Horrible place to stay. Our room had mold in the shower, housekeeping goes home (imagine that) so no one to take care of this big problem not to mention the musty, moldy smell in the hotel. I understand this was supposed to be used to shelter the homeless. DO NOT STAY HERE. We checked back out and went next door to Homewood suites which is amazing. Did I say DO NOT STAY HERE? Well don’t! The Couch Couple TV and Podcast coming to a cell phone and computer near you soon!

I asked for 2 beds got 1. There is suppose to be a tv in both rooms. No tv in my bedroom! Front desk workers were not Very friendly and I was not greeted and thanked for being a spire elite member or given my Welcome amenity points. Hallways were dirty and so was the elevator. My guest went to ask for a bed in a bag and said guy at desk acted like he didn’t want to grab it. So glad I’ll be back in my holiday inns tomorrow! Rooms were huge here but that was where the good things ended. Pic of where my second TV should’ve been.

You get your room you are on your own. You have to ask for what you need which is fine. Water leak in kitchen area and bathroom. Ethernet not working, not the cleanest place. 1 washer works and 1 dryer. It's not bad but not great. Weekly rate pretty decent though.

Worst experience ever! Avoid staying here! Flies, bugs, cockroach, water leak in bathroom, desk broken, carpet problems, door lock not working, slippery floor, and a lot... a lot of hummidity in the hotel... smells like an old hotel

Was charged for room on my card through hotels .com. Once I got to the hotel they wanted 25 more dollars for a deposit. Stayed at hotel 8 hours then left and used nothing. When I went to check out the told me that it would take 4 days to return deposit to my account after being told when I checked in that it would automatically release deposit when I checked out. Now it’s been 7 days later and spoke with a very rude staff person which wouldn’t answer the phone after an hour of it just ringing. She tells me there was never any deposit taken out even though it still shows 7 days later on my bank statement that it is and was taken out. Then hangs up on me stating we don’t have your money sir. This is completely unacceptable and theft as far as I’m concerned! Watch out for all the drugged hanging outside the building as well. Steer clear!

This is the best setup for longer staus type of motel. I am staying in the handicapped room due to my health. I hope google allows all photos. The kitchen sink is even setup wheelchair accessible. The employees are wonderful. I have met Shea who works nights and Daniella who works 2nd shift aja afternoon to evenings. There are a lot of TV stations to choose from, a desk/table with 2 chairs to eat at or surf the net. Drawers for your clothes, a chair in the corner, not sure if it's a recliner. The ceilings are really tall 12' to 15' tall. There is almost anything you need in the kitchen, bring dish washing soap or they may have it and or automatic dishwashing soap. There is a microwave, stove, full sized refrigerator with a pitcher in there. Laundry basket even! I've never seen a .otellini room with that. Standard electric iron, see my pics, too much to type here. The bathroom has a seat mounted in the wall with grab bars in all of the right places. Sprayers for bathing at both levels, sitting or standing. Dispenser for bathing products which are full. There was even an extra box of tissues. No matter where I looked, I was surprised by more. Oh the key system was new to me. You place the key flat against the plate reader. Also the security block is a new style that just flips, seems much more secure than the old ones. They do not offer a complentary breakfast but do have coffee, etc. The new plush beds are wonderful if you suffer from arthritis as I do. I very highly recommend their establishment. Thanks for reading...I know I left out a lot. Cathy

This review goes without saying... but I'm going to say anyway, because the power of Christ compels me. There's a reason they are rated 4.8 out of 5 and I hope my five star sentiments bump it up. Jackie answered my call with a smile, at 4 in the morning. She not only allowed for early check-in, but beat the competitors price by over $20. She accommodated my room preferences and truly made me feel like a valued IHG Rewards Club member. Cindy and Rosie went above and beyond the Call of Duty as well. Blessings. You better believe I'll be back for these clean, quiet, hospitable accommodations; ] #IHG4LIFE

Just the best extended stay experience we have ever had. The staff is warm and professional and actually wants to help. The rooms are spacious and clean, the kitchen is well appointed with a toaster and full sized coffee maker, 2 burner stove, full sized fridge, microwave, disheS and cookware...just awesome! We love you IHG! From the Hotel Daniele in Venice to the Waldorf in NYC to this lovely extended stay in Austin, YOU ROCK!!

Very wonderful hotel! Spacious rooms that include full fridge, kitchen utensils, free wifi, large TV, two queen beds or one king bed (depending on which room you pick), working AC, pool, and a very large gym. We got this room for the great price of $104. The rooms are super clean and smell nice. The lobby smells like fresh wood, and has large couches to relax on. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful place! Newly constructed and very, very well laid out. The staff are very nice and helpful. This place too us in after experiencing an awful stay at a different hotel. The staff here (Brian) at Candlewood was very understanding, and took care of us with special accommodations. Highly Recommended Facility!!! You won't be disappointed!
