Joe was our guide for the Playground game and he was AWESOME! We had so much fun and even escaped! He told us about some of the other rooms and we bought discounted gift cards for the next Escape Game - we can't wait to come back! The other two associates at the front desk, Jules and Jansen were also really friendly as we checked out. Great team!

Super fun! We had such a blast - the Gold Rush room was intriguing and challenging but not so difficult that we were frustrated. Totally happy we tried it out. Lots of little delightful surprises. Charlie was the BEST host! He made it extra fun and shared little fun facts about the experience that made it even better. Go do this - Gold Rush highly recommended!

This was so much fun! The staff, especially our guide Kristen, was helpful and encouraging, making the experience extra enjoyable! We were able to escape Prison Break with just a little more than two minutes left, and we really felt like we were on our A-game, so it was a very challenging but very rewarding experience! Would definitely recommend!

The English language cannot do justice to explain how fun this experience was. We are beyond addicted to the thrill and tried to accomplish as many rooms as we could before our visit back home. The staff was amazing! They were all so opened armed and really made our experience that much more unforgettable. Forrest really is the heart of the company. We loved him and we will definitely be making the 9 hour trip back soon to escape the other rooms! If I could give them 100 stars I would!

We had a brilliant time in The Playground room, really well designed and loads of features and puzzles for a large group. Camille was a great host and we absolutely loved the anniversary card that the crew made us! Great experience!

We had two groups and one did the Prison Break while the other did Playground. Everyone was super great at this location. Our ‘instructor’ was helpful when we needed it. Everyone had fun working together and it was quite a challenge, but we ESCAPED!

We had the time of our life at The Escape Game. Tim, Ivy, Rowen, Dom, Loki, Jordan, and Cam took amazing care of us and were also wonderful hosts for us as tourists in Austin. We loved it so much we did a second room, and booked two more for next week. You can tell that these folks love their job and are committed to giving you the ULTIMATE escape room experience! Bravos and applause for the whole team! Will recommend to everyone. ♥️😭💐✨

This was so much fun! Me and my friends solved prison break together. And it was a blast! Especially the guy who helped us, Devin. Despite being a newbie, he helped all of us so much. What I liked about him was that whenever we asked for clues, he didn’t just give us the answer. He gave us very insightful clues that really helped us. 10/10 escape room, will definitely be coming back!

We did The Heist and enjoyed our experience so much we immediately booked another room! Jessika, the young lady attending the front desk was incredibly sweet and very accommodating of our nonsense. Next, we were escorted to our room by Forrest, who was also very nice and a HUGE fan of escape rooms! You could feel the passion in every word! Last, and certainly not least, Hazel was a fantastic game master! She provided just the right number of hints to not spoil too much but to allow us to guess the next steps!!!

Just celebrated our son’s 11th birthday and escaped The Heist…with only 4 minutes to spare. Nick did an awesome job guiding our group and keeping things moving. My son really appreciated how he went out of his way and made him a birthday card. Appreciate the kindness and effort he put into making this a great experience. Highly recommend!

What a top notch escape room. Not to ruin any of the rooms I'll keep details vague. The staff is super welcoming when you arrive. They then walk you to your room and explain your mission. From there you really see the production value they put in to the room. I've never seen so much tech involved in a escape room and needless to say I was very impressed. I highly recommend.

Our group of 6 completed the Gold Rush Escape Experience and had a wonderful time. It was challenging but you are able to ask for clues and with just a couple of hints, it was a very solvable game. We have done about a dozen escape rooms in different cities and this was definitely one of our favorites. It had a few things that made it a unique experience. We will return and play other themed rooms- would highly recommend!

This was our third time in, and it was just as fun as the first time! Hazel was our host and she was amazing. Spoke to Jennifer this afternoon and she helped us get our gift cards set up. They were both so professional and nice. This place is fantastic. We have done escape rooms in 4 states and this place is the best, by far. Amazing world building, engaging staff, and top notch puzzles. If you are in the area you have to go. Worth every penny!

My wife and I are avid escape room enthusiasts. We try to find one on every vacation we go on. Having done a room with this company in Chicago over a year ago, we were eager to see what else The Escape Game had in store. Long story short, we went in for one game and ended up playing 3. We had the best time! The staff was SO kind and generous. The rooms were very well made and the puzzles had the perfect amount of challenge. Highly recommend The Escape Game and the Austin location is fabulous. The rooms we played were the The Heist, Timeliner, The Playground.

I have been to more than a couple escape rooms but this has been the best one so far. I went here for the Gold Rush escape room with a couple of friends for a non-private session and were paired with another group of 3 and we had so much fun and made new friends too. The staff is amazing and very accommodating. Highly recommend for a fun evening. Absolutely loved it.

We went to do the prison break room and loved the puzzles so much that we decided to do heist as well. The prison break is definitely a challenge but super fun and exciting. Heist is a bit easier but still a great challenge. Each room is expertly decorated according the the theme. Really easy to get immersed in the story. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend grabbing a group and trying some rooms. Hope to go back soon!

We really enjoyed it here. It’s our fourth time solving these escape rooms and they all have not disappointed. We are able to include all family age groups and staff, are friendly. Isabelle was our hostess and she made sure our event was great.

So this was mine and my friends first ever escape room and we went into the hardest room head first and loved every minute of it! Kristen was such an awesome lead for our adventure and we will definitely drive back from San Antonio to visit again! Jansen was awesome too! Very personable and knowledgeable! Best escape room I’ve done and I’ve done at least 10 rooms! We did Prison Break. It was very interactive. Loved the decor and aesthetics of the room. Enough fun for a large group, kept everyone engaged. Would definitely recommend! Looking forward to doing another room at our next vacation location.

Excellent experience!! Out family of 5 (kids ages 9,13, 15) did the Gold Rush escape room and it was great!! Extremely elaborate, well thought out puzzles. Great for all ages! We’ve only done one other escape room, which was in NYC and rbis one was far better!!
