I spend a considerable amount of time at Hilton properties. This is trending as my least favorite. Pros The hotel is pretty standard. The breakfast is nothing to brag about. But if you trying to save a few bucks, this is one path. Cons -Guest room Bathrooms are not up to standard. I’ve never experienced excessive water damage in a hotel bathroom. -The front desk agent was not very than helpful and wasn’t attentive. I spent a considerable amount of time in the “business center” which is just 2 desktop units in the lobby. After telling the agent that I couldn’t not print and the printer was out of paper, they (eventually) came over, added paper and then walked away. After spike 20 minutes, I was able to figure out the issue and finally got my document printed. At least it was free to print. -The front desk changed the room I preselected before I arrived.

BEWARE OF YOUR VEHICLE! I stayed at this hotel and the hotel was nice but my vehicle was vandalized to the tune of $6000. I called the hotel to speak to the Manager and I was told he would call me back. Nothing. I filed a concern on the Hilton website and I received a call from the Manager within 2 hours. I asked what Hilton is doing to protect customers safety and vehicles in the parking lot and he said there is a patrol that monitors all of the hotels in the area. Not sure what that meant. I asked if there was video footage of the parking lot and he said not where I was parked. He really provided nothing. If you value your potential safety and vehicle in crime ridden Austin do not stay here. I am a Diamond Member and was offered little to no assistance. A half hearted call from the Manager and no call from Hilton. I will be changing hotel chains as there are many out there that provide parking lot security for your valuable vehicle.

We had a room with a mid-sized refrigerator, sink and dishwasher. They gave us an inducted burner for cooking, but the free breakfast was good enough that we never used it! The room was bigger than a motel room with a bed and couch. The curtains totally covered the window for sleeping. The hallway had no heat and the highs were in the 50's. The people were totally responsive when we needed anything. Everything worked.

Ended up here on Christmas after a canceled flight- the front desk staff was lovely, the room immaculate and comfortable, and the bathroom recently updated and looks gorgeous. Great price too for a last minute room by the airport on Christmas! Would 100% stay here again if I’m in the area

Comfy beds, clean rooms, yummy breakfast. We got a suite so it felt like an apartment. Friendly staff. We stayed for it’s convenient location to airport but still almost missed our flight. Our fault. Highly recommend this hotel. Maybe not summer. It’s gross hot in Texas.

I am a sold-out fan of the Home 2 Suites by Hilton. I had a minor issue one late night (warm coffee in the lobby) resolved quickly.

We were pleasantly surprised by the huge room we had. The hotel is fairly new and well cared for. The only issue was the blinds in our room didn't open (chain was broken... not a big deal for a 1-night stay). The staff was friendly and helpful. We originally tried to book another hotel, but it was full & we were offered to stay here. We would stay here again.

The location next to the airport is great. The rooms are big and clean some missing items that previous guess had broke and need to be replace.

Room had issues with lights not working. Checked in online, but room was over an hour late after my arrival, and the digital key didn't work well. Still a good hotel, but was a little disappointed.

Very clean room and bathroom. This place in general was pretty well maintained. Very colorful inside, gives you good vibes 😎. It gets a little loud early morning because is right by the highway, nothing crazy. Friendly service.

This is a nice hotel with relatively clean rooms in good condition. The breakfast is ok. They do have a nice pool and an outdoor area equipped with grills for the patrons to enjoy.

The hotel was very clean and safe. The check in was seamless and the clerk even linked my honors points even though I booked third party. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. It was your average Continental but very good. We made it with 15 min to finish and it was still fully stocked. Our room was close to elevator but didn’t hear a thing. I will def stay again. The only Con: I wasn’t given free beverage being a Hilton honor. I’m use to getting at least 2 water bottles lol

Only negative thing to say is you need to pay for water. If it wasn’t for that would’ve been 5 starts. Everything is clean and spacious.

The room was fine (curtains were frayed and hard to work). But the hotel added charges that were supposed to be covered as part of the initial quoted price, but were only added in after the fact as an additional credit card charge. We felt a little "baited-and-switched" about that.

Had a very enjoyable stay and they were able to get me in from room early after a long travel day, which was much appreciated

Lack of Security in Parking lot. The first night that we were there the Catalytic Converter was stolen from our new Pickup. Notified the hotel and the manager said it has happened like 5 times in the last 9 months! It was very difficult to enjoy our weekend as the vehicle made a LOAD ROARING sound while it was being driven, it was a very uncomfortable drive home 5 hours away and cost us over $900 to get it replaced and fixed.

Even though the decor was like a second rate interior designer's fever dream, the rooms were spacious with modern amenities. Close to the airport but on two major arteries into Austin.

Great hotel; room dark, beds comfy, heard a small it of plane noise, but minimal and only late AM. Room has microwave, dishwasher, full sink, dishes, almost full size fridge/freezer, etc. Good desk space. Room divided with curtain if you want for privacy - nice feature. Show water not too hot, but so hard to find at any hotel nowadays. Room has drawers for unpacking! Breakfast had good options - such as various breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, waffles, fruit, etc. Location in South Austin and close to airport and not too far from downtown, about 10 minutes. Would definitely stay again

Very good value for money. We took the 1 bedroom suite with a separate bedroom with two queen beds and a large living room and dining area. Kitchen has all that you need including plates, caps cutlery toster, microwave DW, fridge, coffee machine etc. Basic free breakfast was included. Basic gym and a small pool.

Jarrod The night attendant was absolutely the nicest and most accommodating person I have ever come across at any hotel. Our plane left very early before breakfast opened and he set it up early so we could take food to go. The person that checked me in, I believe was the manager, and I can see why the other team members at this hotel are so wonderful. Good things start at the top. We are diamond members and are very familiar with mini mini Hilton Hotels and because of the staff and the cleanliness of this hotel I would have to say it is the best.

There was a bait and switch with room price. When I reserved through the app it was 238 with taxes. They have me a complementary upgrade due to lack of rooms. Charged me extra $100. I could not go back into the app to see my booking because it was so ready changed by the hotel.

Wow. I really had the perfect hotel experience here. I travel nearly 100% of the time for work and stay in 75-100 hotels a year and this one really was one of the best experiences I had this year. Everything was flawless, I felt like I was the first person to ever stay. Everything brand new, so clean I couldn’t find any signs anyone had been here before, pool and gym were so wonderful and breakfast wonderful and coffee wonderful. Shower had amazing pressure and was extremely comfortable, lots of dishes that were cleaned and ready for you. Zero complaints. I had the perfect stay.

I enjoyed my stay, the staff is friendly and helpful. However, the appliances in the room such as refrigerator and dishwater make several noises at night, so they might wake you up (woke me up about three times). If you stay in a room near the elevator you will hear the ring it makes at night. Overall it was a decent, breakfast was decent too, more options than other hotels But I wouldn't go back.

Not possible for early check in despite Diamond status. We has to wait in lobby for an hour The room on first floor was well equipped and tidy but had a moldy smell. Breakfast starts at 6am which is a bit late being an airport hotel with many leaving prior to 6am for the morning flights.
