I recently had the pleasure of staying at the incredible hotel in Austin, and I must say, it was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. This hotel is situated in the heart of Austin, making it incredibly convenient to visit all the city's attractions. From the iconic live music scene on Sixth Street to the vibrant cultural spots and museums, everything seemed just a stone's throw away. Exploring the city was a breeze, thanks to the hotel's central location. During my stay, I was able to visit popular landmarks like Zilker Park, the State Capitol, and the picturesque Lady Bird Lakeโ€”all within a short distance from the hotel. And let's not forget about the incredible shopping and dining options nearby, which made for a fantastic overall experience. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The combination of exceptional service, luxurious suites, and an ideal location in the heart of Austin makes it a must-visit destination for any traveler. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, you'll find everything you need and more at this fantastic hotel. I am already looking forward to my next stay!

The hotel itself is wonderful, Great friendly staff, good breakfast each morning. And nice little reception in evening. The hotel itself and the rooms are in need of major renovation. The carpet furniture paint etc. All dated and worn. I hope they do this soon, as there is alot of NEW competition around so if they want to stay in good standing, they need to update and it will be just as good as the newer places.

So, I've been to this place many times in over 10 years, our company puts us up here for convenience and because they worked out a deal. It was the only place years ago, and today, there are several updated hotels, food places and buildings. I rate this place a 3 because they have had many years to update, but have not and this place is in need for the update. I have been to 2 other Staybridges that are newer and updated, sooo very nice. I am looking for a face lift, hopefully in the near future, my 2 cents. Check it out for yourself.

This is a redo of my earlier (starred only) review. I definitely think this is still a five star property. The reason for that is Maria and Jenna, the rest of the front desk staff, folks who set up the manager dinner Monday through Wednesday, housekeeping and the folks who set up breakfast, all provide five-star, upscale service. They all get 5โ€™s. Itโ€™s is also a very clean and relatively safe place to be and the location the the airport canโ€™t be beat. Unfortunately, itโ€™s an old older property. The furniture, electronics and appliances throughout the building (especially the rooms) DO NOT match the five star upscale service that all the staff provide in this building. This message is specifically to the owner. May I suggest investing in this property. All of the folks that work in this building deserve to be running a high end, top-notch property. And with all of the competition sitting around you, you may want to really think about that.

Cockroaches found multiple times in the hallways and in the rooms. The large suite did not have a sofa bed that pulls out. We had set this up for 6 people and was going to have my two boys sleeping on the sofa bed. When they didn't have any sofa beds or cots in the hotel, they offered us a screaming deal of $179 for a queen room. So we spent $1600 for 4 nights with an 1990's hotel, cockroaches and easily the worst staybridges hotel we have used.

Only rarely do I give out five stars. Small, well-appointed suites. Kitchenette simplifies travel. Very comfortable beds. Only 15 minutes from the airport but very quiet. Free airport shuttle. Complimentary breakfast from 7 - 10. Very polite, helpful staff.

Would not stay again. Too many things that make your stay inconvenient. My husband and I stayed here the day after we got married as we travel back home, and while the room is spacious and appeared clean, the hospitality and equipment was a mixed bag. We came 20 minutes after check-in time so we figured our room would be ready to go, but our room wasn't ready until just over an hour past check-in time. This may not be their fault, as I got the impression that they're short staffed, but still. In the room we had some trouble with the remotes... turns out one remote didn't have batteries and the TV in the bedroom doesn't appear to work at all. (Side note, when letting the staff know this at check-out, they just said "okay", so I guess this is normal for them). Overnight we called the front desk for some more blankets, only to be told it would take a while and she would have to "track some down," so I guess they don't have a set place for blankets or there's a lack of training and again they're probably short staffed. I also found out they charged my card twice, and some $20 fee, but refunded the appropriate amount later. I work in customer service too, and I've never withheld that information from a client. If I accidentally charge their card, I let them know, just as I feel they should have let me know. In general the staff tended to seem like we were inconveniencing them. The cherry on top is while we were taking luggage to the car well before check-out time, the cards locked us out so we couldn't get back in to get the rest of our items without going to the front desk and having them reset it just to go back inside for our last items (again, before their check-out time).

It wasn't bad at all what you would expect from a normal hotel.

I received exceptional service from Marla today. I woke up this morning after a very restless night feeling horrible. I am a pump patient and my pump malfunctioned making my return to home inevitable. However I had booked a rewards night and was going to lose my night since I hadn't done it in the time-frame allowed. Marla did everything she could to help me. She called my room, followed up and instructed me to call IHG rewards because she wanted to help me get home but not lose my points. Her advice was invaluable. The IHG rewards were so kind and understood and immediately resolved my issue unlike IHG customer service. She eas so instrumental in helping me keep my points so i could return home today to get my pumps issues sorted out.

This was be far the nastiest hotel I've been too. The front desk agent Juan/Jose was very nasty and rude. He didn't smile. The rooms are old and disgusting. The hotel smells bad. It needs updated. I don't trust airport hotels anyway but this is by far the worst.

We enjoyed our stay here, I mainly liked the kitchen so I could cook a dish for Thanksgiving. The breakfast provided had a great selection. The rooms were very clean, furniture was little outdated, but not a huge issue. We ran into a leak under the kitchen sink, they addressed it immediately. The check in process was super easy and front desk was very pleasant and welcoming. Overall, a great stay will definitely return.

I live about 5 miles from this location, stayed here while there was work on my house. It's in a business park. I chose it because it's located near multiple highways and very easy to get around. It's not near any nightlife you'd want to go to in Austin, but still convenient. If you want to get downtown, add about $40 a day for ride-sharing. Cheaper than parking downtown. I was here the week prior to F1 and ran into several team employees. Great location for F1 or concerts at the COTA venue... there's not much that is closer to the track. Staybridge model is great, rooms are as expected, and my 2 young kids loved it.

We came to Staybridge Suites when our A/C was undergoing repairs. We would have been happy with just a cool place to sleep but were pleasantly surprised at how much this hotel had to offer! We had the best service and accommodations by Maria and other staff. The breakfast and happy hour offering was much enjoyed and even had a great business room to get some work done remotely. The room and hotel was very clean and fresh during this Texas heat. We highly recommend this hotel and thank them for accommodating us at short notice!

Its a nice room but it took a hour past checkin to get a room so we were stuck waiting in lounge until they said it was ready. And there is 2 tvs one in the bedroom and one in the coutch area and both had remotes covered in plastic....one was not working and took plastic off and it had no batterys so we tried useing other remote...it had batterys but was not turning on the tv and so we swaped battery's to the other remote and finally got one tv working and the bedroom tv just does not turn on at all. And there was no spare blankets at all in these rooms

We stay for a weekend getaway, our stay was excellent we got an upgraded to a two bedroom suite, the room was so spacious perfect for my family. The service was great since the moment we arrived, the room was clean, and the breakfast was amazing. I will Definitely visit this hotel again. This hotel is close to downtown, and some amazing restaurants, and shops. Special thanks to The general Manager Nora for everything and to all the staff for a great customer service! Will definitely recommend this hotel, and we will visit again!

The cleanliness in this hotel is a disaster, if you need towels you have to ask at least 3 times. And the bathroom has been dirty since the first day and is not cleaned. There are better hotels

As I personally been back at Staybridge Suites Austin Airport after so many years now, I need to say it is still a great, clean and very friendly place to stay. I book our group for F1 with this hotel now since the first ever F1 GP at COTA and it was alway great to be guest here. Thanks a lot again and definitely see you 2023.

The suite we had was awesome. Quiet, clean, comfy. Had a great night sleep and breakfast was pretty good too. Next time we're in the area, definitely booking a room with Staybridge Austin.
