We really enjoyed our stay. When we checked in Regina was extremely helpful. I was traveling with my daughter and had been assigned a room right next to the bar. She was kindly gave us a quieter room. Later she helped by giving us water and a forgotten toothbrush. The room was modern and comfortable. I would highly recommend.

Our experience at Aloft Austin NW was a solid okay, decent, good, nice, enjoyable one! There’s not very much I can say negatively about the entire experience.. However, if the hot tub/pool is one of your prerequisites, don’t make my mistake and assume that they’ll be available. During our 4 nights stay both the pool and hot tub were off limits, not for a good reason either; even though the pool and hot tub were in working order, all were denied access to the area because the lock on the door was broken(an easy fix that was obviously not a high priority) tough luck, s happens life goes on. The positives were a clean room and a quiet room. The room service were super friendly and welcoming. The reason I’m giving 5/5 and not 4/5 is because they refunded us an entire night due to the above mentioned discrepancy. Be aware, if you’re expecting a luxurious experience this place might not be for you bit for the price we paid, the services were well up to expectations.

Had a bad experience with the front desk employee, Everston. He was very rude, and disrespectful. He checked me in then when my husband called to see if I had checked in he lied to him stating I never did. So my husband thought I was not planning on staying when I did. Whatever. Why make a simple reservation into a nightmare. Everston is a liar. So if you come across this weirdo in the front desk beware of what he may say and what is reality. The stay was pleasant but the miscommunication and lies were disappointing.

I enjoyed my stay at Aloft. It was very clean and unique. The beds are comfy and this particular location was perfect. It's located near the mall, movie theater, Starbucks, HEB, Menchies, Chili's, and many more places to eat or enjoy. Parking was adequate and they do have a bar but I didn't use it on this stay. There is also a food/drink/coffee/snack area for various prices if you needed something quick. I would stay there again if I'm ever in the area.

I came here because I needed surgeryy at a hospital near by. When I checked out, I left my clothes in the closet. I realized what I had done 2 days later and called the office. I was told they will check with house cleaning at 3 pm. I told them I'm out of down and that I had to come to Austin to see my Dr that morning,and asked if they could check on my belongings sooner.The lady said she would call me,but she never did. I called back the next day and was told that the cleaning lady may have put my clothes in her car,and not in lost and found. The cleaning lady was not in,and I have yet to hear back from them. I'm live out of town,so now it would be an extra trip to go get my belongings . Sounds like theft to me.

Partly doing this review to bring more attention to a terrible experience I had at Aloft Frisco, one which Marriott refuses to address. This hotel is nice and in a prime location. Staff was amazing all around. The big issue is, you can not keep cell service inside the hotel. I even called Verizon and they told me not to stay here because it was a known problem. I was here for work, so constant dropped calls is not okay. I ended up moving to Round Rock Aloft which was perfect. If you are here for business, consider using that location.

The staff made out check in and check out very easy. The pool was great. We didn't check out the hot tub as the temperature outside is 100 degrees. I loved the W XYZ bar! The wings were yummy! The drinks were delicious and reasonable priced. I would like to especially commend the bar tender, Bassey, and the Sunday afternoon Management and Staff for their swift and competent manner in handling a drunk, unruly guest. The service was so great that I know I will be returning for another stay!

I liked the vibe of this hotel. I stay in a lot of hotels and this one was on the nicer side for the price I paid. The live music each night was a nice touch as well. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The bed was very nice and the shower was outstanding. I would stay again and highly recommend this hotel.

Basic hotel that provide basic needs. Room had TV, mini refrigerator, shower, safe, desk, and wifi. There is no microwave in the room, but one on first floor you can use. Sheets/pillow were not the whitest but okay stay for what you pay for. The staff were nice though

Our family of 4 has stayed very comfortably in the double queen room. The staff was very friendly from the front desk to house keeping. I think the most surprising thing to me was seeing they actually steam the carpets in the hotel which I normally don’t see. Everything was nice and clean. Tiffany at the front desk was very helpful with room accommodations her personality was upbeat and very positive. We were able to go to the movie as one is walking distance from the hotel and a mall and a heb we will 100% be booking this location again it’s also really close to biking trails and very nice kid parks.

The place is very beautiful and clean!!! Everyone is so welcoming and the atmosphere is welcoming! The staff were also amazing and l really wanted to give a special thanks to Vanessa on being so understanding and working with us to be able to accommodate our room situation! She was so sweet and she worked everything out with no hassle or anything! Now that’s hard to come by! Thank you so much again and we will for sure be back on our next trip!

Great location. Within walking distance so many places to eat along with Alamo Drafthouse. Not impressed with the rooms. The blinds on the right side needed to be fixed. It wouldn't go up or down. Won't be staying here again.

My experience here was mostly great! The pool is amazing, the food is pretty good, and the room (and everything, really) was super clean. Housekeeping does a PHENOMENAL job, please show them my appreciation. The front desk staff was also super friendly and kind. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was going to the bar Friday night (11/17). The bartender was rather cold, and not at all helpful. I placed a food order and he asked if I wanted a drink. I said I don't know what kind of drinks I enjoy, as I haven't found one I truly like yet. He immediately responded "okay then we can close the tab." No offer to suggest something or anything. After placing my order he just sat behind the bar playing on his phone. I would've appreciated it if he at least offered to make a suggestion to something I might like. Given how kind and helpful every other department was the whole weekend, he definitely stood out as more unpleasant. Hopefully it was just a bad night for him though.

It's a new and clean hotel. Location is great. There are a lot of restaurants and grocery store in walkable distance. Be aware that they charge $50 pet fee, but don't claim it in the Booking app. Room is nice but fridge didn't work, lights over the beds didn't work and telephone to call the front desk also.

I booked this room at the last minute, and was able to get a very nice room at a reasonable rate! The staff is very friendly – I get cold at night, and they brought me extra blankets to stay warm. The Wi-Fi was strong enough for me to have a few business meetings. highly recommended.

It was a wonderful stay, rooms were so nice and very modern and comfortable, the staff was A+, everyone in our family enjoyed it and they had a really fun family friendly pool party while we were there it was great. The beds were nice and it was nice and quiet in the night time even our kids fell asleep early. Thank you!

If I could rate it a 4.5 I would. The rooms were nice and comfortable, I just wish they would have a microwave. The vibe in the lobby was kind of awkward. The pool and hot tub were dirty. But other than the amenities, it was chill, the room was really nice and would stay here again for a quick trip. Very pet friendly!

Stayed here for a weekend with my daughter. The room was pretty clean but there was no house keeping while we were there. I was told it was every other day. The toilet paper roll was half gone when we checked into the room and the towels were sort of just thrown in the bathroom. Nice hotel though. It was quiet which was a plus but I wasn't in the hotel during the live music.

I checked into the Aloft hotel in July due to a last minute housing issue. I stayed at the property for a total of 11 nights and I must say, "Aloft Cedar Park: is one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. And, this coming from someone who is used to traveling a lot for work (previous job). Aloft Cedar Park is a 5 Star hotel experience packed into a small little corner of Cedar Park. It's very clean, extremely well-managed, customer service driven and loaded with perks and amenities. The staff here made me feel not only welcome but appreciated. The hotel team from housekeeping, to the restaurant, to the front desk is all top notch and they work as well as you'll ever see a team work together. Special shout-outs to Tiffany, Everson, Lester, Vanessa, Megan, and Paola for making me and my family's stay not only comfortable but memorable. The bar and food area are delightful, the workout room and pool are always clean, and the location perfect but most of all the staff is what sets this place apart from anywhere. Nice hotel for a business trip. Located near to shipping mall in calm area. Clean rooms, service every other day. Free parking, refreshment at the reception 24/7 (paid extra). Great and helpful staff at the reception. The only disadvantage are strong lights at the parking lot so you need to put windows blinds down for the night.

Everything was perfect! Even the employees!! It's literally just the manager who's really really damn rude. Practically bangged on my door like a cop right after my shower???she tried opening my door and I yelled to her that I was naked and needed clothes, which she responded "you need to open this door right now" as she continued to try and pry the door open. I had it double locked. This really scared me, I have bad social anxiety and this really made me not trust any hotels. Very nice hotel but I was treated better at crappier places. Very very poor management. I almost called the police!!!!

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing and accommodating. They deserve a ton of appreciation. Man at the desk during my stay was very nice and helpful.

Upon arrival the lobby was nice… small bar, pool table and on the night we stayed there was a guy playing live music which was cool. The staff was friendly, however the room itself was not up to par compared to the Alofs we’ve stayed in multiple times in south and southwest Austin. The room decor was drab and the showers tiles had mildew. Also there was a stain on the sheets that I noticed the next morning and it did not come from us. We will not be staying here again.

This place was the perfect last minute getaway for me! I had to leave my previous accomodations quite suddently and NW Austin Aloft saved my butt! The rooms are amazing, bed is comfy, a million different lights depending on how many you sleep with on, and walk in showers <3. The cosmetic ammenities are from Drybar which is amazing and they smell great. The icing on the cake for me was the team at the desk. They were all so amazing, social, and friendly to me! This will definently be my go to place from now on! Other keypoints that were awesome were the snacks and drinks available, as well as the live music on Friday evenings! Thanks NW Austin Aloft!

Room was clean and spacious in the bed area. Pillows were too small for the bed. Bed was comfy. Was nice how they managed to fit the closet, drawers, safe, coffee machine, fridge, sink, toilet, and shower in that entrance area. But the toilet/shower door separated the hand towels from the sink. Plenty of light and mirrors. The switches take a bit to figure out what they operate. The fitness center is tight but has a cable machine. The bar was lively when I arrived on a Thursday night.

This hotel is very nice and clean. The rooms are very quiet. You could not hear the neighbors. My daughter and I were able to relax and enjoy the pool, hot tub and live music. The location is close to lots of shopping and a movie theater. They are very pet friendly. The staff from the time we arrived until we left were very friendly. Everson was very nice and helpful as we were getting ready to check out. Thank you to all the staff for taking good care of us.
