WORST. STAY. EVER!!!!!!! Went there for a Labor Day weekend. Everything was going fine until the smell of mildew and mold filled the air. Worst of all, I woke up the next day, covered in bed bugs/flea/scabies bites. There is also visible mold/mildew in the shower. Hair that did not belong to us found in numerous places. Hope every Hampton crew member (especially the manager, Svetlana) sees this, because it definitely shows just how neglectful and unprofessional they are. Also, if you're planning on staying at this hotel, DON'T!!!!

I have lodged with Hampton Inn locations for over a decade, yet the Austin Cedar Park location has been my BEST experience to date. The staff is Uber friendly and professional. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious. I stayed for 3 nights and will happily return for future travel.

DO NOT STAY HERE. our car got broken into last night and upon speaking with front desk we were informed that we were another 1 of the 10 or so cars who shared the same unfortunate problem! we won’t be coming back here next time we’re in town. we’ve traveled from hours away and obviously didn’t anticipate to spend even more money on repairing a window when we could’ve just gone to a better and safer hotel! hampton DO BETTER. invest in surveillance for your guests.

I love this hotel. The place is immaculate. The staff is super friendly. The breakfast was good and well presented. There is always hot coffee in the lobby. Olivia was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this place for business travelers!

This hotel is nice and clean. Great location off 183. Rooms/bathrooms are nice but need updating. Friendly staff.

Very clean and smells nice. It is outdated but it looks like they are renovating. Great value. I will note I stayed at a hotel down the road a few months earlier that was twice the price but was dirty and smelled like mold. I would stay at this hotel again.

The room I was in had a few issues, the AC wouldn't turn off or...up (it was set to 61 when I got there). Some of the light bulbs were removed. The fridge was very loud, like it was about to die. These are all very minor issues. The staff is top notch, they are very accommodating and friendly. I'd stay there again if I'm in the area.

This was the location my walking group chose to stay during our hiking 🚶‍♂️ trip in Austin from Dallas. We needed to get more towels and ask the housekeeper for a few more. The manager peeped her head out, asking how many towels we were taking in such a mean and loud tone, I told her, but just excusedd her tone because I thought it was just a cultural difference. We asked me again, and they yelled at the housekeeper about how many towels I got. I walked back and told her again because I wondered 🤔 what the problem might be. She yelled something at the housekeeper, who I was wondering did she do anything wrong 🤔. I then asked just that. She yelled something and went back into her office. Yeah, she shouldn't be the face of the nice hotel. Everything else was nice but left an ugly taste for service when we had many choices to stay with, and this is what we got.

Hampton Inn has been my #1 choice for hotel when traveling. I have never had any negatives only positive experience. Staff is so sweet and really care about you. Hope you stay at Hampton Inn, next time you travel. Hotel is very warm and cozy.

Overall, I had an excellent experience at this location of Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton. I highly recommend a stay here. Granted I stayed only one night, but that one night was enjoyable.

Austin owes me nothing. I had the best time visiting the city. Stayed at this lovely hotel seemingly right in the middle of everything I needed. The mall, shoe store, restaurants, nail salon, and a Ross,...I spent too much time in all of them. 😁 This hotel was clean, friendly staff (Alex was great), and the breakfast was really good. Loved being able to get fresh coffee and tea anytime. As hot as it was I'm still a coffee freak. I even used the gym. Very accommodating to say the least. I was not disappointed... Give it a try.

Clean comfortable room. Impressed with the cost vs what we got. There's bottles in the bathroom for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Body wash in the shower was empty and we asked for a replacement that never got taken care of, which was disappointing. But overall our stay was great.

Clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff always greeting you. Great, hot breakfast (eggs, meat, potatoes) each morning with plenty of variety, including fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, baked goods, waffles. We stayed here for 6 nights to visit family. Everything was excellent!!!

Very decent stay. Pros - The hotel room was very clean, which is very appreciated. The staff are very attentive and helpful. Breakfast is standard fare but nicely made and totally reasonable for hotel fare. It seemed like the floors were very thick - this makes a difference when travelling with little kids that like to go nuts and stomp around hotel rooms. In general, I felt that the rooms very well insulated from a sound/noise aspect. Cons (relatively minor) - The bed was less supportive than those of other hotels I've stayed at recently - I can tell based on whether or not I am pulled into the middle because my larger husband is sinking the mattress inward!!! The rooms are a bit dim even if all lights are on. We had a short stay and found the hotel comfortable and very nice. Thank you for the restful stay!

There are some great folks working at this hotel. I arrived very late on May 16 and discovered a problem with my reservation. The night staffer handled it smoothly even though I was almost too tired to answer straight. And later when I needed a new copy of my receipt, staffer Austin was able to do things that my Hilton app could not. Thank you. I’ll stay there again when returning to Austin.

My adult quadriplegic son & I chose to stay here for 3 nights while visiting friends. The room was perfect for our needs. It had lots of space for him to wheel around, a roll-in shower, lots of outlets to plug in the various equipment we needed, and lots of surfaces for placing items that were then reachable for him in the wheelchair. A very satisfactory stay! Would definitely recommend!

I visit at a lot of hotels. The experience here was very good. Friendly and attentive staff, good CLEAN rooms and pleasant atmosphere. I am very impressed with their breakfast offerings for the following reasons: 1. Food is stocked and of good quality. 2. TWO waffle machines and two types of batter (both fully stocked). 3. Great assortment of meat, bread and cereals. 4. Plenty of seating area in a comfortable and spacious lobby! Will be coming back next time I’m in town! Bonus: it’s close to the best H-Mart I’ve even been to. If you haven’t gone, go! It’s less than 2 miles away.

Standard Hampton Inn in a quiet area NW of Austin. After looking at a few hotels in the Cedar Park area, we decided to stay here based on recent reviews. The price is fair and the staff was cordial. Everything was clean, but the color scheme feels a bit dated. I didn't like that the coffee maker and ice tin are in a recessed shelf in the bathroom. Knowing how toilets spray bacteria and those items being less than 10 feet away, I didn't even think of touching or using them. Room AC worked great, we had a king room. The free breakfast was good and adds a lot of value. It had a variety of hot and cold options. Complimentary coffee and tea are near the front desk, which made up for the coffee maker in the restroom.

Could hear unattended dogs barking in room 231 from our room 331. Front desk checked but they didn’t have a cell number for the owners. Maybe require a cell number to leave dogs alone or don’t let guests leave dogs unattended in the hotel. Several hours of barking made for a very unrestful stay. Otherwise Carmen made sure we got some breakfast even though we got there a few minutes after breakfast hours ended. She was very nice and made sure we had enough food before putting it away.

We booked some place else & we didn't know it was booked till we both there. So, we called this place & we got in same day. The service was good & the breakfast was very good. Better than other hotels. We would like to go back again.

Only knocking one star off because they were short-staffed during our stay, and in this economy highly profitable businesses like Hilton owe it to us, their customers, to make employment attractive enough that there is staff available to service us. All four of the remaining stars go to the incredible desk staff at this location. Morgan got us a room in the face of a major screw-up by our travel agent back in New Zealand. She was a rockstar that night and after 25 hours of travel having someone assist us who cares that much was incredible. Cristo was the daytime desk staff. So warm and friendly and helpful. Went out of his way to help us on more than one occasion. Crystal was evening shift and she was SO UNBELIEVABLY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. So funny too. The lights in the pool weren't working one night and she moved mountains to try to get them on again. Also Jantzen was a joy to speak with and buy amenities from. Friendly and good-humoured and smart. The cleaning staff was friendly and prompt, but due to staffing shortage would only clean rooms or provide fresh towels on request. Short-staffing is the fault of Hilton, not the cleaning staff. They were amazing. The place smelled incredible, the included breakfasts were awesome and the breakfast staff was friendly and happy. Would absolutely 1000% recommend this location and would stay there again, provided Hilton increases their wages to attract more staff.

Bluetooth key didn't work. The very unfriendly staff just blew it off and blamed me and my phone without physically checking it (worked on everything else except my room), "it shows fine on our end here at the desk...." that means it's okay??? Duh. Parking is ridiculously inadequate. Showing its age. Really bad patch jobs everywhere. Not well maintained. Thermostat on the wall does nothing. Outlets were so worn out my cords just fell out on the floor. Bed frame was so squeaky I couldn't move a muscle without waking myself up. The large shower had one teeny tiny little shelf that wouldn't hold one small shampoo bottle. Water temperature was from scalding hot to barely bearable when turned down to a drizzle. I don't travel much these days, but back when I did I trusted the name "Hampton" to be a nice stay. No longer! Oh, I almost forgot. No microwave in the room! Card said available in the lobby but I'll be damned if I could find it.

This is my first time staying here and I must say, I'm not disappointed at all. The room is super huge and the bathroom didn't disappoint either. The location is nicely hidden and the peace and quiet is just what I like, when staying in hotels.

I love staying at Hampton Inns. This was probably my worse. Honestly, I want to blame it on covid & lack of staff. The bathroom had grime in corners (hard to reach places), no microwave (my issue; should read the list of amenities closer. Elevator broke down during our stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating!

Nice, clean and large sized room. Breakfast is decent, scrambled eggs, potato and sausage. Including 2 Waffle makers, we liked the one that makes 4 individual waffles so you don't have to commit to more than you want. The staff is professional, courteous and one of the friendliest. We really enjoyed our stay, everything was outstanding, except for a minor issue with shower knob coming loose. We alerted the staff on our way checking out and they were set to get it fixed. The only comment that I have was regarding the placement of the coffee maker in the bathroom next to a bathroom sink. I personally, won't be drinking coffee from a machine getting splashed on from washing activities ... Keep up the good work.
