Great hotel, excellent price. Variety on breakfast. Awesome overall experience. Aaron the recepcionist at night was AWESOME, everything we needed, he would get it in minutes. Definitely going back!

I stayed in this hotel in 2021 for a month with my husband, a 1 year old and a 2 year old. I am giving it a 5 star because the housekeeping staff was so wonderful! We had a virus for the first part of the stay and I had really gross linens and they were totally kind, helpful and understanding. I told myself I would write them a review and kept forgetting until now. They were a blessing and I pray they will be blessed for their kindness and hard work!

Very courteous, informative, skillful, and happy staff. I would recommend adding potatoes, grits, and bacon to your breakfast menu. Also, place a small sign to state complimentary small bottles of water are available. Thanks for all you do! 😘

I was staying there for 20 days. It is a long stay. The room hygiene and hotel facilities are good. Basically the room service is every two days. Nice view from the room. However, there is no freezer in the room. There is a fridge but without a freezer. There are no basic kitchen utensils like knives, scissors , spoons, forks etc. As for breakfast, I stop having breakfast after a week. Option is limited and almost similar everyday. Get bored easily. They have the basics like Turkey sausage, beef petty, scramble egg, waffle, banana, yogurt, coffee, tea, cereal, bagel, muffin. As for the gym, facilities are limited but enough for normal workouts. Treadmill, elliptical, limited dumbbells.

The day we checked in the hotel room was cleaned. The next day we came back the bed was cleaned but the bathroom was not. The garbage was left, sink not wiped down and shower door had steam stained. They did leave fresh towels. I called the front desk to let them know. The 3rd day hoping since I called that the room would be clean it was not. The bed had not been made, bathroom was dirty, didn’t seem like it was vacuum too. We had to get towels from the main desk. The last day the room was finally cleaned but the whole experience already has left us disappointed. We have stayed at a Springfield many times and being part of bonvoy we always trust the rooms are cleaned and service is great. So disappointing

Hadn't been to Austin in a while and wanted to enjoy our stay. So glad we picked springhill suites! The staff was friendly. The rooms were nice and spacious. The other guest were wonderful. Can't wait to comeback.

Stayed here on a work trip. The front desk receptionist was so sweet and friendly. The rooms are clean and it was quiet. The suites are roomy and come with a pull out couch. The location is great. It’s about 5 minutes from the domain and also close to heb if you need. I’d stay here again.

Stayed two nights but didn’t like my stay. The furniture in the room and the bathroom were of very low quality. The room wasn’t refreshed. Upon asking, I was told that they refresh rooms only for three nights or longer stays. Breakfast options were okay and I did like the free parking. Sorry, not recommended!

My stay was December 9th-11th: Good hotel and friendly staff. Only reason I won’t give it 5 stars is that my floor smelled musty and the smell got into my room. I purchased an air freshener at the local Target to get rid of the smell in my room as it was unbearable.

Every time I go to this hotel, the customer service is always great. Aaron who is one of the front desk team members always has a positive attitude, knowledgeable, super helpful and efficient with everything that he does!

The staff was very kind and helpful. Great customer service that deserves to be recognized! However, The hotel rooms were nothing more than mediocre. Had to move rooms because of broken A/C and humidity. Slow internet, and underwhelming breakfast even for it being complimentary. Lobby and bar was renovated, but food was expensive. Overall, not a bad budget choice for Marriott.

The staff is unhelpful. I forgot my charger at the hotel and had to call more than 5 times just to get them to ask the housekeeping manager to check in the lost and found department. Inspite of requesting that I have a flight in 2 hours, they outrightly denied in cooperating and getting hold of the housekeeping manager

Poor customer service! We requested the sofa bed to be set up prior to arrival, we asked via the Bonvoy app, on the app they confirmed that it would be done, when we arrived it wasn’t and at the front desk they said they don’t do it for liability reasons. We have always requested this whenever we stay at a Springhill and this is the first time this has happened. No housekeeping unless requested and you have to request daily and the best they do is a refresh.

I can't say many good things about this hotel other than the staff is friendly. The internet is very slow, even if you opt to pay for "high speed" internet access (streaming media continuously pauses). Although the name implies it's near the Domain, walking to the domain is basically impossible due to the freeway and railroad tracks. Worst of all, they do not clean the rooms unless you request it 24 hours in advance. There are better options nearby.

Only good thing was that the staff was friendly. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the washroom had no exhaust fan. The overall place seemed dirty. The breakfast did not have any options and had very low food. Do not recommend.

Stay was okay but upon arrival I gave the receptionist (lady) my husbands and my information, she then stated that my reservation was canceled and we didn’t have a room. She “doubled check”, I offered to show her our reservation number which she said she didn’t need because my reservation was canceled. She insisted that we didn’t have a reservation, I was so tired that I went ahead and paid for another room just to find out 20 min later that my reservation was there. After finding out that we did have a room i went and asked her about it and all she had to say was “oh I found it but don’t worry you’re gonna get your money back”… till this day I have not received a refund.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only complaint I had about the experience was that my room didn't have a hair dryer which is important for people traveling.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, conveniently located to a nearby high end shopping center. Free breakfast which was basic but fine. Ample parking as well. The property seems to be undergoing some construction work but it didn't interfere with being able to fully utilize the property.

Booked a room (2 fulls, cause cheaper than a single king for some reason) a week prior on THEIR website, no third party. Showed up a half hour after check-in. They said they had no rooms ready. Then just stared at me, like that was my problem. I asked them to put me in a different type of room then, and they looked at me like I was crazy. They finally caved after they realized I wasn’t going to settle for that kind of negligence on their part. Also, the room I stayed in (208) must have been next to the entire building’s central pipe and AC system cause all hours of the day and night I’d hear very loud humming and screeching drainage or something through the walls. It was not pleasant. Sorry, but this is NOT a $150+/night hotel. I’m pretty disappointed considering that rate. It operates like a $75/night motel. Only plus is it’s next to the Domain. Yeehaw
