1st time to stay after referred to by a co-worker. Very nice hotel, very clean, friendly staff. Breakfast is very good and fresh. The rooms were nice. Glad to see the kitchen was actually furnished with dishes and towels! Actually felt more like a home for the week. There was actually a live plant in the living room! Will be staying again on next business trip.

My go to place to stay when traveling to Austin! It's right in the middle of it all!! You can take streets or highways to get wherever! Very quick to get to downtown! The rooms are always cleaned and very spacious! Breakfast is good, and the coffee is too! Love the serene feel on this property ! It feels more like a nice apartment complex than an hotel which is nice !!

I really enjoyed my stay. Very unexpected satisfaction. The room was clean and very spacious. The room comes equipped with dishes(plates/cups) and eating utensils.(I brought pots) Theres a full stove and fridge which came in handy for sure! Breakfast was pretty good as well. Had to asked for it to be warmed up but no biggie. I'm honestly not one for sleeping in beds provided by facilities like this. I'm really weird about that but for some reason it came really easy for me. The sheets were clean the beds were really comfortable. I really really enjoyed my stay there definitely looking forward to coming back for my sister-in-law's B-day this monthπŸ₯°

Great prices. Lots of room. Great for what you're paying for. Comfortable. Staff was accommodating when we asked for help. Feels like a nice retreat from the craziness of the city. Went during ACL (music festival) last year and it was a nice calm place to come back to. I actually was looking to see if they existed in any other states so we could visit those locations. My only negative was that some of the front desk staff gave me dirty looks when I was in my music festival clothes (fully dressed, not being loud either) in the lobby. But otherwise I loved it. Will definitely go here any time we visit Austin again.

We stayed at Habitat Suites April 5-7 and absolutely loved it. 3 of us on an all girls trip in a 2 bed 2 bath suite is 100% ideal. We had plenty of space for getting ready, which is very helpful. The beds were so comfortable and cozy. The FREE breakfast was wonderful. You can place your order of a few select things or enjoy a wonderful verity of other breakfast foods. The staff was very friendly, helpful and fast. One of us left an expensive memory foam pillow and the hotel shipped it back on their dime. That does not happen in large chain hotels. The weather in Austin was just awful while we were there, extremely heavy rains and flooding were keeping us in and we were more than happy to stay. The only thing I would improve upon is the kitchen decor, maybe bring it out of the late 80/early 90's to make it more modern. Staying outside of the hustle an bustle of Austin was lovely. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

My husband and I stayed here in our last trip to Austin and had a great experience here. The room was super clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were super fluffy and nice. I appreciate that they try to minimize unnecessary waste wherever possible. There aren't tiny plastic bottles of hygiene items all over the bathroom. Instead they had little hand soap style pumps for the shampoo and conditioner. I loved that. I hate those little bottles. The grounds have lots of plants growing. It helps to make your room feel a lo t more private than a normal hotel. Everyone was really nice. They have quiet hours. I appreciated this. We didn't have an opportunity to try the breakfast but I did hear it was good. We will definitely be staying here next time we come to Austin.

We love the Habitat Suites, it's only a few miles from our house in Crestview and we always have family stay there when they visit. It's affordable, comfortable, clean and the pool is a little oasis. The food quality and service is wonderful and service is friendly. It is not available right now due to Covid-19 but we still had a nice stay there for almost a week when our AC went out and needed a place to stay with our two kids. They even let us bring our two dogs with a small additional cleaning fee. Yes, it's a bit out-dated but that is how it can stay affordable so we are okay with that. The room service staff are always smiling and helpful and the manager is a very professional, kind man. Couldn't say nicer things about this place!

Very helpful and nice front desk. The pool is smaller but very nice spot to sit around and relax at. Our suite is great with full kitchen and very clean and comfortable bed. The building isn't brand new, it shows a couple signs of repairs that were done but you can see they treat it with care. The herb spirals are very cool. Very happy with this spot.
