Second time staying here and service was top-notch once again. The owner is very professional and hands-on which I'd most impressive! Clean hotel, nice value and great location 👍🏽 It's our go to place while in Austin visiting family 😍

EXCELLENT value for the price. Probably one of the best managed value hotels that I've stayed at for a while. Reception, food, and housekeeping workers were very respectful and efficient. Guests were appropriately spaced out and segregated by floor (e.g. workers on the ground floor, couples on upper floors). Breakfast was well-stocked. Indoor heated pool and jacuzzi were clean, and it was nice to have restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel put in new beds the day we got there, so the beds were very comfy and they seem to maintain their rooms very well. We actually were in town for a training at another hotel chain that was almost double the price, and that hotel was much more chaotic, with workers conversing loudly in public walkways and dining areas, the hotel just seemed less sanitary, and bathrooms were not well kept. So this is definitely an excellent value for the price if you are staying in this area!

Loved the stay. The breakfast was fresh. The room was OK, could be a little cleaner. The place is safe but I would not go out in the night, there were a couple of people roaming , so not that safe at night. The receptionist were welcoming, the room service was once in 2 days . Near to ATM , H‑E‑B and other restaurants near by. Overall a good stay and will return.

I really enjoyed my stay. Comprehensive breakfast selection, coffee available in the lobby as well as in the room, large bathroom with plenty of amenities. Large room. Huge 52 inch flat screen TV in the room. Couches, chairs, tables. They had reading lights by the bed and all the electrical fixtures appear to work well. Everything looked and smelled sanitized. Friendly and professional staff. Well worth the money spent. I really tried hard to find something wrong with this place because I am nitpicky but I just couldn't. Oh wait, I found two things. The parking could have been better and it's time to replace the carpet in the hallways or give it a nice good shampoo.

I stayed here after a bad experience with another Hotel. Clean room, clean bathroom, and clean sheets. Breakfast a plus. But the reason I've come back again for another week is Mal. She's very sweet and personable and has made my stay at this location great. 10/10 Mal, keep it up 😉

We had an amazing experience. The hotel staff was great and very helpful. Made sure we were comfortable. We really felt like we were family. Every thing was clean. We would definitely recommend it.

Terrible customer service. The lady at the front desk who checked us in neglected to do her job in many ways. First she gave us key cards to a room on the second floor without even scanning them in the system, clearly inactive. Then she gave us a different room and remembered she forgot to have my sign the form required to check in so basically completely did the whole process all over again. Neglecting to give my ID back. Doing this, she realized she marked my debit card transaction as a cash transaction in her system and requests she scans my card to get a copy of it so her boss can fix it. I double check to make sure she is not going to charge me twice and she reassured me she wouldn’t but went ahead and did it anyways. Then gives me fake information telling me the money will be back in the morning, we all know it takes 4/5 business days. After I complained to her she offered to take matters into her own hands and buy my boyfriend and I our dinner for her mess up? The whole entire situation is very unprofessional. The staff basically told us there’s nothing we can do but call our bank, seemingly unsure if we will even be refunded.

Very nice hotel, very clean rooms,nice thick towels , comfortable beds, ( new beds) fresh and soft linens , on beds. Convenient store, very close ,and excellent restaurants too, eat at Fish Daddy's!!!! The front desk folks very nice, hmm all the employees are very knowledgeable, nice, house keeping is excellent, very good breakfast, cereals, fruits, oatmeal, malted griddle waffles, eggs n sausages, bacon, ect, bagels, biscuits and gravy , yogurt too. Very safe parking area too!! Great for traveling moms and children!!

We had a nice stay at this Comfort Suites. The room was clean but we did nit use the cleaning service as we only stayed three nights. I would recommend staying here if you need to be close to the area.

Room was clean. Customer service was great. Pretty rare these days. Mal was very cordial and made me feel welcomed. What a fantastic human being. I hope I get to come back.

Nice breakfast spread. Decent amenities. Hotel rooms could use some upgrades/renovation. Very convenient location for most Austin visitors. Good value for a reasonable price of stay.

The front desk lady at night was the worse. Asked her to fix my room key she was on her phone the whole time. Before I left I asked the front desk to clean the room and for fresh towels that wasn’t done. She has her boss on the phone Sharon he said she can do anything she wants and he’s ok with her talking rude to the customers. Will never stay in a comfort inn ever again I’ll tell all my friends

Overall I had an amazing stay with my Wife. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, the AC was perfectly cold for the Texas Heat in August ,the parking could be a little better but still decent, the employees were kind and friendly, the mini fridge kept our food and drinks cold, I also enjoyed the Free HBO Channels. And all the shops, restaurants and entertainment around the hotel makes it a great place to stay! The only thing I would have to say that I was not a fan of was the small bugs in the microwave. Other than that I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Austin Texas!

We loved our stay. The breakfast was amazing. The hours to the breakfast are amazing. The room was clean. The AC works. Great day movies on the TV were awesome. The parking lot could be set up a little bit. Better but oh well overall I would definitely come back.

Do not stay here they steal your stuff and act like they know nothing about it. Management sucks he knows their employees steels, and they do nothing. Keep your electronics with you at all times. If you leave the room and come back after they clean it, it will be gone. They need half a star ratings on here.
