I
arrived
after
4
pm
and
was
told
the
room
wasn't
ready
yet
and
I
would
need
to
wait
about
another
hour
for
a
room.
I
informed
them
that
I
had
a
dinner
appointment
and
could
not
wait
an
hour
for
a
room.
They
offered
to
downgrade
my
room
from
a
balcony
king
to
a
normal
king.
I
declined
and
asked
what
time
check-in
starred
and
was
informed
at
3
pm.
They
then
offered
to
upgrade
me
to
a
junior
suite
with
no
balcony.
I
agreed
and
then
was
told
that
it
was
not
available
either.
Eventually,
during
this,
a
balcony
king
room
became
available,
and
I
was
given
a
key.
The
room
was
a
little
small
for
the
price
and
the
balcony
a
little
dirtier
than
expected.
They
do
have
a
nice-looking
pool,
I
did
not
use
it,
and
a
small
bar
that
provided
reasonably
priced
drinks.
The
location
is
pretty
close
to
everything,
so
it
was
a
good
location
for
my
visit.
I
would
likely
not
stay
here
again
as
the
room
is
pretty
dated.
The
front
desk
did
mention
they
are
about
to
renovate
the
hotel,
so
I
might
give
it
another
shot
next
year
for
my
convention
visit.
The
staff
was
friendly,
just
a
bad
experience
with
the
lack
of
available
rooms
after
check-in
time.
