The atmosphere was nice and the hotel was very clean. Beautiful hotel. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately the good review ends there. We ate at the restaurant in the lobby. Paid 68$ Each for 3 inedible steaks covered in so much spice and salt you couldn’t tell they were steaks. The manager was the worst however. We have a service dog with us. He asked what job he performed which is illegal as hell. We told him and he finally left but what the hell? Why don’t you ask a person in a wheelchair why they’re in a wheelchair? The next morning we put out breakfast door tag out before midnight. Nobody picked it up. If we hadn’t had to take the dog out and seen it was still there then I guess we wouldn’t have gotten breakfast and we had a meeting that morning. The eggs were beyond over cooked. So in general yes we love the hotel but the kitchen and it’s manager need some work apparently.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Archer during the 2023 Winter Freeze. We lost power to our home for nearly 4 days. The Archer went above and beyond in providing excellent service. The room was tidy, the food was delicious, and they even delivered a dog bed and treats for our pup. I highly recommend the Archer for a vacation, stay-cation, or for the next time Texas infrastructures implodes (again)

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Justin's exceptional valet service at the Archer Hotel. As a supervisor, Justin not only exemplified professionalism but also showcased a remarkable attention to detail. His team efficiently handled my car, ensuring it was well-cared for during my stay. What truly set Justin apart was his dedication to customer service. I had a moment of panic when I misplaced my Tesla key card, but Justin immediately took charge of the situation. His calm and reassuring demeanor was a relief in a stressful moment. He meticulously searched and thankfully found the key card, saving me a great deal of inconvenience. Justin's ability to manage his team effectively, while also providing personalized attention to guests, is commendable. It's clear that he not only understands the technical aspects of valet service but also the importance of a positive customer experience. I left the Archer Hotel thoroughly impressed by Justin's professionalism and the excellent service provided under his supervision. I would highly recommend the valet service at Archer Hotel, especially under the watchful eye of Justin. His commitment to excellence is a significant asset to the establishment.

While we have been to Austin before, we have never visited the ARCHER HOTEL. Lovely property situated in a cool area called THE DOMAIN. A surprisingly fun area all within walking distance of the hotel front door. Restaurants and shopping galore! The hotel itself was beautifully decorated and fresh. The conference rooms were spacious and the service staff attentive and friendly. Our guest room was clean and the bed comfortable. We LOVED the happy hour at Second Bar and Kitchen in the hotel. You could not beat the pricing and flavorful bites offered. Our stay was too short (business) but we will surely return for a casual personal visit.

I loved everything about my stay at Archer. The room was incredible. If you ever get a corner suite with a balcony, you won't regret it! The only thing that was slightly bothersome was I was charged for two beers from the mini bar I didn't consume, but I was quickly refunded. Archer Austin is the only place I'll stay in Austin from now on.

Best value in Austin. Always clean, close to everything in domain and the staff is amazing. They make a great effort to get to know their guests and customize the experience. I stayed here over 20 times last year for work and after a year of not being back, James in the valet remembered my name, left me two waters in my car and had it ready with the ac on at my 8am departure time without a request. Anja, greeted me with a smile and a hug when I walked in. Notes in my file lead me back to my favorite room and once again, great experience. Everything just works at this place. It’s the perfect size and price point. You could spend more at the four seasons but why? Thank you archer!

An amazing property, bang in the middle of all the shopping and earing options in Domain. The rooms are quite spacious. The staff is quite friendly as well. Overall a worth it place for anyone looking for a cozy stay in Domain.

Beautiful hotel. Perfect location for everything the Domain has to offer. We had an absolute blast and slept very good in our beautiful room. Walking distance to great restaurants, bars and Rock Rose street.

I come here every year with my family and it’s always a wonderful experience and great time. This time, however, I pull up to the vallet and witnessed the manager, and older man, yelling, cursing and degrading a younger female employee. Completely rude and unprofessional. Definitely not where I would want to stay to feel welcomed.

What a magnificent experience! Our room was not only spacious, but also incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was filled with delightful amenities that exceeded our expectations. But that's not all - the attention to detail was impeccable, and there were even cookies and caramel waiting for us in the room! How awesome is that? Makaela went above and beyond to take care of my family and I! The staff in general from Joe at the Pool bar to the Valets at the hotel were truly exceptional. They were benevolent, attentive, and exuded a friendly and courteous vibe throughout our stay. It was such a lovely gesture that they knew us and greeted us daily, making us feel even more special. The location of the hotel was outstanding. There were plenty of options for shopping and dining, all within walking distance. It made exploring the area a breeze and added to the overall convenience of our trip. The lobby was a cozy and inviting space. The tasteful decorations, large leather sofas, and chairs surrounding the fireplace and bar area created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Though we only stayed for two days, we left feeling completely rejuvenated and refreshed, thanks to the wonderful ambiance and the fantastic service. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It's the perfect place to stay for a truly enjoyable and unforgettable getaway.

Nice hotel, however I feel it's over priced, we got a king suite, the room was small. Holiday Inn has a bigger room for 1/2 the price... food and beverages we pricey. Breakfast omelette and a cup of coffee was $26.00. Service was great... parking is a challenge...we did valet for $38.00 per day.... Pricey hotel in the north of Austin. We were there because of a wedding and we took care of the grandkids.

Service was exceptional from the front desk to the waiter that served our breakfast. A shout out to housekeeping. It was the cleanest hotel room i have ever stayed in. The location is great. The pool was wonderful. My wife and i both thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We are looking forward to returning.

I was there for a business event. The food and service by the hotel staff was excellent! We were in a beautiful meeting room and had a large veranda where we could sit and enjoy the beautiful Texas sky. The hotel is gorgeous inside. I am considering a little weekend getaway with my better half. This place is very nice. I am not a fan of the Domain shopping area. Parking is always difficult. Nevertheless, this place is a jewel. The parking for this hotel is not hard to access. I have nothing but compliments for the Hotel. I look forward to my next visit. I will update with photos when I do. ******** Update ***** My wife and I have booked our stay! More to come.... ;)

Magnificent experience. Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean and had all the amenities we expected and then some. The staff was benevolent, attentive, friendly, courteous and ensured we were delighted with our stay. They even knew me by name, which was an especially nice touch. The location is outstanding, with options for shopping and dining in abundance, all within walking distance of the hotel. The lobby was inviting and warm, tastefully decorated, with large leather sofas and chairs surrounding the fireplace and bar area. My husband and I enjoyed sitting by the fire conversing among ourselves, with the staff and the other guests. We stayed for two days, but left feeling completely rejuvenated and refreshed. I highly recommend this hotel.

The best experience I ever had at a Hotel. The rooms we delightful just one thing the beds were a little to high fir me being 5'4" tall. Other than that I had the best time and would recommend this hotel to all my friends.

We really enjoyed our stay here from start to finish. The staff are extremely friendly and we loved the special touch of the tasty treats in our room each day, plus the recommended books! The decor might not be to my taste but it is fun and quirky. Sheets so smooth and fancy, I actually miss them now I’m home. The pool and outdoor bar area is really nice. One huge plus for this hotel is the great location in the heart of a bustling shopping area. Other reviews mention the noise, this was certainly not an issue for us on the 4th floor. The restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced, I recommend the carpaccio and truffle fries!

Had a wedding in Austin this weekend, found this hotel on Hotels Tonight App. The people the work the front desk couldn't have been nicer. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was also clean. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for our wedding night and all I have to say is WOW! The level of service was incredible, and our "den" room was beautiful! There is so much to do around the area that our guests from out of state were able to stay busy without having to drive much. I would highly recommend Archer to anyone looking for a getaway, or staycation. The drinks are delicious as well in the restaurant downstairs!

I cannot say enough about the Archer Hotel. It was a last minute getaway that my husband and I enjoyed. Perfect location, beautifully decorated, balcony rooms are a must. Can't wait to come again. Wow! Just wow! More specials would be appreciated. Pretty pricey but nice.

Here on business. Rooms are updated, clean & quaint. Located conveniently in a shopping area and not far from the soccer stadium. Decent access to additional eateries within walking distance.

Very nice hotel and enjoy my stay each time. However, the last two stays I’ve had to call back because I had minibar charges on my statement. Which is crazy are they not doing inventory after each stay?!?! If I know I hadn’t taken anything from the minibar how do you charge me? Anyone knows the minibar is overpriced. I travel with my own alcohol and snacks!

We loved the Archer Austin, the rooms were great, service fantastic, rooms were clean and location is excellent. We stayed here for my daughters wedding in Austin, we had a large group, all guests were so happy with the Archer. Their group coordinator was great to work with. We had our welcome dinner on their rooftop, the food was excellent (from Second street bar and restaurant), we also had a breakfast the day after the wedding, also excellent. They were very accomadating with all our needs. Couldn't say anything bad about our experience . The only thing guests should know is that the pool bar is closed on Sundays, lol.

Really nice hotel in an upscale town center type neighborhood. Great restaurants, clubs and shops to walk to. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Free coffee in the lobby in the morning. Not inexpensive but at least you get top shelf.

Room was large, lovely and clean with a huge balcony and fireplace. I loved it. Service was generally friendly - the one drawback was the check-in process. The man checking me in at the desk asked too many probing questions about my personal life. He read the details of my ID aloud and commented on my address saying he knew where it was, then asked who I was "getting away from" at home, along with repeated questions for my plans that night that were beyond what I've ever been asked while checking into a hotel. I'm sure he was clumsily trying to make awkward small talk, but for the money I paid, I didn't think this was great guest experience and it started my stay off on an uncomfortable foot. Just gentle, hopefully constructive feedback. Everything else was wonderful.

Beautiful hotel in the BEST location! There is so much to do in the area and so many lovely places for all your meals. The hotel has a great breakfast. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The housekeeping staff is wonderful and very thorough you would never think it was a pet-friendly hotel. They leave the most delicious little candies for you in the room. The bathroom is very modern and has the cutest slippers. The bed was very comfortable. The front desk and valet staff are friendly and welcoming. Everything about this hotel makes you want to go back!
