I came here for a two day business conference. This is definitely not one of Marriott’s better properties. While the staff is nice and the hotel is clean, there are some significant oversights. First, the bed quality (at least in room 500) was awful. The mattress needed changing years ago. Next, the hotel’s gym, which is well equipped, doesn’t open until 7 am local. Business travelers are typically leaving for work in the morning so not having a gym available early was unexpected. I did check the website and see that it is advertised is not opening until 7 AM, but I’ve never been to a Marriott property where the fitness center is not 24 hours. Very disappointing. When I did go in the gym room, I had to come tell the staff that the air conditioning needed to be turned on in the room because it was above 75° and that the water fountain was not working. Finally, as of 7 AM in the morning, there is no coffee in this hotel anywhere. I’ve stayed a lot of Marriott properties, many of which are their convenience hotels. For a mid range hotel, this is definitely been disappointing.

Booked a room for the hot tub and sauna access. The sauna was broke. The hot tub filled in with cement. It does truly have a glorious indoor-outdoor pool, which is quite a show case. Booked the king room with balcony view of city. The view is actually of a busy road with traffic noise. It's a nice venue in central location, but rooms feel dated, lack of access to outlets, no USB ports. I really expected better for a Marriott property.

Great location with it being right off the highway. Room is clean. Front desk helped with giving us ideas on what to do. Victor the bartender in the lobby was great!! He is friendly with great conversation. We are celebrating our anniversary so he helped start us off our day with great drinks !!

Staff is fantastic! Everyone was friendly and accommodating. So much so that I’d call them the hotel’s saving grace. Celina at the bar helped me turn a not so great day around. Fantastic service. Rooms were pretty average. Just a regular degular hotel room. Nothing like a 4 seasons, Fairmont, or Omni. Great location took me 5 min to get here from the airport.

Beautiful hotel. Super nice staff. When we arrived, our TV didn’t work but they had someone come and fix it very quickly. There was also a dead bug in the bathroom but I mean it’s whatever lol. That’s Texas for you. Spent time in the awesome pool and really enjoyed our stay there. I chose a room with a balcony which was even more cool at night to sit out there and talk with my husband. Definitely will come back here when we’re in Austin.

Pros: Good rate considering it being ACL weekend. Overall good location. Overall good rooms, clean and decent bed. Cons: you have to request with front desk for housekeeping. No hot tub or sauna and pool is not heated at all. From pool, some of the windows throughout the building looked severely cracked, seems like the hotel needs some good maintenance.

A big hotel with all the amenities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice size with everything you need. Showing their age, but well kept. Great pool and work out center. Bar and restaurant onsite. Not a lot around the area, but close to both airport and downtown.

Great location, beautiful indoor atmosphere, with a great staff. The friendly and helpful receptionist made a great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was favorable, clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. The restaurant was good and a great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well equipped and comfortable. The room service staff was fantastic and extremely accommodating! I was very pleased with my stay and I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Decent hotel not far from Austin Airport - restaurant was good with attentive service. Swimming pool okay and decent fitness center. Rooms could use some remodeling but the bed was comfy and plush and sleeping was good. It was quiet and refreshing.

I arrived after 4 pm and was told the room wasn't ready yet and I would need to wait about another hour for a room. I informed them that I had a dinner appointment and could not wait an hour for a room. They offered to downgrade my room from a balcony king to a normal king. I declined and asked what time check-in starred and was informed at 3 pm. They then offered to upgrade me to a junior suite with no balcony. I agreed and then was told that it was not available either. Eventually, during this, a balcony king room became available, and I was given a key. The room was a little small for the price and the balcony a little dirtier than expected. They do have a nice-looking pool, I did not use it, and a small bar that provided reasonably priced drinks. The location is pretty close to everything, so it was a good location for my visit. I would likely not stay here again as the room is pretty dated. The front desk did mention they are about to renovate the hotel, so I might give it another shot next year for my convention visit. The staff was friendly, just a bad experience with the lack of available rooms after check-in time.

Reception and check-in were great, room was clean and comfortable, but needs updating, especially the tub/shower (ditch the tub). A/C in the conference rooms was terrible. Pool area is always wonderful at this location. Restaurant needs to be redone and with higher food quality; very disappointing.

The staff was friendly, the lobby was nice, but as you get to your room you can see the hotel lobby was just a front. The rooms look a little out dated. Their price for basic coffee is “to high” and I don’t think it’s worth it. Nice ish hotel, but I don’t think I’d stay here again. I saw a roach in the indoor pool area.

I've previously stayed here when it was an Omni property and liked the location. I booked through the hotel and booked queens, but when I checked in they only had double beds. The bedding has seen better days, the pillows were terrible and the carpet was gross. The parking lot was well lit, which was appreciated. Not sure I would stay at this property again.

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your hotel. This web site will compare countless booking web sites and normally will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the most well known in the area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you choose this place you for sure won't regret it. I wish I had got his name but he was the bartender. A Spanish decent guy he did a great job with making sure our food was prepared correctly and the drinks were excellent. With great personality.

Very nice and accommodating staff. Amazing pool and hot tub. Great sauna. Well-kept grounds. Decor is a little bit outdated but it’s perfectly fine! Will stay here again for sure! It’s making me write some more stuff so I’m just gonna keep writing so I can submit it

My flight was canceled. I was able to get a room at the last minute ended up being a mini vacation me and my two boys had so much fun at the indoor pool the entire hotel was clean and very well maintained we felt at home the staff were amazing as well. I ate at the Onion Creek the restaurant it self was closed at the time of my stay, but I was still able to order at the bar they called my room when it was ready. I had the margarita at the bar and it was one of the best margaritas I’ve ever had bartender was great. Tv seemed to only work at night in my room. I had a wonderful stay Thank You 😊

I want to thank Regina at the front desk and her manager Abraxas! Regina was very professional and helpful she made me feel like a friend and valued customer. This hotel is very nice and the location is great close to everything. The staff is helpful and friendly! I had an extended stay and asked for an additional refrigerator and microwave and they were delivered. The ice maker was not working on my floor and it was repaired! I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers!

Close to perfect stay! Great location, amenities are excellent and their pool is the best Ive encountered in Austin. The gym is well equipped and the bar in the center of the lobby is really neat! Check in clerks are friendly and the on site restaurant is pretty decent. The only thing keeping me from rating 4 stars is the water temp for the showers. They take up to 10 min to heat up and when they do its just above lukewarm. Otherwise perfect stay and plenty of free parking!

I love this hotel! All the staff is super friendly. The room i got was amazing. The restaurant in the hotel has delicious food and the bar in the lobby is perfect. I highly recommend it, it's just slightly far from downtown. I'll absolutely be back if i need a relaxing weekend

My husband and I had a very pleasant stay! The hotel staff was friendly and easily accommodated our late check-in and late check-out requests. I felt safe and comfortable the entire visit. The room was a little outdated but still well worth the price paid. 4.5/5.

The room was very nice and I did not have a problem with the water heating up as other people did. When I turned on the shower, the water was already warm. The reason I did not give it a five stars was for a few reasons. When I checked in, I could not get the mobile key to work but they were great and gave me an actual room key. I preferred to use the mobile key on my phone but couldn't get it to work so oh well. When I arrived in my room it was warm and muggy. It was set to 72 but it did not feel like that. Thankfully though, once the sun went down the room finally started to cool down. Unfortunately, I feel as if all the ACs are having a hard time keeping up in the Texas heat. Also, the TV was extremely slow to turn on and change the channels and the morning that I checked out the cable stopped working entirely. And one thing to be prepared for is the fact that if you want to use the pool, you have to walk through the main lobby and in view of the bar area. That was not my favorite thing ever. Overall, the stay was good. The pool was great. Nice, clean, and most importantly, cool. Also, everyone who assisted me was amazing and super friendly and they give complimentary bottles of water which is very appreciated after a day of being in the state parks.

I really like this hotel. The room was clean and quiet. The staff were super nice. There was a restaurant on premises. The food was good but a little pricey. I usually just got my meals at nearby fast food places, it was cheaper. There is a little convenience store in the lobby and that was good. I could grab a hot breakfast taco and a soft drink before starting my day. Parking was free and plentiful. The hotel is very near I-35, so it's convenient to almost everything in Austin but it's far enough south that you can avoid awful Austin traffic.

April at the bar is amazing! Friendly, attentive, and makes anyone feel welcome. I’d definitely come back just for the bar experience! You don’t even have to be an alcohol drinker… hang with April and stay for the food. The rooms are spacious, but needs a little bit of TLC. I’d rate 5 stars if it was for the great service from April at the bar. Room condition made me downgrade a few stars.
