on Singapore Street noodles but I could not order it through the online app for some reason so I called it in. I will give them some serious props on the decor. The restaurant is beautifully designed, I love the gorgeous mural over the bar and the graphic wallpaper, and those light features! Gorgeous! I waited by the pickup area for about 5 minutes and there were a lot of people who walked by and didn't ask if they could help, I finally stopped one for assistance. My father ordered beef and broccoli and we had to reheat the food as it had already gotten cold. He did comment that the beef was very tender, he seemed to have enjoyed it. The Singapore Street noodles were very dry and there were only two tiny shrimp. I have had this many times before and I have never experienced this quality or taste from PF Chang's before. Overall I give them three stars based on past experiences but this one missed the mark.

We came here for Sunday dim sum. We got everything to share between three people which was a very good idea. We had the tempura calamari, Brussels sprouts, pan fried pork dumplings, steamed shrimp dumplings, spicy tuna roll and combo fried rice. We paired this with the coconut mojito and mai tai. The food was exceptional and perfect for a lunch dim sum vibe. The cocktails were also very refreshing and delicious. Dillon, our server was attentive and we had a fun time chatting with him. I will definitely be going back and would recommend this restaurant highly!

P.F. Chang’s Austin has been around for quite some time and it brought back some great memories of time with family. I got the Singapore Street Noodles with chicken and shrimp and it was really good. I usually stay to my standard lo mein dish but was glad I branched out. We had a good time a few nights ago.

I ordered Lunch to go from this place as my PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE at this place was awful. Ordering online was easy and the order was ready at the promised time and the order was right and the taste was great so I am giving this place 4 stars this time. Was here for Lunch this afternoon with my son and hubby .The decor is eye catching. We had a reservation for 3:15 but when we arrived we are asked to wait for 15 minutes, after 15 minutes we were taken to our table to be seated and then there was no server to come and help us. After 15 minutes we had to call the lady on reception and asked her if someone was going to attend us and take our order and she was surprised as no one had yet attended us. Finally an African American Guy comes and takes our order for drinks and appetizers and he goes and starts chatting with other employees and comes back after 10 minutes or so and said our drinks are getting ready. We ordered Coconut Cooler drink and crab rangoons . The black plates on the table was dirty and had food on and around it when I unwrapped my Napkin my fork was dirty and I asked my server to give me a fresh one which he forgot to bring till almost I had finished my food. We ordered Kung Pao Shrimp with fried rice which was decent and Buddha Feast stir fried but he bought steamed instead and we ordered sweet and sour shrimp with noodles and he bought chicken instead of shrimps and the noodles were cold meantime there were 3 -4 different servers who were attending us and finally we told them we had ordered sweet and sour shrimps and not chicken so he apologized and said “my bad “ it was my mistake and said he will fix it and then a new server comes and says she will be helping us and said they were working on the shrimps and took the chicken dish away and bought the shrimps dish.Our Sunday lunch experience was very bad today was not up to the mark and the person serving us before was cleaning the place and was brooming too.I hope they are cleaning their hands before serving the clients. Don’t think want to return back at this joint. My 2 weeks back experience was a little better than this but this time our moods were sploit.

UPDATE: 11/21/23 went in for lunch around noon. We ordered two appetizers and two entrées and all of the food was warm, but FAR from hot.😔 We ordered Asian barbecue ribs with spicy slaw, shrimp tempura sushi, crab and pork belly fried rice, and Seabass with Spinach. Although the food was good, it wasn’t fabulous, as in the past. It is SOOOO frustrating to pay premium prices without a stellar experience. $116 (with 20% tip).😞 The service was quite slow, but our server was very busy with other tables, too. It was not his fault. 6/26/23 Seville was our server and he was fantastic! The food was absolutely delicious. HOWEVER, the food wasn’t very hot. It definitely wasn’t brought to our table immediately after it was cooked. The stirfried rice was barely warm. We didn’t tell our server because we were in somewhat of a hurry and wanted to leave. Also, there was no way to wash your hands in the men’s restroom. The soap container had been taken down from the wall and you couldn’t dispense any soap. Very gross since no male customers would be able to wash their hands. Also, no hand sanitizer option either. We told the Manager and she assured us that she would get that taken care of. Absolutely phenomenally delicious and freshly made food!!! The Mongolian Beef is our favorite entree. Yummmmm UPDATE: 10/10/23 Went in for lunch. Ordered Mongolian beef for my entrée and barbecued pork ribs with spicy slaw for an appetizer. I was planning on taking the leftovers home for dinner but there won’t be much leftover. The portions keep getting smaller and smaller!!! Ridiculous for the price of the food! 😮 I’m not sure I’ll go back again.🤔

The huge statues out front are absolutely beautiful! There is plenty of free parking space located next to the restaurant. The restaurant is beautiful and very clean. The wait staff is always friendly. I've never had any issues either dinning inn or getting delivery. The attached photos are from a delivery order. I love how everything is packaged separately and all the dipping sauces have their own little cups with lids. Each container is labeled with a sticker that states what is inside of it. Well done!

I visited their 3rd time, it was the worst service experience at PF Changs, we went their 9:11 Pm ordered @ 9:15 Pm. We didn’t get our appetizers until 9:52 Pm, we didn’t get our drink until 9:57 Pm, I got my food right after drink, but my wife food never came until I was finished, and server walked up to us and told us she forgot to put her order in. They spoiled my birthday dinner with the service, manager was dodging us after the server told what happened at our table. Food was amazing, but service really disappointed us.

I stood around for 15 minutes before any even spoke to me. Then a friendly lady in the kitchen finally saw me in the take out area. But the others walking around were quite indifferent. I ate 2 ribs, 6 shrimp and the rest went in the trash. It was ok at best.

Just had a dinner with family. Got worms in the food, rude waitress(asked for kids cup of water, she got it in adult cup with no lid, when insisted, she said "water is free and that is what you get" when further insisted, she got empty kid cup, we had to fill it ourselves, we still wrote 10% tip btw. Never going to step in P.F changs ever again.

Friendly servers and delicious food. We ate there for a friend's birthday. We called ahead to make sure it was permitted to bring an outside cake and were told it was allowed. However, when the server brought out the cake, she dropped it upside-down on the floor. Management offered a free dessert to the birthday girl but did not offer to reduce our tab for the expensive cake on the floor until we requested it. Lesson learned. Do not bring a cake from an expensive bakery.

Great location. The wait time wasn't bad especially if you have a reservation, then there is no wait. The staff is friendly, courteous and efficient. Time between appetizers, main course and dessert was super fast. All in all good ambience, great service and great food.

It's my first time eating here. Honestly, I've had better Asian food. I think the best I had tonight was the chicken lettuce wraps, great taste. The restaurant is very pretty but food wise it's like a fancy panda express. We ate fried pork dumplings, good. Combo chicken and beef Lo Mien noodles. Beef was good but they really went skimpy on the chicken, perhaps, I saw like 3 tiny pieces. The beef was pretty good. We also got sesame chicken... This tasted like from a microwave dinner box. The batter on the sesame chicken felt not cooked all the way, like a grainy texture. Not a big fan. We also got a side of fried rice, that was good. My fiance got shrimp tempura Sushi roll, he mentioned it was pretty good. Our waiter was super attentive!

Generally, enjoy visiting PF Chang's. However, the staffing shortage seem to have really impacted their capacity over the past few months. I appreciate the staff that are there trying their best to serve customers.

This is our second visit and we are very happy to have found this restaurant close to home. It was a Friday and we arrived before the 5 o’clock crowd. We sat at the bar and ordered drinks and apps. Our bartender was Brandon and he did an awesome job with our drinks! The Dynamite Shrimp was delicious! Shrimp had a sweet and spicy taste with a tender texture. The calamari was deliciously golden and crunchy yet tender.

Was daughter's 13 birthday celebration and dinner was here. Food was amazing. Waitress was not. My girls and I have a gluten intolerance and they had a decent selection. The GF fried rice was amazing and all ingredients seemed to actually be fresh. The chocolate souffle was amazing as well. Was shocked that the meal was not more in price. Waitress worked herself out of a better tip.

Absolutely the best place ever! I love the food the atmosphere the service ! If you go please try Midnight in Tokyo drink its amazing

I’ve been eating here since it opened and continue to come back. It was a little rough after Covid as far as service and food coming to the table efficiently. But, it seems that service is back to normal and food is still good.

Came in from out of town for our Anniversary and my Birthday. Jeffery was our waiter and he was awesome!!! He was super friendly and very welcoming.

Justyn Was amazing! First time being here, and Justyn helped me celebrate an early birthday with my grandmother, so it was very special to me. 🤍 definitely will come back for my real birthday. Overall, 5 star food the deserts were to die for, and service could not be nicer!

I love their lettuce wraps and the friend rice. And the decoration is so beautiful. Huge parking lot and the staff is amazing.

When we pulled in, the first thing we noticed was that the horse statue seemed to be a bit embarrassed. A little farther up the driveway, and we saw why. The people statues by the door seemed to be peeing off of the wall! Anyway, the food was good and the service was great!

Good food and service. We were able to get seated pretty quickly. Our appetizers were very good. The entrees all arrived at the same time and were delicious. Definitely worth checking out.

The vegetarian lo mein was a flavorful delight, perfectly seasoned and packed with fresh vegetables. Good food, great deserts and drinks. Not a-lot of options for vegetarians. Please make a reservation on weekends if you want to get a table quickly.
