We were robbed! Read till the end. Room was equipped bare bones and had to request bedding for the pull out and extra towels and pillows. Staff was quick to oblige. The breakfast was underwhelming. Hot breakfast consisted of a meager premade egg/sausage croissant on the first morning. And no hot option on the next day, except the waffle machine. The juice dispenser had 4 dispensers but apple juice was only one working. Our final morning we left early, while it was still dark, to find our car had been broken into, completely ransacked, and several items stolen. The parking lot was completely dark. None of the overhead or ground level lights were on. And as we were cleaning up the items that had fallen out of our vehicle we found other items nearby that were not ours, but had obviously come out of others people's cars. I reported all of this to staff and they claimed that this has never happened before. I call BS. I won't be back, it was not worth the few bucks we may have saved by staying someplace safer.

Be aware!!! My truck was broken in. They busted the window . No security cameras! No security guards! Not even a sorry for your truck being broken into. Not to mention how much it is going to cost to repair the window. And the hotel rooms smell like dirty feet. Surprising that nobody saw or heard anything.

I am a Hilton Diamond member and I have to say I was very disappointed with this Home2. I travel for work and Home2 is my first choice whenever possible. The room I had was very small compared to what I am used to. They also have a very limited c-store and the breakfast was extremely week! The staff at times made me feel like they were doing me a favor just to help me. I had to leave very early one morning for a work event and stopped at the desk to ask to have the body wash refilled in my shower. The clerk on duty had the audacity to ask me to call back at 10 in the morning! I told him I had to leave for work and didn't have time to be calling back. When I returned that evening my room had been completely reserviced (not what I asked for as it had just been done), and still no body wash!?! The worst thing though was the smell. They obviously had some kind of drain issues or something. My shower always had a funky smell and they Electronic scent machines in all the elevator lobbies blowing out a horribly loud perfume that burned my contacts and irritated my nose. I will be working in the Austin area for several months but you can be sure I won't be staying at this Home2 again!

For the price and being one of the cheaper hotels in the area it was not bad. Good breakfast, clean room, clean pool. The front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful. Would recommend. I am not sure why all the bad reviews. For the price you get an awesome hotel…

By far, it is the worst of the worst. Basic amenities - toilet paper, soap, towels were out. Do not stay here!!!! It's taken me a minute to share this. But I feel obligated to as a traveler who relies on the reviews of others based on their experience. I've stayed here a few times, and the hotel is not the same. It's being run down to the ground!!! 1. The hotel is in need of serious maintenance. The lights in the elevators go out every 3 or 4 days, and it takes 3 to 4 days for them to fix it 2. The door that exits to the outdoor space is broken, and they dont let guest know. Who ends up thinking it's their key not working and having to go around to the front. 3. The pool was shut down by the city of Austin during our stay 4. The machine for making your room key was not functioning. 5. Basic amenities!!! I mean basic amenities!!!! - toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and basic soap they were out of and had to wait for a manager. I saw them give guest and myself hand towels in lieu of bath towels because they didn't have any bath towels. Thank goodness I had my own extra bath towel. I typically keep on travels with me. 6. Breakfast is Jimmy deans breakfast bowl or breakfast sandwiches to be microwaved. 7. Half of the staff is nice and courteous. Including the general manager. The rest are unwelcoming, and 1 staff member - Morgan - is outright rude and disrespectful!! Believe me, there are tons of much, much, much better hotels in the area for a much lower price. Because of this hotel, I will be sticking with Marriott properties and will not be taking chances on Hilton properties anymore. Complete disappointment, and trust me when I say you do not want to stay here

This is a very nice , clean ,hotel with excellent staff. However , I have been here for over a week and the ool has been out of commission the entire time. This time of year , that is unacceptable. Apparently the pump is out. I have had a pool for over 15years and there is absolutely no reason for not making the repairs. It should be a priority.

The rooms were okay, clean and I liked the idea of a full sized kitchen too. Walls were TOO thin, you had to flush the toilet at least 3 times for anything to flush. But other than that it was an okay stay. I'd recommend anywhere else to stay though.

I had a horrible experience! We stayed here for two nights. We are here on business for a commercial shoot. The first nights stay was good, however on the second night our truck was broken into, ours along with 6 other vehicles. When I spoke with the manager she was not accommodating at All! There were other hiders getting their cars repaired so we were able to have the same guy help repair. We had to wait 2.5 hour’s which we had to sit in the lobby with our kids and they where hungry. My son was late for his commercial shoot and we had over 3,000 in items stolen from our vehicle, on top of paying 200.00 for repairs. I asked for 1 night stay compensated since we was out so much money and inconvenienced. I was told no because they are not responsible for what happens to cars on the parking lot. The manager stated that her car was broken into on the same parking lot two weeks prior. I would think that they would have some kind of protocol to assist customers since they know that this is an ongoing problem,. Not only do they not have a protocol they don’t care about their customers or the inconvenience. If staying here make sure you have extra money to cover cost related to your car being broken into and don’t look for help because it will be none!!

The reservation line that I called gave me a lower amount and was surprised upon checking out that it was almost $100 more. The explanation of the concierge was the pet fee of $75 was not included in the total price. But at the time I called to reserve, it was stated that a "$50" pet fee was already included. The surprise extra bill is a bad business practice and everyone should be weary as a customer doing business with Home2 suite. The pricing should be upfront. Definitely not giving me trust and confidence to book at this branch or any other.

No Air Conditioning in the lobby or hall ways. Staff advised that hotel is in process of being sold and no repairs are going to be made. Wet checked into our room at 2100 hrs, the carpet was wet. Front desk stated that they must have just cleaned the room? We took off our shoes and our socks were all wet. :( The coffee downstairs was cold. When we did get coffee in the AM, it was like tea, very watery. We showed the front desk and they took the container to remake the coffee, took 20 minutes. There was not enough seating for the tables, people were using footstools & business center chairs so that they could utilize the tables with booth seating, opposite side of booth tables has no chairs/seating. The luggage cart was flat. We have stayed at this location several times, last time was not a great experience also. The first few times were, but that was some years ago. Last year we stayed and there were no luggage carts, they did not care. It has now declined that we will definitely never go back. Just wish the HHONORS App had a location to make note of our experiences so that we can note which hotels we enjoyed and which we do not want to go back to. Called Hilton Honors and they stated that they can open a ticket, still on hold with Fatima? HHONORS should update website for us to submit these instead of sharing with all the internet.

Property is showing its age, staff seemed inflexible and room was only halfway cleaned. My first challenge was being told I could not check-in until the allowed check-in time, even if there were ample rooms cleaned in ready. Giving up on that I left the hotel to go about my business meetings and returned 14 hours later around midnight. At this point I was assigned the last room in the hotel. What I walked into had lots of space for the money, however the following issues caused me further frustration: - Soap and shampoo dispensers were empty - A wet towel was left in the tub - A large piece of pink fabric was stuck on the ceiling - Only two towels - Phone did not work

Good location and fair amenities for the stay. The carpets need to be clean, especially within the hallway. The remote control for the TV did not work even after changing the batteries. The breakfast is limited but okay for a quick grab and go. The business center needs to be updated, I could not access my Goggle account.

It takes a lot for me to give a place a 1 star review, but this stay was nearly unbelievable. I arrived in the afternoon for a 4-night stay. I checked in and went to my room. When I arrived at my door, the key did not work. I returned to the front desk and let them know. The clerk tried the key and made a second key but neither worked, so she used her master key to let us in and told us to come by the front desk and give them our room number anytime we needed to access our room. Once we entered the room, my daughter used the bathroom. She could only get the door most of the way shut, and then afterward called me for help because she couldn’t get it open again. The door, a sliding pocket door, was off the tracks and was very difficult even for me to move, and impossible to fully open or close. I immediately went back to the front desk to ask if we could be put into a different room. I was told no, the hotel was fully booked. So, I asked for maintenance to look at the door as soon as possible. That turned out to be the following afternoon. The maintenance guy took one look at the door and determined that fixing it would require major work and could not be done while we stayed in the room. I again enquired about a different room. To their credit, the hotel did eventually get back to offer us a comparable room with a working bathroom door, but the offered room was a 2 queen so we decided to keep our 1 king and just live with the bathroom situation. From here, things remained the same for the next couple of days. No bathroom door, but at least the staff were all very nice and accommodating. On our last night, I asked the night clerk if late checkout was an option, and she told us we could stay in the room until 2. I was surprised and happy, as that’s much later than I expected, so I thanked her. On our checkout day, I was greeted at 12:45pm by a manager who told us we had to leave our room. I replied that I had spoken to the night desk the night before who said we had a late checkout at 2pm. He said that was not correct and asked who had told me that. I replied that I did not know her name, but that I spoke to the person at the desk at 10pm the previous day. The manager went back to the desk, then returned to my room a few minutes later and told me I had to leave the room immediately. At that moment I had 6 of my family’s bags and no car, so I told him again that I would not be leaving the room until 2pm. He eventually left and went back to the desk. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a hotel.

I had a suite which was nice and looked pretty clean. After the first night i had felt something biting me. The next night i checked the bed and found multiple bed bugs on the bed. I went to front desk and showed the pictures to the woman at the front desk and the nice young lady there got me moved to another room. I had to hurry and get all my things out and load it on the luggage cart. The halls are very long there and very hot and muggy. Once i got to the new room, i checked that bed and found a black hair in it and a huge stain on the carpet. It was late and i was exhausted so i tried sleeping on the couch and ended up itching again and got no sleep. I ended up with the nasty bugs on me and had to scrub my body in hot water and alll of my clothing.

Very poor customer satisfaction. They keep stale fruits for the breakfast. Their supplies last very easily. The laundry washer was damaged and they couldn’t get it fixed in 4 days. Room cleaning service was good though.

The hotel was okay, the ac in the lobby is broken which is definitely not ideal when you come in from the heat. The breakfast was pretty underwhelming but the guy working it was really sweet. The rooms were definitely the best part about the hotel because they were extremely clean and were really spacious. The pool was really refreshing.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. This place has been awesome. My 83 year old mom and I have been staying here while we try to find a new home. In an effort to not drive back and forth, we have been here a while, and its been great the whole time. The staff is truly awesome. Veronic is the hardest working person I have ever known. And the rest of the front desk staff is wonderful. They seem to go out of their way to accommodate any needs that arise. The housekeeping staff is just as good. The hotel is super nice, super clean, with an atmosphere that feels like home. The breakfast they serve has such a variety, there is no way someone would not find something delicious to eat. There is always hot coffee (I'm a coffee hound, this is amazing!) and everyone always has a smile on their face. These people have become family, and I would highly recommend staying here over any other hotel out there. Thank you Veronic, and the rest of the staff, for making us feel at home.

Location is great and convenient. The room was nothing special but is really cozy and home like. However the pool was dirty and the breakfast was below average. Both waffle makers were out of service and the food variety was very limited. After experiencing these issues it makes the price not worth it.

The lady at the front desk when I checked in & when I checked out (same person) was not warm, friendly or welcoming at all; the bed was too hard/too firm, the top of the closet was dirty, so I wasn’t able to place anything up there, the same with the top of the refrigerator; I tried to get paper towels & was told they were out of them as well as other supplies; the breakfast buffet was very nice, nicely stocked!

This hotel leaves much to be desired. While I often stay at Hilton properties, I will look elsewhere when I am in Cedar Park. The room smelled like wet dog, as did the bedding, the carpets were stained throughout the room, the desk chair was tattered and the arm rests were completely torn up. (see pics) We left the AC on constantly as it was the only way to alleviate some of the dog smell. The staff that greeted us the evening we arrived, seemed bothered by our arrival and just handed us a set of card keys that were sitting on the desk ( I travel year round and have never seen that happen, was a bit of a safety concern for me). The breakfast was what I have recently come to expect and also leaves much to be desired. The omelets were cold in the middle and the area was dark and dingy. The hotel room's bathroom was the cleanest part. The pics below are of the room's desk chair and various areas of carpet, though it is difficult to see the stains in the pictures, I assure you they were large and abundant.

We stayed here a few weeks back and our stay was pleasant. Checkin was quick and easy. We didn’t have any issues with parking our vehicle there. The room was large with nice comfy bed and pullout couch, sink, microwave and small size fridge (not a mini), great shower pressure as well. Had nice outdoor patio area to relax, complimentary breakfast and also pet friendly.

Great Location, but hotel staff are rude and lazy. Room was dirty and not stocked. Chair in room was nasty and looked like a dog ate the arm rests. The door to the room was broken and would not work half the time. The back entrance door also never would work with the room key and staff did not care about it when brought to their attention. There is no phone service in the rooms for some reason so you have to rely on the hotel wifi, which was not that good. I stayed for three days and asked for room to be cleaned and all they did was throw the trash. They did not even pick up some broken glass that was on the floor from a coke bottle we had dropped. I went to front desk to ask for a broom to clean it myself and they said they do not have brooms......

Dont stay here... NO service with an attitude. Needed towels because there was no service to clean the rooms and was told to come get them...sketchy folks outside the hotel. Seriously, this is a NEVER AGAIN place to stay. They did have some decent chocolate chip cookies but even the cookies couldn't overcome the lack of Hilton culture and identity.

My wife and I travel a lot, and we typically use the reviews to decide where to stay. This 4.2 star rating is way off. They list full-size beds as a queen size bed. The flyers and advertisements say that you will get real China and silverware for the breakfast, but nope, we got plastic ware and chinette type plates. Cheap, cheap and more cheap. WiFi is horrible. It kicks you out way too often, so I wouldn't book here if you have to do computer work during your stay. Sure, this is a suite hotel, but come on, do what you advertise. The television does not even move from the wall bracket, so forget about watching TV in bed. When questioning the full-size bed, the front desk person said, "it's listed as a queen. The breakfast buffet had frozen English muffin, and I physically had to use a plastic knife to saw through it with strong pressure. When the next gentleman asked the person working the buffet, the woman could not understand him. The air conditioning unit is extremely loud. Cutting corners is not the #Hilton way. The Home2 guarantee states one thing, but I doubt they will live up to it. I am here for one more night, and if I wouldn't have paid up front, I would leave today, but there is no refund, and it wasn't that cheap.

Wifi doesn't work. Microwave in room doesn't work. Out of regular coffee for the room. Breakfast has gone down hill, not much to choose from. Basically cereal, toast, and waffles. No juices. Refrigerator in room doesn't work. No clock in room. Landscaping around the hotel is all dead or just dirt Been staying here for the last 5 years and I won't stay here again. On a positive note , room was very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

The room was nice but the channels on the TV would not show, luckily I had my tablet so I could watch on it.. The mattress in room 125 needs to be replaced it was extremely worn on one side. Also a big cockroach crawled into the room in the middle of the night.

This was he worst hotel stay I've ever had. They booked the wrong room with one bed opposed to two. The next day they moved me to a different room. Upon entering the room I realized it wasn't clean. Had to go back to the front desk to ask for yet another room. The counters in the third room were still dirty. and It was uncomfortable to say the least. And the staff was either rude or kind but not helpful. I would not stat at this hotel again if somebody paid me to.

A decent room with amenities included. Clean sheets and comfortable room and board. Draw backs, limited parking. Paper thin walls. (you will hear everything in the adjacent room) no fuss check in at least. Passive entry with your phone if you manage to have it work properly. Has a small gym so that was nice.

Housekeeping gentleman was very nice, the Asian lady at the front desk was very rude when I couldn't find my room. Hey what can I say I was having a senior moment and I didn't have my phone on me, but she should have been more helpful she took my card key away and then refused to give it back to me I went to the wrong floor. Other than her the place was good.

Hi I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, stayed there for a week this spring! Rooms and hotel are very clean, free laundry, and the rooms are wonderful for a business trip. Wanted to thank Veronique for such an amazing service! She was in the reception and during my whole stay, she always greeted me with a smile and helped me with things I needed.

This Home2 was a little less impressive than others. It was still nice but the feeling was they were trying to save money by cutting corners. Very few towels in the room and fitness center, no means to clean machines in the fitness center, the temp in the fitness center was locked at 81 deg and humid because the air was turned off just fan, and the equipment needs to be maintained. Overall is was fine but not up to par compared to other Home 2's I stay at. My colleagues enjoyed the breakfast options
