Excellent
service,
always.
We
got
on
the
waitlist
and
it
said
1.5
hours.
At
1.3
hours,
I
went
inside
to
find
out
our
estimate,
the
y
said
they
were
running
behind.
The
woman
in
front
of
me
was
very
angry
about
this.
But
I
told
them
it
was
okay,
and
they
said
35
more
minutes.
I
waited
55
minutes
and
went
inside
again
to
ask
about
the
estimate.
They
told
me
again
it
will
be
35-45
minutes,
in
which
I
became
upset.
The
hostess
sent
me
to
the
manager
and
I
explained
how
long
we
had
waited
(almost
2
hours).
She
said
they
had
7
tables
in
front
of
us
but
would
let
us
be
seated
next.
We
were
seated
and
given
excellent
service.
Our
waiter
could
not
believe
we
waited
2
hours!
He
felt
terrible
and
kept
apologizing
and
gave
us
excellent
service.
We
really
appreciate
how
nice
they
were.
We
had
steaks
and
everything
was
excellent.
On
our
way
out,
I
told
the
manager
thank
you.
She
thanked
me
for
being
patient.
I
felt
I
was
impatient
so
we
told
her
that
we
love
them,
and
really
appreciate
them.
She
replied
that
she
appreciates
us
more.
It
was
so
very
nice.
It
could
have
been
a
disaster
but
manager
really
saved
the
day.
