As
I
somehow
wound
up
in
Texas
it
would
be
criminal
not
to
get
tacos,
so
I
decided
after
passing
by
this
location
when
crossing
the
bridge
on
Congress
I'd
pop
in.
I
really
wanted
to
like
this
place.
The
good:
the
location
is
nice;
the
building
is
clean;
they
have
a
bar.
The
bad:
the
food
seems
poorly
put
together
and
the
staff
seemed
rude.
The
poor
lady
ahead
of
me
mentioned
this
was
their
first
time
and
rather
than
a
helpful
experience
she
seemed
to
be
skirted
aside
as
if
an
inconvenience.
My
normal
charm
only
got
me
so
far
as
I
asked
how
big
the
tacos
were
to
get
the
response
"medium
sized"
as
if
that
somehow
helps?
Maybe
medium
is
a
part
of
the
tortilla
unit
of
measurement,
a
standard
I
have
not
learned?
I
ordered
the
Furioso,
Shrimp
Matcha,
the
Dona
Renya,
and
an
orange
juice.
As
you'll
see
from
the
pictures
included
it's
as
if
someone
threw
the
ingredients
into
layers
so
you
never
got
a
consistent
mixture.
With
the
Furioso
I
bit
into
a
layer
of
beans
at
one
end
and
then
a
layer
of
cauliflower
at
the
other
end.
By
the
taco
lords
why
did
you
curse
the
to
this
suffering!
If
you
want
a
nice
location
come
here,
but
if
you
want
well
made
tacos
there
are
many
other
places
in
town.
I
should
mention
the
tortillas
were
actually
very
well
made,
even
though
single
layered
corn
they
still
held
together.
