    Linda , Chris , and all the housekeeping staff along with the owner and maintenance staff were incredibly awesome! It’s the celebrity treatment you receive with your first interaction. Even my Service K9 loved the entree staff, not a walk went by that my Lucky Luciano Service K9 that he had to surf the counter to high five the staff! Oops! Guess I have it a way on who wrote this review. Linda is one of the most incredibly warm and kind ladies I ever met! We will be stopping by for our daily fix of warm hugs. You guys Rock! Chris get some rest! Lucky Lou sends his love and says your “Pawsome!

    So we had a terrible check in from the hotel up the street… when we checked in there it was extremely dirty. We came to Candlewood suites and Lidia was absolutely amazing and very sweet. Definitely made our visit so far beyond what I expected. The rooms were clean, BR, Beds, ETC. Great customer service really makes a difference and the fact that the hotel was clean was just icing on the cake especially after flying all day.

    We stayed here for 3 nights to attend our son's wedding. From the moment we walked in it was a pleasant atmosphere. The staff and front desk were so kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and smelled amazing! I will stay here anytime I am in the area. Thank you so much!!!

    By far the worst experience I have ever had as a serious traveler .. they downsized my room without even telling me until I walked in from traveling 5 hours to get there . After being told they was sold-out inwhich I booked the room a week in advance, despite that I still accepted and processed to the room walk in spray room down with lysol lift the toilet seat pee drops and long down under hair on the seat not just one a few . After being appalled I open the freezer and mold is every where , carpet stink outside in the hallway . Then to take the cake they inwhich I ignored due to being tired they was gone charge me 220 for the room that got downsized and not clean at all

    Never stayed in a place that is this clean. The staff do not just clean, they super clean. Literally no place hidden that doesn't get cleaned. The front desk staff are fantastic and very helpful.

    I came here with my auntie and i was so pleased of the staff member Anthony. Was such a professional young man, very loving place to come. I enjoy it here so peaceful. Definitely will come back.

    Made a last minute booking. Turned out very good - Very clean, room was well lit, hotel itself looked like new, excellent customer service..all in a quiet neighborhood!!

    It’s like a hotel version of AirBnB - includes a kitchenette with pans, dishes and utensils. The cleaning happens once a week. I think it is worth every penny. Nice and clean rooms. The only reason I am taking a star off is because the shower had very low pressure, which annoyed me more than I thought it would. However, hard to beat the price and quality.

    My new go-to hotel for Austin! New property so it’s very clean, has plush towels, modern appliances, furniture, and fixtures. Soft silky sheets and firm (but not too firm) bed. Room was perfect in every way aside from one floor tile coming up off the floor — an easy fix. Never have had a cleaner, more well-laid out room for this price. Enough towels for three people although it was just me. Kitchen had everything (except creamer, again minor issue). Never heard road noise even though I was on freeway side. Never heard neighbors. This is such a better hotel than any others in the same category that are actually on I-35 and it was only 10 min to the action downtown. Easy on and off the freeway. Friendly staff too. Good small gym enough for a quickie. Don’t know about food there since I didn’t buy anything. Def staying here again. Kudos to IHG for getting it right. (I don’t work for them, nor affiliated in any way although it sounds like it lol.)

    Rooms are very clean and spacious. I ask to be upgraded to suite none were available, but they did give me a very large single room. I would definitely recommend this place.

    My family and I stayed here a couple of weeks ago. I have to say customer service..sucks! For everything!! Rude young lady at the front desk was not helpful at all. Found a cockroach in the room!!!

    Worst hotel ever, noisy neighbors, no room service, neighbors make threats every second then want to call police on people trying to sleep. Peopl watch you in the restroom and listen to everything you do. Not comfortable. Very displeased.

    Love this hotel. Cleanliness and temperature are my top priorities and I am highly satisfied. The hotel is near 183, 290 and IH 35 but not too close where the sound of traffic bothers you. The only thing I don't care for are the prices in the store (food, drinks, basic necessities ). There are prices scattered around the store for different items in addition to a list posted on the wall ( I assumed were the correct pricing lists since they were organized and had every item available for sale). When I took my item to the front, I was given a different price. Please communicate with your team and remove/update the wrong prices so there are no misunderstandings! I will order out & have things delivered but it would be nice to get things from the store. Thank you for the upkeep and cleanliness. I will be returning!

    I've stayed here a number of times with no issues, it's a pretty central location, it's always nice, quiet and best of all clean. Staff was great as usual.

    Update: Almost a year late to respond to my review? Put a small team in place to monitor reviews to betr serve customers sooner than later. Just my suggestion to make customer experiences betr since technology allows immediate review capabilities to allow customers to post gud or bad n sum things requiring immediate attention. Allergy to different types of things is important n needs to be addressed sooner than later. Make sure if ur ALLERGIC TO FEATHER PILLOWS, YOU TELL THEM bcuz Thers Feather and Foam Pillows in the rooms. Found out the hard way with an allergic reaction. Young lady working after 7pm was very nice and accomodating n very apologetic for the pillows (not her fault bcuz she didn'tknow about my allergy). Did not get our wake up call at time requested but instead 45mins later then had to rush to get out by checkout time. Great Hotel but has some kinks to work out like they all do. Great location too. Will definitely return to this location. Thanks for a positive experience.

    The AUS Airport Candlewood was loud at 55 db and the average at 44 db. In 38 years of travel this is the quietest Hotel... the peak db was 35 and the average was 20...
