AMAZING!! I don't know where to start! I normally don't write long reviews but this was so deserving and you must hear this if you are considering staying here. When I walked in the door Sarah was so sweet and had a huge welcoming smile! There was a big pitcher of ice cold cucumber/lemonade. Next to the refreshing drink was two plates of WARM (Yes, still warm) cookies!!!! SO GOOD!!!! I checked into my room and immediately hopped to get ready, then off to meet my family that I haven't seen in almost 5 years. The room had a fresh aroma, the bedroom was spacious and the bed was so comfortable! The kitchen appliances look brand new and the room was decorated beautifully!! This morning we went down to have breakfast and again, I was amazed with the quality of their food. Their menu changes but, today they had turkey bacon, melted cheesy eggs, waffles (in the shape of Texas!!), muffins, oatmeal, fruit and the staff kept the place really clean and attended to your needs. Even outside of cafe hours there is a 24/7 coffee bar!! (Heaven!!) This was a very memorable stay for all the RIGHT reasons!! Thank you so much for the memories.

Worst hotel stay experience ever. However first I want to say that the front office staff was very nice (the reason for not giving one star) That being said the room as a total disaster. I booked for 4 nights but checked out after the first. There were mouse droppings all over and the bathroom and kitchen floors were so sticky. Will never stay at this property again. I would also say that the front office staff was very friendly and worked with me without any problem to cancel the rest if my stay.

Great front desk team 1st impression was good. The place did seemed a little dated. Once I entered the room it was nice. Except for the coffee pot was broken so when I went to make coffee by the time I got out of the shower coffee was all over the floor. I cleaned it up and noticed the few dishes that housekeeping left in the dish washer. The front desk girl had a hard time understanding that my coffee pot was not good. she said, "well we don't have another coffee pot." I replied "okay" I reached to hand her the coffee pot. She then told me "leave it in the room." I told her I would not, because that's probably the very reason it didn't get replaced and the reason why I have to go two days without a coffee pot.

Front desk staff very friendly and swiftly got me checked into room. Room was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom tub anti slip coating peeling but not a bother at all. Large day screen TV. Comfortable sofa to relax on. Pillows were great. Had a full size fridge and full stove top and oven. Look forward to staying there again.

Slow checkin process. Receptionist, although very friendly, was unsure if my room was occupied or not..asked me to knock first before entering. Room poorly lit...very musty /smokey smelling..needs updating.

Had a very pleasant stay here with my daughter and two dogs. Full kitchen was so useful, and eliminated the expense of eating out. Staff was always friendly. During Covid, hot breakfasts were discontinued, but they were kind enough to pack healthy cold breakfasts in individual bags that I could grab on my way out, along with a hot coffee. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff is super nice but the hotel itself is not worthy of 2 stars. Pool is small and no shade. Rooms are big but very outdated. The whole week we stayed there, there was no housekeeping or maintenance. You need to go to the lobby and pickup your own sheets and towels and replace them yourself. When the toilet was clogged they just give you a plunger to fix it yourself.

The staff is professional and friendly, the room was clean, bed comfortable. The breakfast : not only it was poor but also they charged me for it even if it was included when I booked the room. Keep an eye on your bank account if you book there.

We checked in last at night for a stop over. We needed a room with a kitchenette to heat leftovers we were carrying and this hotel was perfect. It had all the utensils, small electric stove range, microwave, refrigerator, and kitchen towels all neatly laid out. The room was very clean and we loved the sofa with a headrest where you can lay down and watch TV. The TV was exactly at eye level which we don't see in many places. It's not a smart TV though but the shouldn't matter. The cupboard was spacious with wired see-through draws for putting away clothes which i loved even though we were there only for a night. The bathroom was a bit small but very clean. The front desk executive was very friendly. It's good for short and long term stays. The have a small snack and water stall near the front desk with some essentials.

The staff was really nice, good location. But the rooms were not up to Marriott standards. They gave is two rooms. First room had a pungent smell, the second room was old with stains on furniture shower, curtains, mold and dust in the bathroom vents.

With a lot of different options to stay in the Arboretum. The Marriott Towne Place is where I chose. I did this despite lots of previous bad reviews. I was concerned about some of the reviews, and decided to try it out anyway. Some of the pros, are that The staff are flexible and accommodating, they are welcoming and diverse. I was granted extended check out no problem. The rooms are clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is more than adequate, with fresh eggs, fresh oatmeal, and fresh fruit. I slept great but had to have the windows open part way. The faint smell of mildew is something I guess I have come to expect in most hotels. LOVE that the staff are kind and treat all customers with respect, regardless of race, background, or country of origin.

Firstly, one of the rooms I booked almost a month in advance was given away. I was called and informed of this on my way to the hotel to check in. I suspect it had to do with prom weekend. At any rate I did not appreciate it especially sinceI wasn'tgiven a real reason for it. Secondly, the AC broke that nite and started blowing heat. We had to shut it off completely and sleep with the windows open. The pictures online are misleading. The ice machine initially didn't work but they got it working. The only great thing was Rhonda. She was the person I originally booked our rooms with. She was super sweet, patient and kind! I won't stay here again.

This review is written with the consideration that this is considered a 2-star hotel. Given that rating, I would say that the hotel was quite nice. I had a studio room and it was large. The room was clean, but could certainly use some renovation as it is a bit dated. The breakfast was sufficient and free and coffee was good (I find most hotel coffee terrible). Lastly the hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I travel constantly for business and would stay here again next time I'm in town.

The room is beautiful and very clean. It is a small room but very well laid out and doesn't feel 'squashed' or claustrophobic in any way. I love the full size kitchen and it saves me a lot of money because I don't have to eat out every single meal. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is free and good, with a moderate variety of normal hot breakfast items. I thought the coffee had an odd flavor- not nasty, but different than I expect. Free WiFi is adequate. I will absolutely stay here again when I am in the area.

The suite was fine, roomy, spacious. Beds were comfortable and the kitchenette was sufficient. What diminished the eval here was the amenities. There weren't enough towels and they couldn't deliver more. Not enough utensils, 2 forks in a suite that sleeps six. A couple of glasses. There was no hair drier. Ladies, bring your own. It served our needs, but hardly worth bragging about. Not a Marriott experience we're accustomed to.
