    Worse experience ever!! Parking lot is extremely small!! When we checked in at 4:00 pm there were no parking spots because they were having a big event. We were assured we could just park anywhere. We ended up just leaving our car by the front door and then went down an hour later and moved it to one of the very few spots that had actually opened. We left the hotel later for dinner and fun. When we arrived back at the hotel at 11:00pm , they had no more parking spots again. We circled the building for five minutes. We finally parked our car (a little too close to the fire hydrant for our comfort) so we could go in and ask the front desk what to do. The girl at the front desk suggested we just park on the fire lane. When I told her we would risk getting a ticket for that she said “yeah, I know”. Excuse me?! How is that your solution? My husband ended up just staying down there until the event was over so he could park the car. I will absolutely never stay here again. ZERO STARS! Do not recommend.

    First time staying at this location. I have to say, the only downside was that the man working the front desk did not seem to care at all. When we walked up we stood there for a second as he stared at his fingernails. Then once he finally attended to us he barely said anything except for, “the elevators are over there.” Other than that everything was great. The lady who was working at the front desk along side him was really sweet & actually attentive. The rooms were very nice, clean & spacious.

    I was very impressed with this property. The staff was friendly, professional and very helpful. Everything was immaculate. The room set up was great. The bed was very comfortable. The bathtub was comfortable. Convenient to the airport. They have a shuttle bus and meeting space

    I’ve been 2 times in the hotel. Everything was excellent until you notice cleaning is not of their best. First time I kill an small cockroach in the bathroom (not big deal) but second stay I found a big one rounding beds. I ask reception sending somebody to clean it but they never came. I hope can enhance that and try to work on a better plague control.

    Pretty good hotel. Place was very clean and staff were friendly. Beds are very comfortable. Food was okay, kind of what you might expect at a Holiday Inn. Shuttle service to/from was hit or miss, especially late night if your plane is delayed. Pool is not heated. Patio is nice with lots of furniture to sit on. Lobby mini market had a good variety.

    I am NOT a fan of this hotel. There's no food really nearby (at least a mile) so I went to the breakfast because I had to leave for work. The service was not good. The internet doesn't work. Either in the rooms or in the lobby/restaurant area. I had to use my hotspot on my phone to get any work done. The van driver from the airport was rude. The room was spacious and I appreciate the mini Dove bars of soap. I wouldn't recommend entirely.

    Either the hotel has two of my F1 jerseys locked in lost and found and won't return my calls, or the staff stole my jerseys. The downstairs restaurant was not adequately staffed during my stay, and this led to me abandoning an attempt at breakfast after thirty minutes waiting without being visited. Finally, the heating and air in the room was either on or off with no in--between. A lot of things that led to this not being an enjoyable stay. Update: On November 30th, a member of the staff responded that my situation has been resolved, when it has not. The hotel has not once reached out to me. When I tried to respond to the email below, I received an "address not found" auto-generated message. Don't go to this hotel.

    I'm so happy to use their comfortable service. Supernatural areas with top-class hotel service. They are clean & neat, well-decorated as well. I can't say enough about their customer and housekeeping service, how prompt they are. Thanks for everything!!

    The hotel is overly accommodating. I booked a room as a passenger in distress after mechanical problems of my flight from Los Cabos. They offer 24-hour shuttle service. The facilities and rooms were immaculate. Isaac was my shuttle driver and front desk agent. He smiled throughout both jobs. They have a bar/restaurant. The food is truly good. Several passengers stayed, and we all dined together. Ryan, bartender, was friendly and patient with us. We were mentally and physically exhausted. Thank you, gentlemen, for making us feel at home. PS, they supply Dove toiletries!

    Excellent hotel. Unbeatable on price and location to the airport but it’s also one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff is amazing and the restaurant / bar staff, especially Maye, are super kind and make the stay even more pleasant. I will definitely be returning in the future!

    Best Holiday Inn Airport hotel in the USA. This is a full service Holiday Inn (not an Express). Large comfortable rooms that are well maintained by housekeeping. Very good restaurant and cocktail lounge/bar that is open late every night. Dependable regular complimentary airport shuttle service. Texas friendly customer service and staff. Plenty of convenient off street parking at the hotel. Swimming pool, outdoor patio, fitness, and business center. Highly recommended!

    Rooms were really nice and very modern and roomy. Not to keen on the modern look but this was ok. Service was excellent! From the front desk, restaurant, cleaning crew, bus driver….all had great customer service and comforting attitudes. Location was ok…I’ll still give it a 5 because of the hotel and staff. Close to the airport..but still have to leave early if you have to go to the other terminal….now that really sucked.
