A great little art walk to visit. It’s definitely a bit out of the way from where you’d typically find sculpture museums but still definitely a place to visit. It is mostly outside so come prepared to walk! Although it does seem like a bit of a scavenger hunt as you can miss some pieces if you don’t pay attention. Would definitely recommend! They are currently doing only reservations so make sure to get your ticket ahead of time.

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. Everything was gorgeous, all the lil trails in the sculpture garden made this one of my favorite places to go now :) incredibly affordable, and literally dreamy.

My family loved it here. Everyone was nice and welcoming. Beautiful, serene and peaceful place. We saw some unique exhibits. Photographers and painters were around painting the scenic views and taking pictures. Several classes to attend for adults and kids. There was a class for kids in session sculpting clay bowls. We saw the same class later walking with their instructor through the trails learning about different plants, trees, and sculptures. Free for educators. Great for first dates or just to take a stroll enjoying nature. Great for kids

Excellent to walk around and enjoy the art and nature. Staff was very nice and helpful. If it's your first time and don't have a reservation; visit the visitor center to the path to the left of the front gate, door on the right, to obtain a ticket.

This my favourite place in Austin, a true gem in the middle of the city. Best part are obviously art sculptures displayed throughout this beautiful park like area. We keep coming back here at least once a month!

One of my favorite places in Austin. A beautiful historic home with trails and sculptures along a body of water. Very serene and peaceful. They have a little cafe with appetizers and both alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.

Beautiful location for a wedding, elopement, or engagement session. One of the dreamiest and greenest locations in Austin with a hint of mid century modern inside. The photos you get here are *chefs kiss* and the photo pass is super affordable.

In the stillness of quiet places, our mind drifts to memories, both cherished and regretted. These moments of introspection remind us of life's impermanence and the dance of joy and sorrow. Such places aren't merely physical spots but portals to our inner world, where time and memory meld, evoking a deep, transformative melancholy.

A great spot in Austin to walk around in nature and enjoy modern sculptures. There are great views of the lake/river and there are sculpture installations scattered throughout the property, including along the shoreline. It's interesting to see how the sculptures interact with their surroundings versus just being placed in a "white box" museum. Kids can have some room to run, just no touching most of the pieces. If you have Bank of America I believe you can get in free some weekends, check their website.

It was a really impressive outdoor sculpture and art gallery. There were so many unique pieces and the nature is gorgeous. It can be a little hot and humid in the summer but as long as you prepare for it then it's manageable. All of the art blended well with their environments. It was a great place to walk around and I'm looking forward to returning!

Came here for a memorial and what a beautiful space. It was the perfect setting for a gathering and the amphitheater that over looks the lake was stunning and the perfect backdrop. The crew was wonderful. Awesome vallet options and nice to have a beautiful natural outside space to gather at.

Amazing place to go with family. This was our first time here and the wonderful staff made us feel so welcome especially the lady with the curly hair at the front desk she's was so kind. My granddaughter did not want to leave, she made sure she visited every place on the map we were given. I highly recommend taking your family here!

Beautiful gardens and art. Lovely, gorgeous, fabulous. Art classes offered for drawing, painting, ceramics, etc. Thursdays are free admission to walk the grounds and view the art. Perfect place to have a wedding.

Best 14 acre contemporary art hunt for kids hands down. My three literally ran to all 14 exhibits on the grounds … great way to exhaust their energy. They had fun and we all enjoyed the afternoon together.

An Austin gem. This historical sculpture garden has fantastic works of art and offers a tranquil lake side escape. The second Saturday of the month has a free kids craft activity area in the main house. Parking can get tricky on weekends so if you find a spot while driving up- snag it. The cafe has a great selection and the walking paths interlaced with exhibits are very well maintained. Awesome work by the Contemporary Austin.

Outdoor family friendly activity with a number of contemporary sculptures on display. A bit difficult to get around if you are carrying something like a stroller. Take advantage of free Thursdays.

My rate is 3,7. Got in today for free with Bank of America - first weekends gratis for card holders. The garden and views on the river/lake are beautiful. The statues not so interesting (but I know contemporary art is not understood by many 🤣). It was hellish hot today in the garden. Better go in another season! They closed at 1 pm due to the place being reserved for a wedding. Sept. 4 2021
