Leaving one start because I cannot leave zero stars. Booked this hotel through booking.com for a stay on June 7th. We were going to see a band that was supposed to play in Austin the night. The band had to cancel the show due to two members contracting covid. I immediately cancelled the reservation and requested a refund. Now I am being told that I had to cancel the reservation 7 days prior to the stay in order to receive a refund. Per policy. I have stayed here many times in the past couple years but I would not stay here again simply for this fact. NOT RECOMMENDED THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.

Room was nice, but the hotel otherwise left much to be desired. A 7$ parking fee for in an area with a massive abundance (entire movie theater parking lot empty right next to hotel) of parking is crazy (and they didn't even tell me until I saw the charge after!). The breakfast items were frequently empty / overcooked. The elevators had a stench, and the machines in the fitness center were broken. The service was generally quite good, but charging for parking without notifying the customer isn't great service (they don't even know I had a car, except that this is not in an area where anyone walks). The location is right on the interstate (loud) but convenient to BWW and other restaurants.

The front desk employees were very nice. I got us a suite. The rooms were clean but there was only 2 tiny trash cans for 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and kitchen. I thought my comforter smelled a little dirty. And of course there's NEVER enough towels and wash rags for everybody. They should put 2 towels and 2 wash rags per person. The breakfast was okay. The ham was thin slices like pepperoni you put on pizza and the butter was hard. The potatoes didn't have any taste. Our stay was good overall though! My 3 year old granddaughter had a blast going from room to room. Oh! Our door was unlocked when we got back from Krause Springs, because it never fully shut (clicked) when we left, but we didn't know it at the time.

Had a wonderful stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was tasty, the pool looked inviting (I didn't have a chance to try it out). The room had a full service kitchen: fridge, two burners, microwave, sink, dishes, pots and pans, and a dishwasher!

I’ve been here for work almost a year now, and never once have I been disappointed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Great amenities too. Everything you need for a short or long stay is right here. Even a number of restaurants are within walking distance. I recommend Dimasssi’s, a Mediterranean style buffet that will leave you stuffed but not feeling gross.

Best hotel for $172, including tax and fee. 2 Queen beds, a kitchen with a cook top, an OTR microwave, a 28 cf refrigerator, a kitchen sink, a dishwasher, a full set of knives, dishes and bowls inside the cabinet. Nice and clean hotel, easy check in, good location and easy access to the freeway. What else can you ask for? Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Pro’s: Freeway close. Beautiful living room & kitchen with a separate bedroom. Clean. Additional towels on request. Good breakfast. Free parking. Cons: Freeway close. Definite traffic noise. Animals allowed....we had a barking dog below us for several days. Noisy bathroom fan. Minimal towels stocked. Minimal service on weekends (can request, however). Would definitely stay there again....with ear plugs.

I stayed here during the winter storm in 2021 and loved it here. Returned because the rooms are super nice and stocked and the pool is awesome. The staff is helpful and nice, shout out to Melissa for helping me with my booking.

Great: The breakfast! Have the mini waffles with strawberries and whipped cream. Good: Shower pressure. Bad: Room a little small. Ugly: Nothing comes to mind. Extras: Walking distance to the movie theater and dinner. Good parking. Washers and dryers available no extra charge.

This is the perfect place close to my son's new place. We are staying in a 1 bedroom suite. It is nice to have the door between the bedroom and living room. They breakfast includes eggs, meat, potatoes of some sort as well as fresh made waffles. They have soymilk and regular milk. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Ya Know, I stay in IHG Hotels pretty much 5 weeks out of every 6 and I have to admit I have been writing up a lot of bad hotel reviews lately. Mainly due to service but sometimes due to quality also. So, when I received a letter under my door from the hotel manager that thanked me for being a Rewards club member and asked me to allow him to make things right prior to filling out a bad survey, I was impressed. I haven't had ANY other manager bother, and I have had some pretty big issues with service at some of the hotels I have stayed in. The only problem I can think of with this hotel had nothing to do with service but with the architectural design of the building - something that can not be fixed. For some ungodly reason, they decided to build it so that there is no shelter for you to pull you car up under when you check-in like you see at virtually every other hotel in the entire world. And when I arrived AND when I checked out, it was PELTING down rain so that even with an umbrella, there was no way to avoid getting soaking wet because I had to manage loading my luggage and belongings for a 5 day stay in and out of the car with one hand while the other was holding the umbrella. Consequently, I had to change clothes when I got into the room on the way in, and at a convenience store on the way home. Other than that, the hotel was great.

Best hotel we’ve had so far. The lobby was really cozy. The staff were all friendly. Our room was also really nice, it smelled good every time we went in and it was really clean. We had a full fridge, large microwave, small stove and the kitchen had all the utensils/kitchenware. It was a good location as well, close to a lot of restaurants, a grocery store, and a gas station.

Nice clean rooms. Spacious too. I never use the kitchenette but it's nice to have it. Fridge and freezer has plenty of space as well. Breakfast options are becoming limited. I've stayed here about 8 times in this past year alone and each time I'm there for a week and breakfast was better a year ago. Within 3-5 miles of Walmart and an HEB. Plenty of fast food, restaurants and gas stations. Same lot as a large movie theater. I'll never stay any place else but bring back the bacon 🥓 at breakfast, the hard boiled eggs etc. Front desk staff is always nice and they have really upped their status recognition. I'm happy to be a Diamond Elite member. Perks are great.

Great free breakfast and nice cocktail lounge. Nice clean room. The pool looked inviting but we didn't have time. The only problem I had was the little convenience store didn't have saltine crackers.

I'm giving service a two because the website and customer service make no mention that the only pets allowed at this hotel are dogs. The website mentions a pet fee of $75, which I was happy to pay per pet, but when I got there the receptionist told me that cats are not allowed. The manager agreed to let me stay for a $250 fee, since I was part of a larger group with multiple rooms. The receptionist was lovely through getting everything figured out, but I still haven't found anything on the website that mentions anything about the types of pets allowed. I even confirmed with customer service that I could bring cats when I made a change to my reservation. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the receptionists were great.
