Other people’s reviews gave me the impression that the service isn’t great and that they’re pretty rude but the food makes up for it. I went anyway for the food and wanted to decide for myself if they were nice/rude. I quickly came to the conclusion that they are indeed curt. But whatever, it doesn’t matter THAT much—what matters most is the food. At first glance the food looks great but it was lacking in flavor. I ordered roti with both garlic and cheese. It was just ok, edible. I also ordered the chicken tikka masala spicy and it came through in heat but again, not in flavor. The worst part honestly was that the chicken was super, super dry. I am pretty disappointed considering the reviews I’ve read brought me here. I love Indian food and have been craving some but unfortunately this didn’t satisfy me.

If I lived here, I would definitely be a regular. We got the chicken tikka masala. It was super creamy and had all the spices. It was a pint full of chicken tikka masala with loads of chicken breast meat. I can't wait to try their other options.

This place is delicious! We've been around to many different Indian restaurants and I got to tell you that the food is phenomenal, the tiki masala is super creamy and delicious. Big portion sizes AND great prices! Can't wait to go back.

Bombay aka Reddy Dhaba is food truck in Austin downtown. After hiking at a Barton creek we were hungry and stopped at this place. We ordered Garlic naan and Paneer butter masala which tasted good however the boneless chicken biryani was disappointing. It was colored rice with bland pieces of chicken and bit overpriced. Service was good by the lady. The tables were dirty and n had spilled food …...4 bucks for a can of thumbs up I felt The food is overpriced based on the quality they are offering

Ate chicken curry bowl from Reddy Dhaba food cart when it was too parked at Tesla. It was pretty good. Good flavor in the curry. I'm curious how they make it. And tender chicken. Perfectly cooked rice. The naan was nice and stretchy too. A little thick, but still good. Kind of strange how they throw salad in the same container as the chicken, sauce and rice so it mixes with the rice, but I know you do what you can with to-go containers. I'd eat here again given the option and probably try more things.

Went to this place today, tried vegetable roll, samosa, masala dosa and mysore masala dosa. Veg roll and samosa were ok, but the doses were horrible, they were very thick, too much potato curry stuffed in, sambar was ok! Veg biryani was ok too! People who don't know south indian stuff should not serve south indian food, if they don't know the basics!

This truck is now called Reddy Dhaba and it is the only food truck that is active in that parking lot. The owner owns other food trucks as well i.e. Austin Dosa in that parking lot but they are not active. Looks like he combined the menu of all the food trucks into one and operating from this truck. We ordered dosa and mango Lassi which was good.

This guy is fraud. We ordered chicken biryani and he charged for goat biryani. He was very rude when confronted and didn’t even had a change. I doubt the quality of the food as well as I’ll never knew what he did with food judging him from his behavior. I will never go this place again.

I ordered paneer tikka masala but the paneer seemed to be all brown from the inside. The hygiene also seemed pretty low. The mango custard was more like mango lassi. Overall not a good experience.

The chicken tikka masala was awful. The chicken was cooked terribly and the sauce had no flavor. It felt off while eating it and sure enough I got really sick later. They gave me food poisoning, so this is the worst place I’ve ever visited in Austin hands down. Do not eat here.

I already read other people reviews before going there but i thought lets give it a try. The naan we ordered felt like frozen naans from some indian grocery store , everything else was not so bad but it was average food .

Authentic, delicious Indian food. My vegetarian Telugu parents, who are harsh judges of Indian food, liked the flavors. The dosas are great and the North Indian was also excellent. The biryani (we’re from Hyderabad) was great, perhaps a bit under salted, and the sauces were well executed. Good, polite service as well. Portions are large, you will have food to take back.

Best Indian food I've had in Austin and the surrounding area, and I've tried a lot of them. Very generous portions as well.

It used to be a 5/5 earlier. They changed menu (no more garlic parantha) and name (it's Reddy Dhaba) now and I ordered same curries today which I always did and got very bad food. Paneer gravy didn't taste fresh and Dal was so dense and mushy. Naan was frozen just reheated.

Food truck with outdoor seating only. Large menu with several apps and entrée options. Great dosa options that are large portions! If you like spicy they take that up another level. a Samosas are amazing with the chutneys too

Love this place. The samosas are great with the sauce. The paneer tikka masala is our favorite, very flavorful, perfect amount of spice (on the hotter side), the saag dish is excellent as well. And so fast, we order and its ready about 10 minutes later. If people say they are rude maybe you’re expecting something I’m not…they take my order politely and hand me delicious food 10 minutes later…i have friends for conversation.
