I stopped in late yesterday to get a room. I asked how much for TWO NIGHTS they said 139+ tax. I repeated; for two nights?( Seemed pretty good so I wanted to make sure) They said YES, and repeated plus tax. Today I was charged 330$ I called and tried to resolve this as soon as I saw the charge. I was willing to leave immediately and not stay the second night as I am on a budget and this was an emergency situation that I had to rent a hotel. They said in short too bad sorry for the miscommunication I was already past check out. The charge wasn't on there until it was already past check out. Why would they even say an amount for 1 night when I asked how much for two?! Make it make sense! They gave me the wrong price and now I am way over my budget and I still need to rent a hotel for the rest of the week. This is wrong. I could have gone to someplace comparable for much less, and I would have if they were transparent about the price.

The room was very clean and smelled wonderful. Cool indoor pool. T.J is simply amazing and she made our anniversary awesome with great service. She was also very knowledgeable about the city and gave great recommendations. We will be back again for a simple getaway!!!!

The hotel charged unnecessary state occupancy tax on my bill. (I stayed there more than a month which means state occupancy tax should not be imposed). The staff promised to correct the credit card charge but I haven't heard any for 2 weeks.

Stayed two nights. Solid Courtyard. Wonderful hiking and mountain biking trails within a mile at Walnut Creek. The crew was tremendous on all shifts. Mo… thanks for all your help and you were awesome.

I tried to check in after midnight because I arrived very late and they would not let me get a room because of their policy. Apparently they do not allow people to book a room after midnight and before 3:00 p.m. This seems a bit ridiculous to me, but they did refund my reservation which was for the next night and through a third party.

Our first room had food on the floor. The next room had a broken chair that wasn't replaced for hours. Unfriendly staff, oh, there was a hand print on the ceiling. The outlets by the beds didn't work. When we checked out, the manager didn't care at all and offered nothing for our problems.

My husband and I came to Austin for our 14th wedding anniversary. We came on a busy weekend and got a room here. Good prices, friendly staff, clean rooms and a great location. Only about a 20 minute drive to downtown Austin in heavy traffic. I would recommend this hotel to anyone I know!

Over the last 10 years, I have stayed here several times. It is a little dark and dreary. It used to be bright and cheerful. The staff is always great here. AC blew right on the bed making it a little hard to sleep.

Our visit here was great! Just walking into the hotel and feeling the cleanliness and being greeted by the gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming. Walking into our room it was very fresh, clean and made our stay comfortable for my babys procedure to rest afterwards. So thank you guys for that! Also the young lady who checked us out at 4am was so nice and friendly. Great hotel, great staff and shout out to the housekeeper who was nice enough to help out in the hallway!

I travel often for work. This was my first time in Austin. It is a sister property to the Hilton next door. I stayed here to get Marriott points when others stayed next door. A coworker told me it was nicer than the Hilton. Pros: About 20 minutes from the airport Easy to get to Friendly staff!! Clean Updated design Starbucks located inside Cons: Breakfast is not included Starbucks is the only food available. The Hilton next door has a nicer breakfast. It's not included there either Limited menu. They also were out of multiple items. Air conditioner in room took 1.5 days to cool off Air conditioning in lobby area had a hard time keeping up Ice machine only on certain floors Right on busy road/highway. I didn't hear road noise as I was on the other side but I also use a sound machine The staff was very friendly. There were many stop lights around, congesting traffic and made travel longer. I would stay at this location again but would also look for other hotels with more food options.

The staff at this hotel are just lovely. From the front desk personnel to the kindly room service woman, I was impressed. I would however like to single out Gregory C (Conrad?) in the morning breakfast area. Gregory might be the nicest person you'd ever want to meet. He is so kindly and warm and welcoming. Another random guest I did not know said to me "Oh he is the best. He's just great." to which I concurred. If more people were like Gregory, this world would be a much nicer, inclusive, respectful place.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, including an infant, and unfortunately, I have to say that the breakfast was a huge disappointment. The only options available were bread, butter, and bagels - and to make matters worse, there wasn't even a toaster provided. This made for a pretty bleak breakfast experience, especially when there were no other options available. To add insult to injury, we had to warm up our own milk in our room to have with our cornflakes as there was no microwave available in the breakfast area. This was a huge inconvenience and made the whole breakfast experience even worse. It's hard to understand why a hotel of this caliber would not provide such basic amenities for their guests. To top it off, the manager was incredibly rude when I asked if they had complimentary coffee available. He told me that the coffee was only available in the room and did not provide any kind of solution to the lack of options available for breakfast. This was incredibly disappointing and left a bad taste in my mouth. Despite the nice rooms at this hotel, I cannot recommend it due to the poor breakfast options and the unhelpful and rude manager. If you're looking for a comfortable stay with a decent breakfast, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Good customer service at this hotel! That was probably the best thing about our stay at this Courtyard. This hotel was located near to an event we traveled to this weekend. It was centrally located to a few other things we did around Austin. In terms of our stay, the first thing I noticed is that the main lobby has a very strong smell of fragrance. Maybe an air freshener of some sort? Me personally, I’m incredibly sensitive to fragrance, so that experience was quite unpleasant. I wasn’t able to spend much time in the lobby because of that, so dining at the bistro wasn’t an option for us. In terms of our room, the experience was… fine. It was clean enough, though perhaps not sparkling, the bed was fine (though the pillows go flat immediately), etc. I don’t know that I would stay there again, but the stay wasn’t BAD either.

When I arrived to the hotel it was too early to check in but the service desk guaranteed I could check in after my concert and they had room 301 reserved for me. At 1230 at night I returned to the hotel and was informed that my room was given away. I was left at midnight with no place to stay. The guy at the service desk could only offer an apology and a heads up that every hotel in the Austin area was also full so good luck finding a place to sleep. I was issued a refund but no extra hotel credit and trying to find a hotel last minute when I originally booked months in advance was impossible. I had to drive the 4 hours home after being out all day. I will never recommend Marriott to anyone ever again!

Place is okay. Gym is missing 70% of the dumbbells. Only 2/5 staff I met were professional and helpful. Room was clean. Windows are thin so you will hear rumble from highway. Breakfast was scheduled at 6:30am on that paper I received at checkin but it never happened on time. More like 6:50, 7:00, and 7:20. Location is good considering the proximity of restaurants of many cuisines.

I reserved a stay from 2/3-2/6 and unfortunately Mother Nature reeked havoc on the city of Austin with a ice storm. I understand that several businesses lost their power, but.. I believe it should have been communicated that this particular hotel lost power. I called Marriott customer service the evening before and was assured that this hotel had power. The customer service agent even advised that I would get an email communication if the hotel lost power. Imagine my shock when I pulled up to the hotel and it was dark. Fortunately, I was able to make different arrangements. This is extremely unprofessional and I would think Marriott would be better than this. I booked through Hotwire, but this should have been communicated in some form via Marriott or Hotwire. And yes, I will be leaving a review there too. Do better.

Great hotel! I enjoyed my stay. It was clean, comfortable, and great service. Great for people who are in town on business. The lobby is set up in a way where you can work and feel comfortable. Also have a small bar in the lobby which is very nice if you do feel like having a drink. In addition, it’s in a great location with stores and restaurants close by. I asked for a late checkout because I had a conference call at the exact time I was supposed to checkout and the staff was very accommodating. My only complaint is the bed was very uncomfortable for me. I woke up with some back pain. Other than that, nice hotel 🏨

I have never been to such a lacking Marriott hotel before. 1. The water pressure in my room was terrible in both the sink and the shower. When I say terrible, I mean non-existent. 2. When I went to the gym, more than half the dumbbells were missing. I reached out to the front desk about it and they said they would look into it, but they were still missing the next day. False advertisement from their photos. 3. When I went to the bistro to get some breakfast in the morning, I ordered oatmeal, but they didn't have it. The gentleman in front of me ordered the parfait, but they also didn't have that. The fridge at the bistro was pretty much empty save 3 Chobani yogurts. I asked if they had bottled water, they told me to go to the sundries shop. 4. I went to the sundries shop and the shelves were bare. No water. Just a few bottles of various sodas/energy drinks. 5. Thin walls. A group of guys were staying in the room next to me on my last night there. They played music or watched TV really loudly. I could hear pretty much everything they were saying and unluckily for me, they stayed up ALL NIGHT. I managed to fall asleep at 12am, but they woke me up at 2am because of their loud music. I managed to fall asleep again only to be woken up AGAIN at 3am because one of them was slamming doors and yelling in the hallway. I called the front desk at that point. This was a Thursday night btw. Needless to say, I went to the client office pretty tired that day. I will NEVER stay at this Marriott again. I've never had such a bad experience at a Marriott before. I always trust that if I stay at a Marriott that it will be 3 stars and above and I've never had issues before. I definitely will be reading reviews before I book at a Marriott again. My trust has been broken.

Just want to say thank you to the wonderful staff at this Marriott. My daughter had to be in Austin due to medical reasons for 3 weeks. We had a wonderful stay and great service. Moe, thank you for making my daughter and wife feel like family. To anyone looking to stay in Austin, you can't go wrong with this Marriott. If I could give ten stars I would. The indoor pool is great and all of the staff were willing to help at anytime. Looking forward to stopping in again.

Friendly desk personnel (from the time I checked in until i checked out) and they were so helpful! The room was nice, roomy, and very cleaned. The location was just off the highway, easy access.

I would say this was not a bad hotel as far anesthetics, but the service wasn't as good. When we got there, the lady had us wait because she was being impatient with having the phone ring at the same time. And we have all of our information ready but even then she felt as if we were rushing her. We asked about breakfast in the morning and she wasn't sure on her answer for the time. The bar for food and beverages weren't fully stocked and not sure if our fridge in the room was sopossed to be stocked with water but it wasn't. The room was clean, and decent. The location was convenient for busines, close to the freeway convince for people seeing the city and not just staying in. The service is what made this place not a good stay. Not sure, if I would recommend this place for a stay, as long as your find with your service not satisfactory.

I've always loved the beds at Marriott properties, however, this one was not great like others. I had requested some non feather pillows online and an extra blanket, but none of that was there and I didn't realize it until we were trying to go to sleep. When I first walked in I thought one of the women at the front desk was wearing too much perfume, but it was actually a smell all over the facility. It smelled like someone sprayed perfume to cover up another smell. It was especially strong and nauseating in the elevator. Also, if I'm checking out by noon, why is the cleaning staff knocking on my door to clean my room at 9:30 in the morning? Just wait until I leave. It certainly wasn't the best experience but it wasn't the worst either. Oh, and a design flaw, you have to get into the shower to turn it on, which means you have to get sprayed with cold water.

This has been one of my favorite places to stay during the Covid era. it is a small hotel but the staff accommodated my every wish. Made great friends at the bar as we all stayed there while many things were shut down. It is close to family and work and will continue to stay there when in town.

We stayed here this weekend. It was quiet, clean and relaxing. Great location, you are close to everything. Make sure you tell the front desk if you need your room cleaned. The only bad thing I can say is that we saw a roach the very last day we were here.

The hotel was located near everything! The hospitality was amazing! The front dest staff was friendly and knowledgeable. There of us were only thereb1 day but it was a great experience. The beds were comfortable. The toilet flushed very loudly but other than that no complaints at all!! Would stay again!

The location isn't bad. The lady at the front desk is polite and helpful. A smoothie king next door and the QT gas station across the highway are the only things immediate to the hotel. The rooms were fairly clean. I found a super long strand of hair not belonging to myself underneath my blanket. I normally bring my own blankets for trips.. lesson learned. Trash was in left in the parking lot by someone disrespectful of others property, but .. Maybe having ( lot attendance ) could help with keeping that fresh and clean appearance even outside.

Check in was great, the hotel is beautiful and clean. My room was great too, the bed was a little on the firmer side but that's just a personal preference the staff wouldn't be able to just fix for me. The person who checked me out could have smiled a bit more though, felt slightly rushed. Other than that. Two thumbs up

The hotel was super clean. I would've given a 5 for facility and a 4 for rooms. It was the shower floors that was messed up in 3 different rooms that we asked to be moved to. We gave up and settled for one(we were exhausted). But Miriam, front desk customer Assistant was STELLAR. She hung in there with us making sure we were satisfied. So patient, cordial, understanding and apologetic. Overall, its really a nice location and nice clean environment. Thank you Miriam for free breakfast 😋 😄🙏🏾
