If you love roaches, here is the place! Im a pretty easy person, stayed there for 8 nights in March. I arrived at the hotel late on the 1st night, 2nd day immediately saw the tiny ones, let it go, then they kept coming out DAILY for the next 3 days, HUGE ONES. Made a complaint to the manager, no compensation was given beside switching to a different room. Extremely disappointed. Thanks goodness the other room was fine. I need to be fair too, the place seems safe, and the staff were friendly (3* for the service bc of the manager). But i will never come back here again!

If I could rate this lower than zero, I would based on the customer service experience at this hotel. I drove in the snow and ice for 10 hours with a dead phone and was denied my reservation because of my dog, even though I had a written letter indicating the dog was my emotional support. The front desk didn’t even show any compassion or sorry!! This hotel would rather have a person sleep in a car with freezing temperatures than allow a person with a dog stay at there hotel. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Austin! Holiday Inn, I suggest updating your website to indicate NOT PET FRIENDLY!

Pretty standard Holiday Inn Express. Check in was quick and efficient, the room and hotel were clean and quiet, breakfast was passable. I faced three issues in room 328: 1) The desk chair is very low compared to the height of the desk, making it very hard to use a computer for more than a minute (even at maximum height). The sharp edge of the desk presses into your wrists and forearms. I'll try downstairs or a coffee shop nearby 2) The water pressure in the shower was pathetic. 3) The small refrigerator in the room buzzed like an alarm clock every time in turned on. Probably woke me 5 times over the night. Very annoying.

The rooms are quite large with a couch area and table area to eat along with a king bed. Pillows are quality along with the linens. Tub great size for bath and the shower head assembly in was impressed with. I probably stay in about 50 to 60 hotels a year for work purposes and travel so I see a lot this one was very well kept up I was really happy with the accommodations

This is a family run Holiday Inn and the excellent quality of service reflects their hands on care in wanting to provide the best experience for their guests. Every element of our stay provided a wonderful end of summer get away for us with our daughter and two grandsons. From the service provided from check in with the front desk employee, Coy, to our check out was top notch. A wonderful breakfast buffet was offered each morning The covered pool is small but provided a wonderful break from the Texas heat. The location is great in that you are removed from a lot of the Austin traffic and close to such lakeside dining venues as The Oasis and Vincent's. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and so greatly appreciate the desire this franchise owner has to provide excellent accommodations.

This place is terrible! Booked on Priceline, but when I showed up at 11:30pm to check in, I wasn't able to because I did not have $100 for incidentals. I had $70 on the card... no budge. Even though the sign on the front desk states they hold 50% for incidentals... and my after tax rate was $98. I've stayed in dozens of hotels... I expect a hold for these things... but NEVER has it been this much. Crazy!

Stopped here on the way home because there was some major weather heading our way. Didn't know they had underground parking at the time, but we found it before the severe weather blew in, which was perfect. The room was nice, (AC) air conditioning was great, and this location is right near tons of food options.

First, let’s start with arriving at the hotel at three pm check in time. We had to wait for 15 minutes on standby before going up to the counter, where we were informed of another 30-minute wait. Despite waiting in the lobby, we were ultimately assigned a handicap room. While we understand that the shower lacks a lip due to it being a handicap room, it is essentially useless for us as we have kids. We requested a different room for various reasons, but unfortunately, we were told that the hotel was completely booked. This experience was disappointing, especially considering that I have had great experiences at other Holiday Inns in the past. I hope that this was just an isolated incident and that Holiday Inn can do better in the future.

The staff was very nice and location was good enough for the price but the construction quality must be garbage as you could hear everything from upper floors and rooms next door. We had a pacer/stomper upstairs so was very hard to sleep. Lot of loud people in the hotel and definitely seemed to be a bit of a party spot - will spend a bit more and stay somewhere else next time.

The room was adequate but the cleaning crew was horrible. I was here for 4 days and twice I received fresh towels, and once they spread up the bed. There was a Keurig coffee machine in the room, and when we arrived there were two Keurig pods. Afterwords we had to ask for pods at the main desk. Also, the maids didn’t leave disposable coffee cups, so I had to get them from the kitchen area and cut them down in height so they would fit in the Keurig machine. I have never seen a hotel maid service be so erratic I wouldn’t recommend this place. Perhaps it’s not a big thing to others but their costs include the services, and somehow the staff has decided that the guests aren’t worth the effort. I mentioned these things to the employees at the front desk, and nothing changed during our stay.

This hotel is just awesome I was so tired after I got kicked out of the uptown suites because they're Involved in some sort of criminal activity the whole hotel is and luckily they updated me however holiday I was happy to welcome me and I Had to pack in a rush and I could only grab a few things that I loved but I did grab that painting I was so tired I left it on the table right in the lobby. I had to deal with a lot of stuff all day and then towards the end of the evening I called holiday and they said that they had the Painting safe and secure behind their desk and they didn't even have to do anything they just did it because it was right. The room was clean the toiletries were duv brand and very appreciated the beds were soft and the AC worked perfect. Everything was just as it should be this hotel really raises the bar thank you so much for helping me and my family in our time of need and making it an easy transition for us when others try to make everything so hard there needs to be more good people out there like you thank you.

Nice views and good location. WiFi is HORRIBLE so if you need it don't stay here. Sick of hotels with bad WiFi, there are plenty with good WiFi so if a hotel's WiFi is awful then I will never stay there again. Walls are so thin that we could hear the people in the next room simply talking to each other the whole time, and they could probably hear us talking too! Hotel seemed a tad dirty and dated. Shower was so slippery we almost fell several times. How is this OK? It's a lawsuit waiting to happen. First person who checked us in was horribly rude, but everyone else was nice.

Awesome hotel and staff! The room was extremely clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel itself was in a great area with lots of parking. The breakfast was full of so many fresh and great options. We did have a loud neighbor during our stay and the hotel was very kind and accommodating to help remedy the situation! I appreciated being able to get my work done and have a safe place to sleep at night during my business trip. 5/5!

From pulling up to check out. Very clean, plenty of lighted parking, front desk, Trey was very friendly, the GM Staci was very welcoming. The room was very clean, We LOVED that they supply name brand shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Even the housekeeping employees we came across were smiling. Bed was very comfortable as well. I loved the fact that they have a large hot tub by the pool. Both was very clean. The halls nor the room smelled "like a hotel". Great variety of snacks and beverages to purchase as well as toiletries, or medications one may have forgotten to pack. All in all this was by far the best experience at a hotel ever.

We stayed for a work trip and found this was the perfect location - right around the corner from restaurants and coffee. Room was clean upon arrival (hotel was clean too!). Staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond.

Nice clean room. Breakfast options were not good. No fresh fruit, mainly packaged foods, fake eggs. Styrofoam plates and plastic ware. Please consider reusable dishes and silverware or compostable 🙏🏽 The shower curtain is too short and gets the floor wet.

This holiday inn was clean and service was great. What sets apart a holiday inn is how well they execute the complimentary breakfast. This locations breakfast was very well done. They even quickly took care of an issue with my iron when I needed to use it prior to my cousin's wedding.

Secure and quiet location. Hassle free check-in for alien tourists like me. Good room. All amenities modernized and working. Breakfast was superb in respect of the room tarrif. Self parking us free and ample.

Location is great, convenient spots to eat within walking distance, breakfast is good. However the internet is non-existent. Management said the hotel is 'full' hence the bandwidth is low. Poor excuse. Impossible to load a basic page. Struggled to get any work done. In this day and age, poor bandwidth internet for 2 nights straight is a joke. They need to prioritize this and get it to work. The lady at the front desk was dismissive and unhelpful, had no clue about the rooms, was too lazy to do even a 5 minute lookup in her computer to find alternate rooms. Finally Dominic intervened and went out of his way to help me out. Good guy.

The front desk people are just terrible they are not helpful at all, I guess they don’t get paid well since they look pretty annoyed. The room’s cleanness is poor. We are staying for two nights and looks like they only replace the towels and did the beds. The floor looks dirty, the bathroom sink and counter are dirty for sure. Please look somewhere else before booking at this Hotel if cleanliness is important to you.

I'd give y'all 5 stars but you didn't PUT A BOTTLED WATER in either of our 2 rooms. You already post whiney signs about towels yet didn't have the pool towels stocked, and have only 1 overworked elevator. What happens to handicap people if it needs a repair? I drank disgusting tap water because of your greed. 🤢 AT least inform people you are too cheap to supply a single quality H2O, I'd have brought my own. But, the staff was nice and the location is close to lots I love.

Very nice hotel. Conveniently located and surrounded by many restaurants and coffee shops etc. Clean rooms and good breakfast. Pool and hot tub was nice during the stay. Only mins away from lake Travis is a huge plus. Would definitely stay again
