Incredibly disappointing experience with this Hilton affiliated hotel. I booked this hotel for an overnight transit through Austin airport. On the day of scheduled arrival, my flight was delayed and the connection through Austin was removed from my itinerary. I called the hotel directly and also through corporate head office. They refused to cancel my reservation without penalty, even after I explained that the airline had cancelled my flight. I will note that the cancellation policy was no cancellation after midnight the day before arrival, however, I have never had an airport hotel not accept cancellation due to travel issues in the past. To make this worse, I am a frequent user of Hilton hotels with a status in the rewards program, but they were still inflexible. Do not book if you are travelling into Austin. The service at this hotel is a letdown to the Hilton brand.

Be careful staying here. Our truck was broken into during our one night stay. It was parked 50 feet from the front door. Staff said it happens. There are no security cameras in the parking lot.

We booked this very last minute as I had reservations at the hotel across the street for the wrong dates. I'm very pleased with our stay. I stayed with my husband and son and there was enough room for all of us. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was delicious and had lots of options. I cannot emphasize enough how helpful and sweet the staff was during our stay. They provided excellent service! I would stay there again if I came into town again for work.

Clean room. Good service at the front desk at check in and check out. Good location. I didn’t eat the included breakfast but the fact they have one is good. No big complaints that would prevent me from returning in the future or not recommending it to others. Room had two USB ports that I could find. The one by the bed didn’t work. And the blackout curtain in the window had a lot of wear and tear on it. It was difficult to roll and unroll because of the damage. Both of these small issues made the room appear cheap. There was also only one trash can located in the bathroom. Normally rooms have at least two trash cans. Again, small gripe but a noticeable inconvenience for me. Small things go a long way toward quality and comfort.

Close to the airport and easy access to US-290/TX-71. Furniture in the room looked worn out. Pool chairs were all covered in bird poop and no towels were available.

My job requires me to live in motels in all my years of motel life I have never been in a motel that doesn't have microwaves for heating food in the rooms

Not happy with this place. Seems like management doesn't care about their guests. Hotel feels little dirty, breakfast is mediocre. Last stay they had their WiFi out. The WiFi was out for 5 days. That says something about management's ability to run this place.

They cancelled my reservation without telling us until we arrived. I had two elementary aged kids with me. Our flight had been delayed and it was almost midnight. All local hotels were booked. We had to drive an hour to get a place to stay.

Excellent experience from front desk initial phone contact; to the prompt shuttle experience all were very professional; the hotel staff throughout the stay were great. The room was very clean and comfortable. Very convenient to the airport. There is a pickle ball court next door public I believe and walk to Starbucks right next door for other food options.

Work travel, nothing exciting. This is consistent with other Hampton Inns across the country. Clean but no frills. The best thing about Hampton Inns is the consistency. You know what you will get when you stay here ( even down to the breakfast). This is a good place to stay when on a business trip, but not a vacation as it’s in a business park. Does have killer public pickle ball courts right next door. For seriously players only son.

I loved the amenities at this location including the basketball court access. But what made this hotel stay stand out was the hospitality and service. Esme went above and beyond allowing me to contact her directly while they had phone issues in the hotel. Then on the last day, I left my phone's in the shuttle. Tanya was able to locate the phones in the shuttle bus and route them right back to me while I waited at the departure curb. Great job team, thanks for stepping up!

The room was clean, bed was comfy. They offer good customer service, Raul the shuttle driver was very nice and friendly. It was nice he offered to take us to the airport an hour early from his regular shift to help us to catch our flight on time, his service was above and beyond. Definitely we’ll stay here again

This is an old hotel in need of a redo. The location was perfect, 15 minutes from the airport. The rooms and overall hotel needs more than a fresh coat of paint.

Very old and beaten down Hampton Inn. I only stayed here as it was the only available Hilton brand due to the ACL Festival... Rooms were hard to come by! The neighborhood is terrible and I didn't even feel safe walking over to the adjacent 7-11 store!

Breakfast was clutch, highlight of my stay… besides that it wasn’t the cleanest or coziest accommodation. It was ok.

Overall stay and staff were great, no issues. Was frustrated that there were only 2 bellhop carts, one being that little useless 3 wheeled cart, room temp would never get below 69 and the toilet wouldn't flush right, had to plunge after almost every flush.

Called asking for pricing on conference rooms. Selected sales, no one answered and the voicemail box was full. Tried selecting the operator, whoever is in charge of that picked up the phone and hung it up immediately. Tried selecting reservations, she was no help, tried bouncing me around to people, said here's our front desk person you can speak to and then hung up on me. Terrible customer service.

We chose this hotel as it was close to the airport and offered an early morning shuttle to the airport. The check in process went smoothly and the gentleman who checked us in was very kind. The problem came in the morning when it came time to catch the shuttle. There was a sign that stated the shuttle wasn't running, but an Uber would be picking us up. The woman at the front desk, Carrie Garcia, was extremely rude and short with us when we began questioning her. Also, there were 4 of us traveling with 6 large suitcases and she ordered one car, a Toyota Camry. There was no way we would all fit. I asked her to order an additional car, and she got very perturbed and disgusted about it. With many other hotel options in the area, we will not be staying here again.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and we needed to get back to the airport early in the morning. Raul the gentlemen whom picked us up at the airport was very nice and knowledgeable of the area. The young lady whom checked us in at the front desk was very nice and professional. The only issue was the room in which we were upgraded to which had a smell of someone smoking cigarettes. The towels looked old and you could get a rash just from drying up with them. The walls in the bathroom had some kind of mildew I guess from the water being splashed. We have stayed at numerous Hilton's and we believe this was not a Hilton standard brand Hotel.

Booked this hotel because it was close to airport and offered early morning shuttle to the airport. Check in was good, very helpful gentleman at front desk who reserved us a spot on the 5:30am shuttle. In the morning we were told shuttle was unavailable and the hotel would arrange an UBER. Carrie at the front desk was very rude when asked what size car she ordered for us. We were a party of 4 with luggage and she ordered one car, a Camry. She didn't seem too concerned about the fact that we wouldn't all fit in the car she ordered. She was not happy that we requested another car. Her rude response was that I could take it up with the Hotel manager as she pointed to his card. Will never stay at this hotel again.
