I stayed a more than a month in this hotel, it has a nice large room but room service is too bad , they only did once in whole month even thought i was asking everyday do room service which is so disrespectful. even though i submitted request on Marriott app but no response.

Our flight was cancelled out of Austin, so we were lucky to find a simple, nice clean room near the airport. Unfortunately, there were no options for dinner, snacks, etc. Extreme lightning and rain storm. I had purchased sandwiches before to take on the flight, and bought the only bottle of wine in the hotel gift shop. It was terrible wine, so a selection might be nice! The employees were nice enough, but not overly friendly.

My stay at this Residence Inn was mediocre at best. I stayed here for three nights due to a weekend family wedding and its proximity to the airport. Facility: The building looked visually appealing from the exterior, but the parking lot was quite narrow. Parking could be limited if the lot is full. Common Areas: When I checked in at 9 pm, the front lobby appeared disorganized. Beer cans and bottles were scattered around, and there was no staff at the front desk. The chairs and tables were quite worn for a place of this caliber. The gym lacked many weights and was disorganized. I stayed on the third floor, and it was uncomfortably warm. It seemed like the AC wasn't running, and people had left trash outside their doors and on the floor near the elevator, causing an unpleasant odor. Staff: I had difficulty distinguishing between staff and guests. Staff members were not wearing name tags or uniforms, except for the housekeeping staff. However, they all appeared to be friendly. The Room: My room was clean, but some of the furniture appeared dated. There was a large water stain on the ceiling directly over the TV area. The bed was not comfortable, and I had trouble sleeping during the three nights of my stay. Overall: If I were in need of accommodations in the future, I would choose a different hotel. I don't mean to be insulting, but I hope my review can contribute to improvements at Residence Inn.

A little bit difficult to see from the frontage road at night, but Maps made finding it easy. The staff were all very friendly, and, when we an issue with our rental car, they were very helpful. Like all Residence Inns that we have stayed at, the cleaning products did not leave behind a strong fragrance, and the bed sheets were washed in a detergent that did not trigger my allergies. The bar soap was usable for people with sensitivity to scents. It does have a fragrance, but the scent dissipates quickly enough that I didn't have to get out my own soap.

Great quiet place to stay. Rooms are clean. Pillows are not that comfy but all in all great place to stay. Will definitely stay again. The road to turn off to get into the hotel is tricky so drive slow when approaching especially at night or you'll miss it.

Very quiet place. Great service. People were beyond helpful. Enjoyed my peaceful night. Almost forgot to mention.......... they use a filtration system. My skin and hair felt so soft and left me feeling amazing after using their shower.

I recently stayed at this property July 31st through Aug 7th and was charged for parking when i didn't have a car. I asked them to reverse the charges on check out as they told me they would but didn't. Having to go through my bank now. The parking lot was just your average lot. No valet, or garage parking so i didn't see the purpose in this other then your classic gauging. Not impressed!!

Great front desk checking and checkout. Huge room. Very comfortable king size bed with lots of pillows. Large double sink bathroom.

Room was ready per our reservation. Discovery upon entering room: One of the two TVs did not function; Telephone in the room did not work; room clock not set appropriately, and I needed to look up on YouTube how to reset the time. Sink drains very slowly. Sheets on bed have holes in them. Pillowcases have holes in them. I’ve been a Marriott member for 20+ years and this is one of the worst Marriotts I’ve stayed in. On a positive note, Austin was at the front desk. He did everything in his power to fix the television set and other issues that we had. Austin has a true servants heart. He needs to find a much better property to work out than this one.

Rooms are pretty nice with a little kitchenette. Our sheets the first night had a weird stain but they did move our room when we told them. Breakfast the first day was good and the waffles were wonderful, the second day everything was kind of dry but still edible except for the sausage patties which were the texture of the weird cardboard wood that cheap Ikea bookshelves are made of. I wish there was some sort of dehumidifier system because everything felt a little damp the whole time but it is a heat wave right now so maybe unavoidable

Good location, clean rooms & common areas. Ample free parking. Website advertises complimentary airport shuttle. Shuttle was inoperable during our stay, yet no mention was made of this on website, or on confirmation email. When called to ask about shuttle from airport, person answering phone was not apologetic, suggested ride share, yet we would not be compensated for the costs. Same when we wanted to return to airport; was told shuttle might be available in couple of hours. Buffet breakfast was not up to usual Residence Inn standards.

I was on my way to attend a concert downtown and booked 2 rooms here (each with a king size bed and sofa bed) on the 3rd floor. Unfortunately, the A/C seemed to have died in the corridors because it was very stuffy. Also, the ice machine was broken. So I took the elevator to the 2nd floor (which was much cooler) to get ice. The free breakfast was nice with a good selection of food. I had scrambled eggs with sausage and potatoes and a bagel with cream cheese, along with juice and coffee. The rooms/bathrooms were clean and the beds comfortable. I chose a Marriott brand hotel because I wanted consistent quality. I booked by phone and did not appreciate the discrepancy in room prices which were quoted lower on Google Maps.

The room was very comfortable with a full sized kitchen. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The hotel is right of the Hwy and close to the city and airport.

I stayed there on a weekend and then during the week about 3 days later. The weekend team was very nice and helpful. It was nice to walk around the building and nearby buildings with little traffic on Sunday morning before it got hot. Limited food choices on site but options a short drive away. Late check out in a super comfortable room was a plus because I had a lot of work to do. Returning 3 days later was a little different. July with no air-conditioning was no fun. I was eventually able to get a box fan from the desk but it had to be returned by 5am. Not a major problem because I had an early flight. I think the maintenance department knew the air conditioning had problems because the cover was real loose and had finger smudges on it. The shuttle to the air port was easy and the driver very friendly.

This is a poorly managed Residence Inn. We stayed here for 6 nights during the Thanksgiving weekend while visiting our daughter. The biggest problem is that there was no hot water in the room. Each morning we had to run the bathtub water for 30 minutes to finally get water that was only lukewarm; it never got hot. We complained to the front desk about this after our first night, but nothing was done. We were told that the problem was due to the low occupancy of the hotel, but I have stayed a lots of other hotels during low occupancy, and they did not have this problem. Additionally, although there was almost no one in the hotel, the parking lot was 80% full, and it was difficult to get a space near the hotel front door. Clearly the hotel was allowing many visitors to the surrounding apartments to park in the hotel parking lot. There are so many things wrong with this hotel that it is hard to describe them all in one review. Our first room had an extremely noisy refrigerator, so we changed rooms. The morning breakfast is poor: no cut fruit, just a few apples in a basket. Turkey sausage patties were hard and dry. No waffle maker. The posted breakfast hours differed from the hours on the hotel website. There was no bedding in our room for the fold out bed, even though a sign in the room said there was. We had to call twice to finally get them to bring bedding. There was no toilet paper in the restroom off the hotel lobby. We had to request room cleaning and new towels for our room each day, otherwise nothing was done. And finally, this hotel is close to the highway and suffers from constant highway noise. All in all, the worst Residence Inn I have ever stayed at.

Rooms were dirtier than expected. Lights didn't work. Doors are off hinges so don't stay open properly. Facilities seem nice but quality of rooms brought it down a bit.

First thing I noticed is staff here are very friendly; always offer greetings and are ready to help in any way. Breakfast offers different options each day. Gym is well stocked but I wish the pool was indoors. Housekeeping could have been better; they did make the bed, empty garbage and replace towels. However didn’t wipe down surfaces or clean sink/tub or load dishwasher. Maybe it’s a residence Inn thing but other places I’ve stayed would do all that each time they clean. Will be returning however as it’s a pleasant atmosphere.

Kind of hard to get in the driveway. If you miss it, you'll need to go all the way around. Our room floor wasn't even and you can hear foot steps extremely easily.
