    First off the staff was friendly. We had an issue with the toilet tank not filling up. We immediately called the front desk. They sent someone and he tried to fix it but said to be safe maintenance would come and check it. No one ever showed up and we had to hear running water all night! We were told the maintenance man was super booked. Disappointed in the cleanliness of the room was not very good either. Water stains on the bathroom ceiling, mold in the bathroom, and bugs on the doorway. We were not even offered a discount! So disappointed!

    Very good stay, but the dinner options could be better. I waited a long time to receive my order when there wasn't many people dining. Also, no free breakfast. Everything was clean and quiet.

    SCAM. Nobody knows what they’re doing and it resulted in extra charges to the customer. We paid the extra nightly rate to include breakfast. Show up and nobody knows what we’re talking about. We finally find someone at the desk who confirms we should charge breakfast to the room and it will be automatically removed. Get home from our trip and sure enough, we were charged the extra nightly rate and the breakfast charged to the room. Nice. It doesn’t end there. I call Hilton customer service who fully recognize I had the breakfast rate. They call the location and are told the manager will adjust. Two days later, the charges post to my card, still not adjusted. I called again, only to be told that the hotel is claiming they cannot make any adjustments. WHAT?! So you’re telling me, a place of business knows how to charge but cannot adjust erroneous charges? THATS A SCAM. Hilton corporate has opened a case and is processing my refund by mail. I’ll let you know if I receive my refund in 30 days. A refund that is 100% their fault. Great! Building is new, rooms are decent, but really, what justifies the risk in how much they’ll “erroneously” charge you? Go to the Marriot next door.

    Breakfast was a major disappointment. The service was great, but management failed to staff it in proportion to the number of people dining. Leftover bacon was used way too often. The potato wedges were terrible. Sometimes it took 25 minutes to get your food. The insides of the washing machines always smelled stale. Why aren't there any tubs in the rooms? I really needed to soak but only had a shower stall. It was nice to see Nutrogena products.

    We were there 3 nights and never got our room cleaned once. No fresh towels, no coffee supplies renewed, no trash cans emptied or linens changed. The explanation from the desk clerk made no sense and he really couldn't explain it. Rope hanger in the bathroom fell out of the wall when trying to use it. When arriving there was a quarter of a roll of toilet tissue in the room and no extra rolls. Had to call down to get that. This has soured me on Hilton.

    New, very clean hotel with great room layout. Full bar and restaurant on-site with great food. Spent a pleasant time at the bar in conversation with the very personable bartender, David. Will stay here again.

    The only reason for a 4 star location was simply because it's not anything uniquely located But it is very convenient for being by the airport. The beds were amazing, black out curtains, clean rooms and bathroom with plenty of counter space, big TV to check the weather out easily when getting ready to leave. I'd recommend this to anyone.

    Amazing room, comfy bed, and great front desk and breakfast staff. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. The slight drawback was airplane sounds started around 6:30 and it’s a little rough after getting in close to 1am. Also the shuttle driver was odd on 5/21 check in. Pick up for midnight and showed up 20 minutes late. Was jittery or nervous. Then said we might have to drive to lower level to look for someone when the hotel was super clear over the phone where the pickup spot is. Breakfast was great and it’s a really nice new hotel. Recommend it for short stays.

    I had an issue with my booking through Expedia. When we arrived at the hotel, Liam at the front desk was AMAZING. He was so friendly, warm and helpful. He was extremely accommodating and tried very hard to help us resolve our issue, spending a lot of time with us to troubleshoot. We ended up having to leave to make it to our plans, so our issue couldn’t get resolved at the desk. However, Liam took down my contact information, said he would speak with management and help me to resolve the issue. Within a very short amount of time, Liam called back to advise that all had been solved and taken care of. I really appreciated his level of attentiveness and his commitment to make sure our issue was resolved in a timely and appropriate fashion. Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality Liam! You were so great and I hope to stay here again and interact with you for my check-in experience next time I’m in Austin!

    I called to book a suite and told to book the king suite online instead of directly with them. I checked in and got a king room. Nothing suite about it. I explained the problem to the front desk and they just said too bad and had no rooms to switch my daughter and I to. Service in bar was ridiculously slow. Food was okay but not great at all. They charge $12 a night for parking. Will never stay here again because they could care less about their employee giving me bad advice and to book with Expedia so you can't leave and get your money back. Very very disappointing

    Such lovely lovely staff! We had a hectic early flight on Friday and stopped by to see if we could possibly snag an early check-in, or even just store our bags while we went out for the day, and we got nothing but incredible service from every staff member we spoke to. It was suggested that we try the breakfast before storing our bags, and we were so glad we did. We didn't catch our server's name but she was so wonderful to us. Changed the whole trajectory of our day, to have a full stomach and empty hands to wander Austin. Our room was great, spacious and clean. Amenities looked great, though we didn't really use any of them. The snack bar with 24/7 alcohol sales was a huge surprise to us Canadians, but a welcome bonus. Thank you everyone! We'll definitely stay here when we come back to Austin.

    I was in town for a wedding and my hotel room was exactly what I needed. The room was spacious and very clean, as were the hallways and lobby area. As for appliances, I used the iron and hair dryer, both of which were new and in good condition). There was complimentary breakfast, and a large outdoor pool open until 10pm! There were limited toiletries available for purchase in the hotel lobby, so be sure to bring whatever you need. (I have stayed at other hotels that have travel sized toiletries of all kinds available for purchase in the lobby, so I mistakenly didn't pack hairspray, but that's on me!) Was only a 6 minute drive to the airport. Would gladly stay again.

    The hotel was nice, clean & comfortable. My only complaint was the ridiculously slow service in the restaurant. I had a very early flight in the morning and wanted to get a quick bite to eat before going to bed. I went to the restaurant at approximately 7:20pm. I was ignored for quite some time. Just as I was about to get up an leave, the server finally came to my table. I ordered a hamburger & coke. That took another eternity to arrive, but at least it was good. After finishing it, I sat and waited for my check. My server continued to ignore me. Finally, at 9:03pm, I went up to the bar and asked to settle my check. I was told she would be with me shortly. She continued to make drinks and have conversations with the people at the bar as I continued to be ignored. Finally, I gave her my credit card, and she told me it would be easier to charge it to the room. I advised that I did not have a card on file. She directed me to put a card on file with the front desk, and come back to settle the bill. I did that and she charged the meal to my room. I asked for a receipt before leaving, and she looked annoyed that I asked for one. I finally got back to my room just before 9:30pm. I was very aggravated that it took an hour & a half to get a hamburger, and another almost half hour to settle the bill. The next morning, I went to check out and asked for my folio receipt. I was told the computers were down. I left my email address and was told that my receipt would be emailed to me. It's been a week, and I still haven't received anything. The hotel is nice, but the service is horrible. I would not dine at the restaurant again. If you're hungry & want your food in a timely manner, I would suggest Door Dash.

    The individuals made my stay amazing, great customer service from the front desk with Maryjo and Bre. My dining and bar experience with Tess and Olivia was great. They made me very comfortable and were very helpful. This was my first stay in Austin and I loved every moment.

    Great hotel. Clean rooms and clean overall. Ate dinner and breakfast here and the quality was great! All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. Rooms were quite and comfortable.

    This hotel was an absolute gem. The hotel was in a perfect location. The check-in man was excellent, as was every other person who worked at the desk. It was very clean, and the room had everything that we needed. I will be back and would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

    Can't say enough about how pleasantly surprised I was with my stay here. The front desk agent when I checked in was great. So friendly and personable. Regrettably, I did not get his name, but he was working in the evening. Olivia in the bar/restaurant was also great. Service with a smile! I had the fried green beans and salmon. It was delicious. The best part is that the beer was ice cold! I hope my business travels bring me back to the HGI.

    The staff i dealt with were rude. Didnt even look up from the computer when u was speaking with them. We wont be going back to this Hilton. They are the first to not even acknowledge the "Hilton honor" members. This is a big deal to me. My husband has been an honors member for at least 10 years, and has to travel more than not for business. He stays in Hilton hotels all over the country, and has brought the company a lot of business due to, not only his very frequent stays, but he's also convinced many of his coworkers to stay with Hilton Hotels as well. We expect to have consistent, fair treatment, good customer service and appreciation. Like I said, I won't stay at this Hilton again

    Two overnight layovers here this spring. The hotel shuttle worked out great for getting us to and from the airport. Food is a little bit pricey but was good and if you get diamond member food credit it not feel so bad.

    Timely airport shuttle, excellent customer service & clean rooms. I had an outstanding breakfast, despite limited staff and unavailability of some food items. My compliments to the managers, front desk staff, food & beverage team, chefs and cooks.

    Overall experience clouded by poor front desk customer service. They mostly have American airlines pilots and stewardesses as guests. Nearly every exchange with the front desk was rude with no eye contact and absolute minimum effort to get you to go away. I was told flatly, "they don't clean rooms". I booked on hotels.com which makes you an even lower class citizen. You can't tie your awards to your account and get benefits like wifi and water. I paid more to get drinkable water than I saved through hotels.com. On the upside, room was nice and breakfast was good.

    The front desk was very friendly and recommended Terry Blacks BBQ to us. But, when we got to the room. While taking a shower and pulling back the curtain on the opposite side there was a lot of hair in the corner. After that i found hair on the comforter and long strands of hair under the sink. The hotel is nice but be aware of how clean it is.
