SCAM.
Nobody
knows
what
they’re
doing
and
it
resulted
in
extra
charges
to
the
customer.
We
paid
the
extra
nightly
rate
to
include
breakfast.
Show
up
and
nobody
knows
what
we’re
talking
about.
We
finally
find
someone
at
the
desk
who
confirms
we
should
charge
breakfast
to
the
room
and
it
will
be
automatically
removed.
Get
home
from
our
trip
and
sure
enough,
we
were
charged
the
extra
nightly
rate
and
the
breakfast
charged
to
the
room.
Nice.
It
doesn’t
end
there.
I
call
Hilton
customer
service
who
fully
recognize
I
had
the
breakfast
rate.
They
call
the
location
and
are
told
the
manager
will
adjust.
Two
days
later,
the
charges
post
to
my
card,
still
not
adjusted.
I
called
again,
only
to
be
told
that
the
hotel
is
claiming
they
cannot
make
any
adjustments.
WHAT?!
So
you’re
telling
me,
a
place
of
business
knows
how
to
charge
but
cannot
adjust
erroneous
charges?
THATS
A
SCAM.
Hilton
corporate
has
opened
a
case
and
is
processing
my
refund
by
mail.
I’ll
let
you
know
if
I
receive
my
refund
in
30
days.
A
refund
that
is
100%
their
fault.
Great!
Building
is
new,
rooms
are
decent,
but
really,
what
justifies
the
risk
in
how
much
they’ll
“erroneously”
charge
you?
Go
to
the
Marriot
next
door.
