One of the best Courtyards I regularly stay at. They have a hotel shuttle but call before you travel to confirm itโ€™s operational/available. The bar / Starbucks had good food and a decent selection of drinks. Somewhat expensive but most hotel bars are. Very clean hotel. Still looks new. Bathroom was huge and the double shower head was amazing. Walls are thin- my neighbors celebrated a final 4 basketball victory into the early morning hours. Needless to say not much sleep was gained by anyone that night. Iโ€™ll stay here again.

I travel a lot prior to the pandemic and now only go to 3 trusted hotels. #1 is Marriott and the Courtyard did not disappoint. location deserves 5 stars. Very good service and near the airport. Safe surroundings and very clean room with everything you want in a business room. Easy to sleep in peace and take off for another days work.

Two positives about this hotel - it's close to airport if that's what you need, and the room was clean. Beyond that, it's easily the bottom 5 of any hotel or Airbnb I've ever stayed at. Checking was non-characteristic of normal. A bit brisk, no thank you to titanium elite, no freebies, just points vs 10$ good credit. I've had courtyards offer me a bottle of water or something. Checking never told us about 15$ per day parking - and to boot, there are signs everywhere in the lot that say "park at your own risk" - guess we pay for asphalt maintenance or it's just another way for this franchise to squeeze $ from you. While room was clean on arrival, one of the drawers keeps sliding out on its own, and a towel had a hole and red lipstick (I hope that's what it is) stain. And cleaning was missed on first day, leaving me to get paper cups and coffee from front desk at midnight. Overall the worst Courtyard I've stayed at so far.

I stayed at this Marriott as a flight attendant this past week during an overnight in Austin. The hotel staff was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. I specially want to give a shout out to Jen who worked at the front desk and assisted me with several tasks, and went above and beyond the call of duty. The location of the hotel may not get you a beautiful view of anything special, since itโ€™s more just about being close to the Austin Airport for convenience. The room was very clean and nicely appointed.

The rooms are decent and clean but a but dated. Multiple mornings we were awakened to a very loud obnoxious sound like a jet engine in the next room... never figured it out. We did not have hot water to shower our first morning, but the rest of the week was fine. Only one elevator was working, so that was a hassle. People were friendly, helpful, and eager to please. The food was really good although many items were out of stock. Grilled cheese and tomato soup were excellent. I had it 2 nights in a row. Pepsi products in the cooler, no coke items. Ok selection if you're a Pepsi product fan. Waffle house within walking distance as is a convenience store, Starbucks, Subway and Mexican restaurant. Plenty of parking. Small luggage carts are available as well.

Positives: Room was clean and its close to airport Negatives: hallways and elevators mid 80s degrees. Room ac wont go below 74 even though ive had it set to 66 for hours now. Shower water is lukewarm. Towels were stained. Happy i only had to spend the single night here

Bob and Christine at the front desk were AMAZING!! They provided the best customer service we have ever had at a Marriott. Our room was ok. Shuttle service was wonderful.

I travel several times a month and I am a Diamond member. The one reason for Five Stars? The night front desk clerk auditor. I wish I got her name (Brunet sort of short). She fed the cat, since its a Courtyard and coffee is through the bistro and it wasn't open (5 am) she made coffee for a couple in need. She gave me a bottle of water. She wished us safe travels with out the fake "my pleasure" response. Put her in management!

Great spot, decent rooms. I had to keep redoing the room key every day due to key resetting. I had room for 4 days. And I know, it's not close to my phone... Thin walls, at night I could hear the guy upstairs peeing..you can tell when people around your room turn showers on. Bartender guy was awesome, with a great conversation and service. Overall great stay.

This is a super convenient location if you are planning to be near the airport. Check in and check out was pretty uneventful. The room is pretty average. It looked clean and tidy, but just looked overall very depressing and had an industrial / factory feel. The heating and air conditioning were operational. Laundry service is also available for those on the run. The restaurant for breakfast is quite expensive and not particularly exceptional. The soap / shampoo / conditioner label needs some work as they are so hard to see even before having any drinksโ€ฆ Will probably try somewhere else if I need to be back in the area.

i've stayed at worse places yet i've stayed at far better as well. i prefer to stay here for it's a lot quicker and easier to get out of town when i done with my business. my last stay here, the elevator was out when i arrived and had to walk up to the 5th floor with my luggage. that stunk of course. the staff is always friendly. i would consider staying here again but won't have lofty expectations

The hotel provides a courtesy shuttle from and to the airport and it's located less tgan 10 minutes from the airport. Front desk was always quick to answer calls. Checking in was a breeze. I got locked out of my room and got someone to come open my room immediately. The only reason I can't rate 5 stars is because I did not eat at the on-site restaurant or try the pool. I will gladly stay here again.

The front desk is great. Very friendly and professional, particularly Estella. I booked an accessible room. The first one they put me in was on the first floor. It was too dark and looked a little worn. They moved me to the second floor, which was much better. Room was in better condition and was a little brighter. The food from their bistro is pretty good as well.

Very cleaned hotel with a good vibe as it was recently renovated. Customer service was also good except that the shuttle bus guy didn't arrived and we needed to get an Uber ride. Our flight was at 6:15am. Will return to this hotel.

Pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was and free airport shuttle was very handy. Some food places nearby for travellers (big den burgers was really good). Big TV (but it was on side wll and tilted so that was a bit weird), bathroom was big (but seemed dim) and bed was big and comfy. I still wish these hotels would have smart TVs but I had to use a roku.

We just stayed here with 14 rooms for our state cross country meet and it was amazing. Huge shout out to sales director Kristin and Charise for providing an amazing experience for our team. Our rooms were comfy and beautiful, service was amazing, and our team breakfast was fantastic!! Thank you!!

Nice rooms. Mostly clean. Friendly front desk folks. Room service only upon request. Bistro style restaurant so you might have to pay for the breakfast if it's specifically not included with the room - typical for Courtyards. Overall a good place to stay.

Disappointing for the price. Pros Room was nice and clean. Cons Pictures show there is a pool. There isnโ€™t. They charge for breakfast. They also charge $15 per day for parking! Somehow their system checked us out a day before and our key cards stopped working. Personally, I wouldnโ€™t stay here again. There are little to no amenities for the high cost.

Great for a short stay in Austin and conveniently close to the airport. Just go a little bit down and you'll find a Waffle House restaurant and a gas station with convenience store. Rooms were neat and clean. We had an incident with a funny smell of one of the pillows but staff was promptly to change it. Pet friendly for those who need to carry one.

Decent functional airport hotel with very good shuttle service. Staff, while minimal, went out of their way to assist with some family related special requests. We did a sleep and fly and were pleased to see night security in the parking lot.

I love Courtyard's, but this one just fell short of expectations. I checked in on the app. Upon arrival, they had not assigned me a room or ran any of the check in information. Instead they took all I formation and assigned me a room after running my card. My card has a pending purchase twice. I assume one from the app check in process and one from the front running it. One of them will drop off eventually. When assigned my room, the staff completely ignored my preferences, which would not have been an issue if they had followed the APP check in process. Now both of these things I can live with but the AC and overall quality of the room was terrible. My ac never got below 75, although blowing cold it was just too slow to ever cool down the room, in which it ran hard for 2 full days. The ACs seem about 10 years old. The bathrooms are a bit rough with mold on the corners. The elevators are HOT HOT HOT with no air movement and slow as can be. The elevator lights for up and down do not work. The staff is friendly, but this hotel just fell short. With as many new hotels nearby, I will not be staying at this particular Courtyard again.

Stayed for about 10 days. Breakfast and dinner are pretty good, nice option if you aren't able to go out due to work. Had an issue with charging something to the room, but Bob at the front desk got things worked out with no issues, so shout out to him. No real complaints. The bed is at bit too firm for me?
