This
hotel
is
truly
located
in
the
airport,
so
if
the
sound
of
airplanes
annoy
you,
try
another
location.
Noise
from
the
planes
was
not
obvious
in
the
rooms.
Staff
and
housekeeping
were
nice.
Due
to
the
rain,
our
tv
did
not
work,
so
the
housekeeping
manager
arranged
for
a
room
change.
While
her
efforts
did
not
go
unnoticed
they
were
futile
because
it
was
the
same
circumstance
in
the
new
room.
She
was
very
attentive
and
truly
tried
to
fix
the
problems.
We
opted
to
remain
in
our
originally
assigned
room.
The
desk
manager
compt
our
first
drinks
at
the
restaurant/bar
for
our
troubles.
The
bar/restaurant
is
located
in
the
hotel
and
is
a
convenient
eatery
after
a
long
work
day.
Of
the
days
we
utilized
the
restaurant
(out
of
convenience)
only
once
did
we
receive
true
customer
service.
During
each
visit
to
the
restaurant,
after
ordering
we
had
to
continuously
get
up
from
our
table
and
locate
someone
to
assist
us.
When
our
food
was
given
to
us,
only
once
did
we
receive
utensils.
It
was
definitely
getting
old
having
to
hunt
staff
down
in
order
to
have
a
decent
sit
down
meal.
Outside
these
annoying
mishaps,
we
continued
to
patronize
the
restaurant
because
the
food
was
delicious.
Our
room
was
spacious
and
clean
and
provided
adequate
towels.
Overall
I
expected
more
with
this
being
a
Hyatt,
definitely
underwhelmed
with
my
stay.
