The staff at the reception was really friendly and engaging. The included breakfast is really miserable for Europeans. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool because there was bird droppings everywhere. The room service was extremely noisy. We had to sleep during the day and they woke us up several times. They even listened to loud music. I’m sorry but this is inappropriate. Nevertheless, we liked the hotel and our room very much.

This is a review to give kudos to Aaron W.!!! He went above and beyond to assist and make my stay pleasant (despite the Expedia debacle with my reservation). Thank you again Aaron! Your demeanor helped me stay calm. You are the best! Keep doing what you do!

For a 3 star hotel, you get nothing short of a 5 star service. The location is central stores and companies while being away enough for you to enjoy a quite nights sleep. There are ice machines on the even number floors along with laundry machines on the odd numbers Pools in the back, it's clean and cold, perfect during the hot summer weather. There's a gym here for your fitness buffs. Plenty of parking in the back, closer to the elevators after you check in. Breakfast is served Monday thru Friday starting at 6:30AM The breakfast was a spread, although you really have to love onions and parsley in your eggs.

Very clean rooms with a nice breakfast spread. The hot breakfast was better than expected and they had a wide range of cold breakfast options including good granola and yogurt. It is right off the tollway, but let's face it, it is a tollway which can be a pain in a rental. However, surface streets with limits up to 55mph and close enough to I35 makes it easy enough. A very good option for my company.

We were pleased with our stay. The rooms were clean and large. Breakfast was quiet tasty as well. We would recommend others to try this hotel.

My sister and I ventured down to Round Rock due to its proximity to local hiking trails and we were not disappointed! This hotel is so close to everything! The biggest issues we had was picking where we wanted to eat and hike because the options nearby were so plentiful. Even better than that the staff at our hotel was always present, attentive and enjoyable to interact with. We showed up VERY early to check in and James got everything taken care of in advance to our room being ready that he could. Once the room was ready we received a text message to my phone letting us know which I thought was a neat touch. My sister and I inquired about local things to do and places to hike and were met with wonderful ideas and suggestions!

Restrooms are beautifully done. Decently sized for having two beds and a couch. Beds are comfortable. Gave water and apples! I loved that part.

This hotel should be proud of it's housekeeping staff, because the room was very clean, and there was not one thing missing, out of place, or non-functioning in the room. The AC easily cooled my room to 70 degrees on a 107-degree Texas summer day. Free hot breakfast was the cherry on top. This level of quality has impressed me so much that not only will I definitely return to this location, but I will also start looking for Hyatt hotels at other destinations.

When we checked in, our room wasn’t clean. It looked as if they had changed the linens but had ignored the rest of the room. There were crumbs and hair everywhere. After going downstairs and speaking to the manager, I was assured I was going to receive points for the trouble and that housekeeping would go the next day. When we returned late the next afternoon our room had still not been cleaned. I went downstairs and spoke to management again. They told me my room had been serviced. This was not the case. After waiting for 30 minutes we were then kicked out of our room so that they could come clean it. We waited for 20 minutes to then go back to our room where is was partially cleaned. For the price I felt that it could have been a lot cleaner. Breakfast was okay and the times of breakfast were inconvenient. I’m not sure we would stay here again.

We stay at this brand often. We drove from Houston, I called down stairs an asked for some extra blankets an sheets, I was told that I could come an get it my self. We were treated differently, extremely racist am rude, after paying 228$ for one night. Disappointing

Ok, firstly let me recognize a staff member for his above and beyond service. The young gentleman named Pedro on the night shift. He was fantastic during check-in for my stay on 8/31/2023. I never got the nerve or chance to ask where he was from but I was intrigued. The hotel was nice upon first entering. I appreciated all of the aesthetics: bright and clean were the lobby and check-in area. I did not see any of the other parts of the hotel like the laundry room or gym. I loved my room upon entering; a double bed room for one. Loved the glass shower and the ambient lighting effects in the bathroom. Now, the negatives and they are only slight. I noticed the bed had some stuff in it when I pulled back the covers, maybe dirt or lint from the laundry, not sure. I brushed it off and got in bed anyhow. I also noticed stains on the rug as if the hotel needs to maybe take some time to thoroughly shampoo their carpets every once in a blue moon, There was also some hair in the shower and a couple of stains on the bathroom floor. The couch looked like there was some old paint spilled on the cushions from long ago but no biggie. Just some long grayish black streaks. Overall, my stay was pleasant and the hotel was very quiet. Quieter than other hotels I had stayed at before as they have actual quiet hours. Another ding I would say is the breakfast. It was a big selection, so that was a plus and had plenty of condiments and seasonings for taste. Yum! But the selection of bananas was very unappealing. The fact they had dark black spotted bananas on the selection table was alarming to me. I took one and a bowl of eggs, knowing the bananas were still good, it was just disappointing to see that in such a nice hotel. Another minus was the lady who was at the bar the next morning. I had used what little of the Cholula was left in the bottle on the bar but did not see a trash receptacle. I didn't see any staff manning the breakfast area, so I naturally walked my breakfast and the empty bottle over to the bar and literally attempted to talk to the lady about where can I throw the bottle away as I used it all but before I could say anything at all, she cut me off and said, "Oh they have other ones, I am not sure.." I was like "No, it's empty...I..." "Oh, yeah they have other ones you can choose if you don't like..." I had to keep cutting her off because she was assuming and talking over me about the damn hot sauce and thinking I was trying to ask her about it or other selections, I don't know. But, finally I finished what I was saying and even then she was still trying to talk over me as I was talking to her about throwing it away because there was no trash can. I didn't get her name but she was short and dark haired but that...right there pissed me off. If you don't like your job and don't want to deal with customers, then find your passion elsewhere. I did not like the exchange we had at all...IF you can't even call it that. The man the next morning seem too preoccupied to answer if we could take our food to our rooms and was quick to brush me off with a fake smile and getting back to his computer screen. I was upset for awhile afterwards but tried to not let them or the sights I saw take away from my relaxing stay there. I would recommend your establishment but with caution. I would also give the highest praises to Pedro. Your location is great because it is smack dab in the heart of the retail district and not far from the outlets(I live just down the road in a different town so I am well familiar with RR. My town doesn't get my commerce dollars like you all simply because our town is a s***hole). I love that you all have quiet hours and the views from the top of the hotel are gorgeous. I hope this reaches management and I hope that your employees find what what they looking for in happiness and success.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Place Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived until the day of departure, every aspect of my stay was delightful, making it an unforgettable experience. First and foremost, the rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained. As a discerning traveler, I greatly appreciated the attention to detail and the effort put into ensuring a pristine environment. The comfortable beds and cozy amenities made it feel like a home away from home. The staff at the Hyatt Place Hotel truly set a benchmark for exceptional service. From the warm and friendly welcome at check-in to the attentive assistance throughout my stay, I felt valued and cared for. They were always ready to go the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed, offering helpful recommendations for local attractions and dining options. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast spread. The variety and quality of the offerings were outstanding, catering to a range of tastes and dietary preferences. Whether I was in the mood for a hearty hot meal or a healthy option, the breakfast buffet had it all. It was a great way to kickstart each day of my trip! Another perk that made my stay even more enjoyable was the free parking facility. I appreciated the convenience and peace of mind knowing that my vehicle was safely parked on-site without any additional charges. It's often the little things that make a big difference, and this amenity certainly did! Lastly, the rooms were wonderfully spacious, providing ample room to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. The well-designed layout and thoughtful use of space added to the overall comfort and luxury of the hotel. In conclusion, my stay at the Hyatt Place Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of spotlessly clean rooms, genuinely caring staff, delectable breakfast options, and complimentary parking made it an outstanding choice for accommodation. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a top-notch experience during their travels. Whether for business or leisure, Hyatt Place Hotel is sure to leave a lasting impression and create beautiful memories. I eagerly look forward to returning on my next visit to the city.

Great, friendly, and helpful staff. The breakfast has a huge selection, and it's delicious. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, practical, and functional. The showers are roomy with good water pressure and temperature. A bit of a drive from the main attractions in Austin, but the location is beautiful and peaceful.

Great service from all the Hotel staff! Worked closely with Kevin M. And he was very helpful and understanding of all that we had going on. They made have made consider Hyatt as my first choice when it comes to looking for Hotels. I can’t say enough good about this place and the service we received!

Jane who works here is AMAZING!! We were stranded in georgetown after the two step inn fest and not able to get an uber and she drove all the way to pick us up personally! 10/10 customer service. Hotel is nice too but customer service is amazing here.

Beautiful hotel. Great location. Peaceful. The whole staff is super friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. My room was amazing and I loved the bathroom. Blackout window shade. Only thing that caught me off guard was no usb charging ports in the room. Other than that, perfection.

The hotel was clean and the rooms comfortable. The breakfast was boring and sometimes cold. I’d stay again though because the rooms were really nice.

Stay overall was okay. Breakfast was good except for oatmeal was more like an overnight soaked oatmeal. Not sure if that was really the way it was supposed to be cooked or the burner was not working.

My stay was excellent. I was there with my son and rescue dog for 2 weeks and felt welcome. The Staff/Management are A list, friendly and on top of things. They really took care of us. Location is perfect, access to I-H 35, 620, Toll roads etc. The facility is nice, clean and kept up well. I'll be back when I'm in the area.

Nice hotel. Clean and friendly front desk staff. Zero atmosphere at the bar though, not even music which is not conducive to drinking...hello? Bartender was busy on his cell phone. We wanted to have sandwich with a side of fries for dinner...nope. Fryer wasn't working. I guess the cook doesn't know he/she can just heat up some oil in a pan and fry them? Other option was a side of apples and oranges (maybe grapes or strawberries?) or a bag of chips. Had to go to the Marriott next door. Should have stayed THERE. Overall...meh.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. No issues other then breakfast. We needed to eat early and was there the moment it opened. Oatmeal watered down and not cooked. Eggs cold for just being put out. Other items were okay and standard. Coffee Luke warm and tasted like it was leftover from the day before.

Excellent customer service! Modesty and CJ were so polite and kind while fixing a booking error on my end and got me back in the same room for the same price. The room is so nice too, but for me, it was the customer service experience. They deserve a raise!

Staff was super friendly. We got a hot rate on Hotwire so the price was great. They're doing some renovations during our stay but it was not an issue. They had a bar at night and hot breakfast in the morning. I'd recommend it for a quick stay while passing thru.

This building is a little outdated in the ROOMS not the lobby (popcorn ceiling, old carpet) but over all the design and cleanliness is great. We are switching to hotels now instead of Airbnbs because of the skyrocketed fees and pricing for “rooms”. World of Hyatt rewards program was really appealing, as we are looking to travel and they provide member discounts and perks. Most importantly their dessert was BOMB, and I hate waking up to eat breakfast but best believe I woke myself up to try to get a plate. Easily one of the best breakfast I have had in a hotel. The morning staff was much more helpful than the late night staff, and I want to make note that unfortunately when you ask for towels, they are the comfy ones. That is my only complaint that their towels could be better. We even got to use the pool which was maintained and the complimentary water infused fruit was delicious and wish it was every floor so we wouldn’t have to go downstairs each time. One thing I also think would be a good idea is that this location and Hyatt rewards work together with the Miraval resort to offer discounted day rates and easier booking access.

Super clean. Great location. Room and all equipment working properly. Super cold air conditioning. Solid hot breakfast in the morning too. Will be staying here next time in town for business.

Eli and the staff at Hyatt Place were amazing. There were so friendly and kind! I was traveling with two little ones and a they went above and beyond to meet any little need I had. It was one of the best stays I’ve had at a hotel. Keep up the great work guys! We look forward to another stay at Hyatt Place in Round Rock!

Stayed there for State Championship Baseball tournament at Dell Diamond. The hotel was great. Breakfast ended at 9:00 which was a little early for my schedule. Slight glitch when I discovered that housekeeping personnel on my floor did not speak English. So communicating need for certain service was impossible. But the front desk was very responsive and remedied my issue quickly. All in all I will stay there again if I'm ever back in the area. Convenient location.
