I stayed here with my family for a week. Was really unsure about it staying here as I recovered from surgery for a week, we are a family of 5, that also includes 2 toddlers. This ended up being the Best decision I made. I usually book an entire home, but I took the chance with the place. It’s exactly like the pictures. The help was so nice. The front desk clerks were so helpful in making sure I was comfortable and tending to things we needed for our stay to be comfortable. I loved the breakfast, that was the best part that also made the stay worth it. I slept comfortable and didn’t have to worry about struggling to make breakfast or having my husband getting up to cook for the boys. I’ll definitely be staying here again. It’s clean, located in a Really Good neighborhood, near everything. I’m careful where I choose to stay, I want to feel safe. This place was s definitely worth staying with your family and it wasn’t to expensive but also not cheap. If you’re looking for a nice place, this is the place for you. A Huge Thank you to the staff for making our stay comfortable!!

Sonesta ES at the domain will from now on be the hotel of choice to book for my friends and family whenever they visit! Clean interior and grounds/pool area, quiet and safe, clean good smelling room and friendly staff, Erica you are the best! The one thing I did notice was the stains on the refrigerator door in our kitchenette but wasn't at all an issue because the inside of the refrigerator was clean and cold! We will definitely stay here again in the future! Thank you to Sonesta ES staff for helping to mae our weekend a memorable and comfortable one! Definitely recommending this hotel to all my family and friends!👍🏼👍🏼

Traveled down to Austin with my family for a vacation for the weekend. When checking in, the front desk clerk had an attitude but I assumed it was from the long day. As I'm checking in, she smelled what could of been someone had been smoking marijuana and quickly assumed I was the culprit. Very loudly stated "you can NOT smoke in our rooms" as I'm standing there unaware of what she is telling me and why! She felt that I needed to know that instead of informing me of all the services and amenities available for my stay. We were not informed in the fact the rooms are only cleaned once every 7 days or after a checkout which if we had known before hand could of booked another room for our stay. Overall the location is great, if you're looking to shop or go to the Domain but I was not impressed with the service staff or concierge services. I'll gladly pay more to stay somewhere else who respects paying customers and not just assume or stereotype individuals.

I was scolded repeatedly by a staff member for calling and asking to be connected to my room too often. My boyfriend's phone was broken and that was our only means of communication when I was working. When I questioned if they offered operator service included in the hotel stay she answered that they did, and I gave her ample opportunity to rescind her scolding, but she would not take it. Instead she doubled down scolding me for asking to be connected to my room. This was my worst experience in a hotel ever.

First time at this location. Usually stay at a Marriott property nearby but that particular property was a little expensive at the time of my travel so I decided to try this Sonesta out. I was pleasantly surprised given the price. Friendly front desk when I was checking in and checking out. Complementary breakfast was about on par for this level of hotel. Room was in good shape and was quiet while I was there. I didn’t really need it but it’s nice to have the kitchenette. I would stay here again.

Very friendly and attentive staff, the room was clean and big. It was quiet at night. Breakfast was the best we have ever had while traveling around the east coast. It had many options (rice, potatoes, boiled eggs, omelette, bacon, sausages, oat porridge, fresh fruits and the coffee was very good!!! The chef was very friendly. I would definitely recommend these suites.

Staff was excellent from Check-in to check-out. The front desk and housekeeping in particular were very professional and helpful. My friend and I did not want to leave the nice comfort of our hotel. We were there for 3 days. First time staying at Sonesto and definitely not the last.

The rooms we had were amazing. We were supposed to have the two room suite but I guess they over booked. They have us two rooms next to each other instead. I was not complaining because it gave us more privacy anyhow.

Absolutely disgusting and quiet annoying if you ask me. I was told I had a room on the second floor. Arrive to be on the third. I checked in at 2:15am. They came into my room while I was gone. Supposedly for cleaning, which why would it need cleaned? I haven't been in there but a few hours. Yet, the only thing they did is throw stuff that wasn't trash away and make the bed. I have a 2 minute video of how nasty my refrigerator looks. I asked to be taken out of housekeeping, at any other hotel would've been fine. Here it's not an option. I don't need housekeeping. I can clean my room myself. Then my belongings won't come up missing. I'd suggest the Simply Sonesta over this one. Not to mention, you have a cutoff on how late you can use the laundry room. This place doesn't deserve even a single star. I don't recommend this place. Drive 2 minutes down the road. It's a better hotel. After finishing my stay, I have to say the manager, I do believe his name was Anthony, couldn't be more professional. He was an amazing person. Any issues I had he did his best to take care of immediately. He was always so kind. Definitely an asset. Erin was also professional and definitely an asset as well. So, I am bumping up my rating. It was definitely a better stay than I'd had expected.

The room has bugs in it. We were switched to another room and the hotel staff were friendly. The hotel is outdated and could use some refreshing in the carpets and rooms. Breakfast was good and a nice complimentary service

lovely hotel. accommodating staff and helpful. Breakfast is great! the coffee "tall dark and roasty" is quite nice. my room was large enough to not feel like a hotel room! I would stay here any time! The grounds have a private park feel to them.
