Stayed here two nights, first night was fine but the second night unfortunately our car truck was broken into. Be aware that this hotel does not currently have cameras on the outside nor security so there will be no way to find out what happened. Would not recommend this as a stop for contractors as we later found out it had occurred multiple times to other contractors that stayed here.

The breakfast was awesome. So many different food options. We loved the big fresh Texas waffles. I choose this hotel because it had the better reviews on Google than the other low cost hotels. I was on a budget. It was clean and had plenty of towels. It was easy to find, using my GPS. It was close by an HEB and Dollar General, which I loved. My family loved it. The staff was very nice and they cared. The TV had some good channels to watch.

We booked this hotel for ACL and we were confronted by 2 cockroaches in our room, stains on pillows, stains on the carpet, and the shower looked like it had not been washed. We spoke with someone at the front desk and he offered us a different room that was bigger. Thinking we will have better luck we were again confronted by 3 more bugs in the new room. We asked for a refund and thankfully it was granted however this is not the kind of place I would let myself or loved ones stay. I only got two pictures of the bugs since the other bugs were thrown out already.

The employees were super friendly! The young guy that worked at night and then I believe her name is Paula that worked in the morning. They were awesome and so nice it really makes a difference :’) The room was okay for the most part I feel like the TV is a little awkwardly placed? Bc it’s in the middle of the wall but not right in front of the bed. The shower pressure was awful though.. barely any water coming out. The walk in shower was nice. Very comfortable bed it felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast was good, they had sausage and scrambled eggs and some other stuff. Wasn’t much but it was good enough. Late check out is $25 for each hour after 11 am.

All the staff were so nice and wanting to make sure our stay was great. My only complaint about the local is that there was nothing close by,.within walking distance, to get food. The hotel only served breakfast so lunch and dinner were difficult. But the facility and staff were amazing.

We booked in the area for 4 nights. Our first motel was so horrible was immediately began checking for a better one the next morning. This one was slightly more money but newer, nicer, and very clean. Rooms are HUGE and all the staff were super friendly. We don’t book through a third party nor do we leave items in the room when we check out so it would have been impossible to have the issues a couple reviewer’s posted. Since we physically checked several south Austin motels I feel confident this is by far the best in the area.

Location is convenient...staff is friendly and helpful. Paula was very helpful and helped me extend my stays and recieve all my rewards points..she will accommodate pretty much any request you have as long as she is allowed to or is able too. One of my favorite places to stay.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights last week. It is not a well-maintained hotel. The bathroom faucet handle fell off the first time I turned the water on. The North and West exterior doir card readers were both out of order. The 2nd floor ice machine was out of order. The pool water was very cloudy and the elevator smelled like a daycare with really old and dirty carpet. The breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, sausage and really fresh bisquits. There are no restaurants within walking distance. It is conveniently close to the airport and data center I was working at. I expected more for the price I paid to stay here which was about $139 per night on weeknights.

Good room, okay breakfast, but when I realized I forgot my toothpaste the front desk said they were "still waiting on a restock". It was pouring rain and there's no nearby shopping, so I had to choose between going to bed without brushing my teeth or paying for an uber to the nearest CVS. I've stayed at much cheaper hotels and hostels, but I've never stayed at one which didn't have a toothbrush and toothpaste at the front for free or purchase. The phrasing also really bothered me: "We're STILL waiting on a RESTOCK". They clearly ran out of toothpaste a while ago, asked some contractor or franchise supplier for more, and when it didn't promptly arrive they decided that they would rather deprive their guests of this bare-bones amenity than send an employee to Walmart to buy more. Between this and having to ask for non-stained sheets I was incredibly disappointed by the service.

I stayed during acl weekend and when I checked into the room there were stains on the bed and a pair of old dirty men’s socks under the bed. It was honestly disgusting. At some point my friend asked for towels and the lady said “uh, take this one, I think it’s clean”. Would not recommend

I'm giving this review 4 stars mainly because I think the hotel needs some maintenance updates- fresh coat of paint, refresh the bathrooms...etc. Our room was very clean and comfy but I just noticed a few maintenance things like our towel hook was missing, the water pressure in the shower was poor, and overall the carpets and the walls looked like it's just been awhile since an update. Overall, good place to stay if you are running around touring and just need a place to sleep.

I absolutely love this place. Pillows are the first thing I check in a room and they have the most comfy pillows ever. Bonus points for extra pillows ALWAYS! I love how clean the rooms are and the bathrooms are great. Breakfast is awesome too. Huge selecting of food. Definitely going to return.

The rooms are very nice. I mean for the amount we spent on our room it was much nicer than the more expensive hotels I've been to. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was the breakfast. You would think that they would give you more options when it came to the hot food. It was blah only because it was the same breakfast that other hotels are serving around here and the same hot food daily which is sausage patty, white county gravy, biscuits, and eggs. You can definitely tell by taste and texture that these items came already cooked and not fresh or the real product but microwaved. I love how they have a 24hr coffee bar free of charge including ice water and hot water. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even gave us an extra 30mins to gather our belongings to check out.

We had 2 separate visits that were a week each. The first visit was exceptional. The complementary breakfast is delicious and our room on the second floor was great. The second visit was almost as great. The only difference was we were on the fourth floor. I suspect they may have different cleaning staff for that floor. Although it was clean, it was not as clean... vacuuming and a couple of broken items. We did have a situation that was immediately corrected. Otherwise, the second stay was a repeat success... and if we need to visit Austin, we will plan to stay here again!
