Five star stay! Love the free shuttle pick us up and drop us off to airport. Friendly staff from the front desk to the kitchen. Their breakfast was SO GOOD! Ordinary free hotel breakfast but the cooking is restaurant level, scrambled eggs are so soft, little sugar in the waffle, fluffy pancakes and perfect flavored bacon/ sausage/potato wedges. Rooms are clean, shower is hot. Will for sure stay here again if I ever come to Austin!

Staff efficiency, positive attitude, is Amazing! Location close to the Airport is a plus ! Room was cozy... Breakfast was delicious! Late night pizza ! Yummy.. My only negative review would be the pool .. at the time we stayed there in February 2022 , it was really cold in the mid 30s. Pool sign stated it was a heated pool.. water was Ice cold. Told staff and problem wasn't fixed during our stay. Other than that , No complaints 🤙🏽Aloha

Easy access to the airport. Great place to stay when you have to leave on an early morning flight air a late night arrival. Good breakfast. Good bar with plenty of bar bites to order. Top notch staff! Highly recommended!!

The room with a king-sized bed was clean, spacious and comfortable. The sofa set was nice and a good place to just sit and relax. The hot breakfast was pretty good. The free shuttle service to/from the airport was very helpful. Overall, we had a good experience staying here.

I'll keep it short and simple. This hotel screams cost savings. We requested (and paid extra for) early check-in but the front desk staff was clueless and knew almost nothing about it — they did not even know what my total amount due was. They were nice, but not well trained and the owner is trying to save a few bucks with staff. The showers are low pressure — again trying to save cost. The towels were paper-thin sandpaper. The "complimentary" water bottles were the cheapest water I have ever seen. The airport "shuttle" was a 20 year old Toyota van with torn cloth seats that smell like wet socks. Everything from the sheets to the pillows to the A/C (which was being controlled centrally despite my thermostat) was cheap and designed to save money for the owner. I was duped into staying here because of the Hyatt name and the proximity to the airport, but next time I'm staying somewhere else.

Love how close it is to ABIA. Shuttle service was excellent. Thank you Renee!! Little issue at check in but it was resolved. Comfy room and bed. Plenty of space. Recommend this hotel.

This hotel is truly located in the airport, so if the sound of airplanes annoy you, try another location. Noise from the planes was not obvious in the rooms. Staff and housekeeping were nice. Due to the rain, our tv did not work, so the housekeeping manager arranged for a room change. While her efforts did not go unnoticed they were futile because it was the same circumstance in the new room. She was very attentive and truly tried to fix the problems. We opted to remain in our originally assigned room. The desk manager compt our first drinks at the restaurant/bar for our troubles. The bar/restaurant is located in the hotel and is a convenient eatery after a long work day. Of the days we utilized the restaurant (out of convenience) only once did we receive true customer service. During each visit to the restaurant, after ordering we had to continuously get up from our table and locate someone to assist us. When our food was given to us, only once did we receive utensils. It was definitely getting old having to hunt staff down in order to have a decent sit down meal. Outside these annoying mishaps, we continued to patronize the restaurant because the food was delicious. Our room was spacious and clean and provided adequate towels. Overall I expected more with this being a Hyatt, definitely underwhelmed with my stay.

People are nice. AC wasn’t working on the ground floor and there were fans. First room smelled with either smoke or paint. Changed Roma and OK. Breakfast was dreadful. A pot of scrambled eggs, uncooked and limp bacon or some sort of ham, and prepackaged small waffle passing off as fresh, and inedible tater tots. Had toast and coffee. Coffee was pretty good. This is odd because I’ve had some really good breakfast at Hyatt place.

No A/C in the lobby, gym or breakfast area whilst it was over 100 degrees outside. Lobby is quite small. Gym is way too small to be seriously usable, only 1 bench for weights which is often in use. I was given a room with connecting doors which meant I could hear the people next door shower, use the toilet, burp, talk on the phone, etc. After asking for a non-connecting room there was none available.

Rooms are great, clean and comfortable. Front desk staff very kind and helpful. Chicken sandwich terrible, has chemical taste. Filet tastes old or microwaved, and is on regular bread. Smells really bad. Couldn’t eat it. Not worth 16 dollars. Posted pic. A/C not working downstairs so using floor A/C units that are unable to efficiently cool downstairs lobby and restaurant area. Uber driver and myself could not figure out how to get on the property due to gates and closed roads.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend stay in Austin for a wedding. This hotel at first glance appears to be great. The lobby is beautifully renovated. But the AC in the lobby is broken. They advertise breakfast until 10 but what they really mean is until 9 and then whatever is left they will leave out until 10. You have to pay for parking and the lot is very small. They do not enforce people parking in multiple spots. Last night an employee had to move her car so we could park in her spot. The rooms are not recently renovated and could use a refresh. Also the room had lots of dead and alive bugs (see my pictures). Overall, the staff were friendly but the facility is clearly not being maintained to Hyatts standards. And we will not stay again due to the parking situation alone. The Hilton next door has surplus parking.

Less than 5 minutes on a half hour shuttle. Good size rooms, reasonable choice of breakfast. Friendly staff. Rooms feature a little lounge area. Bathroom was clean and modern.

Hotel was close to the venue we went to, our room was fantastic and clean, employees were kind. Despite an ac issue downstairs our room was cool and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious- waffles, eggs, cereal, fruit, tater tots, juices and coffee. Parking was a little tight but not bad. Over all highly recommended. We didn't get a chance to check out the pool but we did see it, it looked fresh

Pros: Rooms are clean, service is good Shower is pretty good - good water pressure Airport and gas stations are nearby (gas station is a 2 minute walk away) Henry's BBQ is nearby, go try it out, best BBQ in the area. Better than Terry's in my opinion. AC is good, has a fan mode that is good white noise. Cons: Walls are really thin. Can hear neighbors watching TV and hear people closing/slamming their doors from outside. However, given the price and proximity to the airport, still rating this a hotel a 5/5.

They have a complementary shuttle to and from the airport, it's about a 2 minute drive or so. Location is great if you want to stay close to the airport. The room was very clean, spacious, comfy. Was only there one night, but overall a great room! There's free wifi, it's great connection and it's really simple to connect to. The staff was really kind here! Chase is the best! The breakfast was good. If you're flying in late, they do have a restaurant with a night menu if you're hungry. But not many vegan friendly options.

The shuttle driver was extremely friendly. The gym was tiny, but clean and had everything I needed. The pool was clean. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was limited but still good.

Complimentary breakfast was beyond expectations! It was refreshingly nice, with many above-average options. Clean atmosphere, tasty food. You can tell they are trying hard to do well! Much appreciated!

Grace at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. I have met a lot of employees in my last three days here and I was directly surprised and amazed by the level of service and accommodation I received. I will be back in a couple days and I really hope she is the one that greets me. And I will be back here every time I’m in Austin if she happens to be the one that answers the phone or is managing this joint. I will always call this hotel first because of its convenience. Five stars.

Great hotel, great front desk workers, great restaurant menu items, but definitely on the pricey side. One of the best things for me was that a Circle K, Starbucks, and Jack in a Box was a short 12 minute walk away and the hotel itself is about 3-5 minutes drive from the airport. So location wise it doesn't get better.

I stayed here the night before my early morning flight from AUS, and it was perfect! The bed was very comfortable and the room was very spacious. The shower had excellent water pressure. Staff were friendly. Shuttle departs every 15 minutes in the morning and gets you to the terminal in just a few minutes. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was spacious however our room was connected with another room. It was fine until someone moved in next door and we could hear everything. Overall, spacious but poor soundproofing. Staffs were nice, breakfast was small but sufficient.
